Service excellent would chose Singapore airlines as my first choice

We flew business class. It was excellent. For a 6’4” individual, the seats were slightly uncomfortable for sleeping. But this is only comparison to other business class seats. Otherwise, the crew was incredibly attentive, And the service was impeccable.

My groups frequent flyer star allianceUnited airline miles was not accepted. The Singapore premium economy bag had to be requested, it was very lacking- no toothbrush. I paid more than double than economy but could only use the bathrooms sharing with economy which was hardly available and had to wait in line. Is the 2X $ worth it just for a larger seat???? It is questionable. Seats were not that comfortable. My husband’s seat had white stains on it- had to wipe it down. Our headphones did not have covers on it. Food- way too much.

The booking experience was bad. Our six character booking ID number disappeared the day before the flight, We could not find out what happened or what was the status of our flight, scheduled for the next day. We finally found the right number to contact Singapore Airlines on the matter (not easy). The Singapore agent worked through the issue in a little over thirty minutes on the phone, the day before the flight. That was great. I'm very happy with Singapore Airlines and their performance. Contact with a competent person on the matter was near impossible. It seems no one in business these days wants to deal with customers once they've pocketed the money. There were resellers, including Kayak, involved in the chain. When we finally got through to Underpricer, we did get a return call that could have proved helpful. But by that time the matter had been resolved by the Singapore agent. Majestic Vacations, the reseller who received the payment was less than worthless. That's just a fast buck operation. Ugh.

Fantastic patience when one of the passengers behind me was an absolute horrible, horrible person and the girls just kept smiling and doing their job with patience and kindness. Well, done to the crew.

It was a middle of the night changeover, so we were all ready for sleep. Staff were helpful and managed a few hours sleep. Food options were good.

Once again the meal served was delicious - we got chicken rice

Overall good experience, convenient Changi Airport, even the layover was long.

The experience was poor in comparison to the flight to Manado from Singapore via Scoot. Gate against could only check in stroller to Singapore (by clearing immigration) or to Brisbane. Who is able to carry their baby for 7 hour transit without having to enter Singapore?

Seat experience average as they use old 777 for must flights despite full load. Qr fares are higher than other airlines for same routes so they should at least upgrade the planes . Food is average and same dishes for months on most routes I travelled at least - the Arabian rice dish “Maqboos” on every flight for months - I am sure there are other food Arabian dishes ?? It’s become boring ! Crew is always good which makes up for these things but hey confirm us what we need

There was not enough food for everybody. Some dishes were missing.

Qatar Airways in-flight first/business class service is superior to any US airline; excellent meals are served on short haul flights such as between DXB and DOH.

The overall flight experience between Doha and Kolkata was satisfactory. The staff onboard were notably engaged, responsive, and enthusiastic, providing a level of service that stood out, especially when compared to the less attentive crew on the earlier leg from Heathrow to Doha. Their eagerness to assist made the journey more pleasant. Additionally, the time spent at the Silver Lounge in Doha contributed positively to the experience. The lounge offered a comfortable and relaxing environment, with adequate amenities and attentive staff. Overall, both the flight and the lounge experience in Doha met expectations, making for a smooth and satisfactory travel experience.

Do not overbook flights and kick out confirmed ticketed passengers :-(

Being a QR Platinum member traveling in business class, I expected the staff to be more courteous. Unfortunately, the lady staff was rude attending business class 1K side.

Fly Qatar Airways is always amazing. Their service and care for details is really very good.

Between Air India and Qatar my luggage was lost for three days. I eventually found my own luggage location using the Apple Air Tag. Air India used a paper form to report my lost luggage. I could never get past getting past luggage personnel with my report number before they would hang up on me. Only after them specifically telling Air India at Chandigarh airport where my luggage was located which was right under their noses did they react. After three days I finally received my luggage. The Air India luggage folks didn’t seem proactive in finding the luggage’s rightful owner.

Flight was fine overall. What you would expect from economy seats. I did appreciate the amenities (eyemask, earplugs, small toothbrush and toothpaste, thin socks).

It was a long flight but overall a good one. The one thing that I would comment on is that there is a real problem with disposable plastic products when it comes to the meal service. It would be great for Qatar Airways to find ways to make its meal service more circular and reduce the immense amount of waste.

Everything was good ,except the entertainment screen froses for hall way

The internet was not working during the 10 hour. This situation was known by the cabin crew before the flight. If so, information should be given to passangers. Some people should work during the flight.

Boarding at Istanbul airport is pretty good. The seats on the A319 are easily the smallest and tightest I’ve ever flown. I’m 1,82m and knees firmly against seat in front of me, as upright in seat as I could get. Very uncomfortable

After boarding cabin was too hot AC didn’t work

Not sure how they are rated best airline in Europe. If they are the best; then I worry about the overall airline standards of European airlines. Seats were very uncomfortable and almost closer to budget airlines in terms of comfort. A sore bottom after a long haul flight ruins your holiday at the start. Check in process was okay. Staff/crew was good - interactions ranged from pleasant to borderline rude (depending on the particular individual).

Stale, bad and limited food, drink options. Entertainment system was broken, old and had barely any latest contents.

Entertainment monitors did not work in the seats & it was so hot in the cabin. One of the most uncomfortable flights I've ever taken.

Our seat were changed from Turkish Airlenes without offering us a better choice.We paid for those seats even it was Businesses Class. .The seats we were given was next to cabin crew closet.Crew kept opening the closet while we were sleeping.It was very noisy and we also we’re right to next to kitchen.It was very noisy. We want our money back. Food was horrible when we were flying from Newark to Istanbul. It is a shame for Airline to waste so much money on tastless food.

Turkish Airline is great! The fact that they provided a hot sandwich for an hour flight is truly amazing. I can't say enough good words but Thank You!

Awful. They cancelled my seats and demanded $1360 to rebook me

we were delayed from Athens to Abu Dhabi by an hour and a half, so I had trouble connecting the flight from there to Bali. It could have been done had they waited even 15 mins. There was another lady who was in the same boat. By the time we were half way across the terminal, they have actually already issued different flights for us to go Jakarta then to Bali. Not to mention the inconvenience of waiting over 4 hrs at the airport and the subsequent inconvenience, we did not arrive to Bali till after 800pm the next day, which means I paid for the hotel for nothing when I could have been there before noon the next day! There was little explanation. It was just as well I needed some assistance getting around, otherwise the 2 of us would have been completely lost! Not going to fly with them again!

Likes: on time departure, new plane Didn’t like:very poor quality food, very limited entertainment.no amenity kit etc.

Bad. Flight was very uncomfortable with narrow and shallow seats, very little food and water. I will not fly etihad again.

Boarding catastrophic let alone have to claimb the plain rather than using jetway. 5.5 hr delay leaving had to do stop in Lgw for a new crew which further compounded the delay. Connecting flight would not wait and had to pend a night in a hotel. Curiously my seat would not go full flat.

In never flown this flight, because my flight coning from Barcelona was delayed.

The flight was delayed which cause me to miss my connecting flight in AbuDhsbi airport.

Lovely crew - comfortable journey despite it being an older plane.

Online was good boarding also but a child was crying all the way with no intervention from crew member.

I was disappointed with the quality of the food for an international flight also I wasn't given a toiletry bag which is customary in international flights.

British airways has the most uncomfortable coach seats for international travel i have ever experienced. There is no leg room and when the person in front of you reclines their seat it nearly hits you in the face. There is not enough room for you to open a laptop in front of you or eat a meal. It’s ridiculous and i hope to not fly them in the future.

The Heathrow team was no prepared for the number of people who were coming through at that time of the morning, it seemed they were also experiencing shift change. The lines were incredibly long and moved at a snails pace. A airport rep walked by me, I presented my boarding pass to her and asked if she thought I would make the my flight If I stayed in the current lane. The look on her face told me I was not going to make my flight. She then whisked me to another lane, got me through the line and i ran to the gate and boarded my flight with only seconds to spare. It was a frustrating experience, which BA had nothing to do with. BUT after getting onto the airplane, the flight team was welcoming and I felt a huge sense of relief. Thank you to the BA flight team!!!

I gave a very poor review for th flight over (Pitt to London) due to terrible seat comfort. Different plane on the way back and it was much better. The flight was delayed over an hour taking off but only landed about 15 minutes late.

Service of the crews were great. Food on flight was very greasy, and salty.

These 777 planes really shouldn’t have 3-4-3 seats in economy. Very little leg room and the aisles were tiny. It was very uncomfortable for a 7 hour flight. (These same planes used to be 3-3-3 for seats until 2018).

Staff was engaging and helpful. Loved the experience and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family

Flight was delayed hours which caused us to miss our connection and lose a day of vacation. CHS staff was great.

Our first class ticket was a coach seat with a tray wedged in the middle seat. Seats were the same as coach seats and there was no divider between classes of service. Never seen anything like this before.

Wow I fly a lot and BA are probably the best major airline to fly with
