Be aware that Istanbul requires a visa for Australians at 50 eur per person for entry up to 90 days. We only spent 6 hours on a Touristanbool tour organised by Turkish Air during transit but had to buy a visa. The Turks were courteous. The food is plentiful on Turkish Air but traditional basic cuisine. The tour was on time with guidance provided and a meal at a local restaurant. It was interesting and memorable.

They made 22 hours aboard aircraft very enjoyable. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and level of service. Singapore airline will be my preferred choice going forward.

Service excellent would chose Singapore airlines as my first choice

The staff were amazing and very kind. The seats recline a little too far back and are up close when sitting behind.

My groups frequent flyer star allianceUnited airline miles was not accepted. The Singapore premium economy bag had to be requested, it was very lacking- no toothbrush. I paid more than double than economy but could only use the bathrooms sharing with economy which was hardly available and had to wait in line. Is the 2X $ worth it just for a larger seat???? It is questionable. Seats were not that comfortable. My husband’s seat had white stains on it- had to wipe it down. Our headphones did not have covers on it. Food- way too much.

The booking experience was bad. Our six character booking ID number disappeared the day before the flight, We could not find out what happened or what was the status of our flight, scheduled for the next day. We finally found the right number to contact Singapore Airlines on the matter (not easy). The Singapore agent worked through the issue in a little over thirty minutes on the phone, the day before the flight. That was great. I'm very happy with Singapore Airlines and their performance. Contact with a competent person on the matter was near impossible. It seems no one in business these days wants to deal with customers once they've pocketed the money. There were resellers, including Kayak, involved in the chain. When we finally got through to Underpricer, we did get a return call that could have proved helpful. But by that time the matter had been resolved by the Singapore agent. Majestic Vacations, the reseller who received the payment was less than worthless. That's just a fast buck operation. Ugh.

Singapore Airlines from Mumbai was late, we were rerouted to Copenhagen and then to Los Angeles. As senior citizens, we should have been given a hotel voucher for a night and fly out the next day. I hope Singapore Airlines should give us a credit in good faith if they want us to fly with them. I doubt it, but you never know.

I loved the comfort of the flight and the hospitality of the flight attendants!

Awesome! Was impressed with the hospitality and the thoughtful services. The cabin attendants were superb.

Crews are not allowed to perform any service whenever the captain deems there’s a chance of turbulence. Even if it is perfectly smooth air.

Terrible plane small airbus good for a 1 hr trip I booked business as it is. A night flight and 4hrs trip it was an ordinary economy seat with no one next to me what a joke what a stupid decision to buy business

This time, I traveled in the economy, and it was surprisingly better than the eco-premium (food, comfort, and crew were noticeably worse in premium!)

Edelweiss is now Nickle&dimming, not even a complimentary wine on the intercontinental flight. Sitting space is the smallest I have ever seen.

Ghe issue was with the delay caused by the late boarding. We had to run to catch our next flight, barely made it and then our luggage didn t arrive with us. Really bad organizing.

I never share this kind of things but I have to share this out of respect to myself and how surprised I was I got a shoulder injury so I went to Turkey to get a procedure to my shoulder ( I can prove and provide it with documentation from the hospital to you) and on my way in this flight, I asked one of the crew members who’ s name is j. Muller to help me to lift my carry on to put it up in to cabinet and she told me she can’t do it , and I said I m sorry I m injured , I really need help , then can you please find someone who can help me ? And she gave me this nasty attitude and refused to help me . Then I was shocked because all I asked was for help, i didn’t even ask her to put my carry on bag up for me , all I asked her to help me so we can do it together. Then 5 minutes later another crew member who’s name is Jenny Rutz came and asked me if everything is ok And i explained her what happened and she told me if I create more problem, she will not let me fly i was shocked, all I told her was I was injured and I needed some help to put my luggage up . I am extremely shocked and upset , this was so unprofessional, rude and unnecessary. I thought their job is to help us in our flight. She disrespected me , embarrassed me, made me feel like I m a problem and threatened me to get me out of the plane In front of everyone I am 41 years old mature and kind woman, i have never in my life experienced something this unprofessional and this disrespectful ever They both turned something so simple and normal into this terrible experience for me and for the people sitting around me . So it was so uncomfortable and unfair that the other passengers who were sitting around me and next to me got negatively affected by the event and told me to take their phone number so that they can be my witness for the crew member’ rudeness and unprofessionalism I m still very upset how can people be this rude and heartless I will never ever want to fly with your airline company again

It was not made clear that additional passport control is needed before queueing up for boarding. The seats were very uncomfortable and cramped even for small persons. The arm rests were not fully capable of lifting up out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them even worse to lean on. Just one audio channel was working on one of our seats.

Turkish Airlines apparently no longer gives you 2 checked bags allowance on international flights, so that pleasure cost me $165 for my second suitcase at the airport. On top of that, they damaged that very suitcase, which happens to be a designer one and part of a set - ripped one of the four wheels right off.

Unfortunately internet was down and they couldn’t fix it in a time I needed it so urgent to stay in touch with work

Not sure how they are rated best airline in Europe. If they are the best; then I worry about the overall airline standards of European airlines. Seats were very uncomfortable and almost closer to budget airlines in terms of comfort. A sore bottom after a long haul flight ruins your holiday at the start. Check in process was okay. Staff/crew was good - interactions ranged from pleasant to borderline rude (depending on the particular individual).

Food could have been hotter. More padding needed in economy seats

Boarding on time. Limited food and drinks options . Few Crew was rude and unconcerned. Entertainment system is old and barely any new contents.

Boarding from Accra was chaotic and disorganized. Otherwise, it was a good flight with good food and customer service

Our seat were changed from Turkish Airlenes without offering us a better choice.We paid for those seats even it was Businesses Class. .The seats we were given was next to cabin crew closet.Crew kept opening the closet while we were sleeping.It was very noisy and we also we’re right to next to kitchen.It was very noisy. We want our money back. Food was horrible when we were flying from Newark to Istanbul. It is a shame for Airline to waste so much money on tastless food.

United failed me in cancelling flight to Chicago. Then put me on American Airlines standby to Miami for onward connection to RMO via IST. Standby failed. They looked me for Sunday morning 24 hours late at this point). Made it to Miami but Turkish airlines cancelled my seats and demanded $1360 to rebook the flights for the following day ! I went to United, spent two hours negotiating with Mr Ruis ? Who said he could do anything for me as he could fix problems that United caused in Miami. He suggested I call the 800 number. When I managed to.get through on my 6th call, I was on hold 2 hours and 30 minutes waiting for an agent when the call was cut off by United phone system. I went back to American. At last a lady , who had zero responsibility in this fiasco, helped me to find a replacement flight that night with Polish airlines to RMO through Warsaw at a cost of $968 including bag charge. I booked it with only a few hours to spare. The lady at American helped to recover and redirect my checked suitcase that had arrived in Miami a day earlier United customer service were awful. United partner Turkish airlines were horrendous and took zero responsibility. I ended up being late to my appointment overseas by 45 hours with zero compensation, no food vouchers, no replacement flights until I found one and paid for it myself. I reporting the entire fiasco to the secretary of state for Tennessee for law violations and refusal to remedy and compensate. I now need help to extend the trip by two days but United are not responding to communications

SAL to FRA - Original flight was cancelled less than 10 hours before scheduled. Did receive lodging at no cost for 1 night. Coordination between Lufstansa and hotel was very poor and we had to pay for a meal we thought was to be paid for. Traveling from SAT to Denver coordination between Lufstansa and United was very poor and we paid double for our check-in baggage. We are hoping to that refunded. We wish other airlines would fly to Salzburg as we plan to visit more often.

Very good flight, only problem is the boarding process where some peoples do not have manners and do not how to fly ( preparing your documents, oversized carry-ons, not understanding or feigning to not understand directives).

Before the flight I received an email from LH that our seat were changed to other comparable seats. At boarding however we found our reassigned “comparable” seats were directly by the toilet. They sure were no “comparable “ seats and we were quite disappointed!

I missed my flight because previous flights came in late. Customer service hard to find and could not reschedule for the same day. Many people appeared to be behind the customer service counter, but only one or two willing to speak to the public. No offer to find alternatives My experience frustrating Very bad

My first two flights were late. I missed my last flight. The next flight was not until the next day Seating on large plane was uncomfortable. In the center row, there are posts that do not allow you to spread your legs. The entertainment center did not respond well. . Food was okay. Though there was much confusion about where the special meals that. People ordered(not me) went

I traveled with my sister, however ,we booked a flight separately, and we don't sitting next to each other. The staff on the board where on the top of this unit they find us sitting together. Ty lufthansa team. U are the best

Flight was late and I missed my connecting flight to Dublin. This is not the same Lufthansa I remember, you guys don't care anymore. Hopefully my trips with Swiss Air will much better.

My connecting flight was cancelled then delayed for four and a half hours with a €20 voucher for my trouble. I think that is an awful apology because the next flight they put me on was horrible. It was overbooked, the flight attendants were of absolutely zero assistance (embarrassing actually) and the transportation shuttle to the plane was as hot as a sauna. Terrible!

When they gave me the ticket in Turkey, they did something wrong, and my ticket did not match with my passport in Munich I got into the line, but because of the problem, I was the last one got into the airplane. They had to solve the problem. Couple people asked to turn the air condition down, but they said that it was broken, we were freezing inside the plain. Food and snack was really poor. I bought this ticket by thinking that I was going to fly with Lufthansa, but it turned out United airlines. I will be more careful from now on, I will try not to use KAYAK. I had bad experience while I am going and coming back. United Airlines did not make it easy.

The flight crew, the on-plane service, and the food were fine. The seats lacked cushioning and were uncomfortable compared to other planes from recent flights. The plane was initially delayed one hour and that expanded to 1.5 hours. When we boarded, there was insufficient room for our carry-on bags, which added more time to disembarking from the plane. It appeared the Air Canada staff or the Toronto Airport staff were less than competent to handle whatever the issue was that caused the delays, which was never communicated.

Flight was fine but diverted to a different airport. I was also assigned a seat that I wasn’t allowed to change during the check in process, which was odd.

Cabin crew were not nice. The plane was an hour late arriving.

The mushroom rigatoni was very flavorful & made me happy. The flight team was accommodating and friendly & I look forward to using BA again in the future.

I gave a very poor review for th flight over (Pitt to London) due to terrible seat comfort. Different plane on the way back and it was much better. The flight was delayed over an hour taking off but only landed about 15 minutes late.

It was a great experience. I did find that some menu options were not available, which was a bit surprising, but over all a wonderful experience.

My experience was very disappointing. Firstly I was unable to check in using the kiosks. Secondly even though I purchased a flight with one checked bag, I was told at the counter that a checked bag was not included in my flight booking. And I had to pay for my bag. At the check in counter, the airline representative was very arrogant and demeaning. She insisted on charging me £140 for the luggage. And said it was an automatic charge calculated by the scale. This didn’t make sense to me. As it was 0.5 kg overweight. Which only required me to remove 2 bottles of water. Having an extensive flight schedule that involved multiple flights included NY and Brussels, this leg of my flight was the most stressful and unpleasant.

I never travelled better and more comfortably than with this flight because I was upgraded to the business class! it was amazing in every aspect. I was able to lay down and sleep, and the food was comparable to a gourmet restaurant menu. The flight was not only on time, but even much earlier, the crew was excellent as well. It felt like a very nice reward after so many uncomfortable and frustrating travels in the past decades. Even though most of my past trips were not with BA, they gave me a memorable gift with this favor. Thank you British Airways!

The issue wasn’t necessarily with British Airlines but was a reaction to their delayed flight from Miami to London on Aug 18. Due to the delay out of Miami, we missed our BA flight with Aer Linguis on the 19th from London to Cork, Ireland. The attendant in London was helpful and rebooked us for a flight later that same day ($120). However, she failed to mention that as a result of the missed flight, our returning flight was also cancelled and the rebooking cost was $451. Disappointed at the lack of communication between airlines and between the agent and the customer.

The checkin experience was terrible. Once we got to the counter, it took them 40 minutes to check us in. Nothing complicated. Just 6 boarding passes and two checked bags.

Horrible experience. They lost my luggage and still can’t find it. The plane ride was below average. Food also terrible compared to other airlines.
