British Airways keeps canceling our flights. They have lost my trust in using their services again. I understand rescheduling once but twice? I am now arriving at home 36 hours later than the first flight that I booked.
With my outbound flight I didn’t get the food I wanted whiles others did. I was sad
BA used to be a higher level flight experience. Now, like Air France, they’ve reduced the experience. The crew do a great job. However, food offerings for such a long flight were mediocre at best. At no point did they offer a glass of wine, which may be available, but they’ve stopped offering it. I credit BA for not weighing the carry-on bags like AF. I can’t believe that a 51 lb/23 kg bag isn’t included in the price. I don’t know if it’s Kayak gigging us or BA. Either way it’s disgraceful.
Could have done with a 2nd round of drinks even if it was only to distribute bottled water
My flight got cancelled the night before suddenly. They rebooked only half my flights back. I couldn’t contact them for help and then I had to book a separate flight on my own to get to the new flight back that they had booked me on. In Flight services were great. But once the flight got cancelled I was left on my own. Same experience for a traveling partner going to a different destination
Firing with British airways leaves me feeling stressed and disappointed. They are substandard in so many aspects of airline travel.

Flight OK but they only loaded half of the checked bags on. This they only told us on arrival
Pretty good flight in general. Connection in London was extremely slow. The security was slow and understaffed. It took 35 minutes to get through and it was not even crowded.
No entertainment system, but it is a short flight so that is not a big deal.
