British airways has the most uncomfortable coach seats for international travel i have ever experienced. There is no leg room and when the person in front of you reclines their seat it nearly hits you in the face. There is not enough room for you to open a laptop in front of you or eat a meal. It’s ridiculous and i hope to not fly them in the future.
Flight to Seattle was fine. We were delayed getting into our gate. The connection time was short and they make you go through security again which was slow.
Flights were in time, everything was organized, food was really good!
Firing with British airways leaves me feeling stressed and disappointed. They are substandard in so many aspects of airline travel.
American Airlines is the worst airline to fly. you can’t get on an earlier flight if you don’t have ‘status’, they cancel their flights with no warning, and they lie about why their flights are delayed so they don’t have to pay for meals or hotels. They lost me as a customer after this trip. I’ll be flying Delta or Untied from now on.
The crew was so unfriendly. Our (the last) section of the plane only got drink service once during an over 9 hour flight. When it come to the main meal service we only got a vegetarian option and where told the chicken option gone. About 30 minutes later I went to the bathroom and lo and behold the whole crew were eating the chicken option.
Flight got delayed which made my already short layover in london to be reduced to sn hour considerI had to change Terminals fir my ingoing flight to NY
Good, except that checked luggage did not make it to DFW with me and still has not been delivered over 24 hours later. One bag is at DFWand one is at an apartment complex in Denton, Tx. I have a delayed baggage receipt, but phone number given at the baggage desk will not go through and can’t find another number to call.
Baggage arrived 3 days later. Will not fly with BA again.
