Waited for our plane from HNL so we didn't miss connection. AMAZING Service for that, then really clean plane. Nice airline attendants.
We had a 90 minute delay due to equipment failure that was detected just before we took off. United rebooked my connecting flight.
flights were on time, boarding was easy. maybe better snack selection, like mini kind bars?.
Your food is AWEFUL! For Premium Economy this was the WORST FOOD EVER - salad and tomatoes were all spoiled, "chicken" was awful and burnt. This is the WORST FOOD of ANY AIRLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! horrible
Lufthansa placed a 300 lb passenger in the aisle seat and I was stuck in the middle leaning sideways with no arm rest or ability to sit up straight and fully use my seat (due to encroachment-the seats are very narrow) the entire flight.
The flight from QRO to IAH had some turbulence on the way up and again a lot of turbulence when landing.
No real agent onsite helping you for missing luggage there. Not like the other airline next to UA desk, they have staff attending in their desk assisting answer/helping luggage issue, even after midnight.
We liked the fully reclinable seats. Had center seats, so it was difficult to talk to spouse. Crew was great

Brand new plane and excellent customer service, also on time departure and arrival at LHR.
Flight was on time. The half sandwich offered doesn’t compare to the full meal offered by Egyptair. With BA there is no entertainment whilst on the Egyptair flight you get to choose form a range of movies and the flight map which I quite enjoy.
Our first flight was cancelled. We later hear from London security that it is common for British airways. My wife’s return flight was delayed as well. Seems like there are operational issues with them. This makes me reconsider flying w them in the future.
I wasn't able to request a special meal on the on line check in. I informed the cabin crew and they went out of their way to find foods I could eat. I am very grateful.
It was a pathetic experience. Booked Hindu vegetarian meal and they served chicken. Inspite of telling them repeated times, the issue was not resolved.
Tv screen didn’t work asked twice and never got an answer. 10 1/2 hrs no entertainment screen
Sardine can layout in Business Class, where you spend the flight starin st your seat neighbors. nowhere to put a book or phone or anything. How an airline could buy a seat design with such a terrible layout is beyond reason! Clearly the people who bought this mess of a seat design weren’t frequent flyers. I’ve had better experiences on other carrier’s premium economy. Would not recommend. Expensive prices and terrible hard product!
Aircraft delayed for two hours due to a technical issue with the rear emergency exit door slide not working.
Flight crowded - no leg room. Made me put tote bag under seat in front of me so no room for feet. Attendant helped me and put it up. Crew fine. Also British Airways changed our flights without notifying us resulting in a lot of confusion getting through Heathrow - our boarding passes wouldn't scan and we had no idea why. Ended up missing our flight and having to reschedule hours later after a flight from San Francisco. I have the app from BA and never received any notification. Very confusing and staff at Heathrow had no idea what problem was and only one person could resolve and huge line as several canceled flights. What a pain!
