Flight was delayed by baggage loading onto the plane. This was attributed to "inclement weather" (some moderate rain) which could be said to be beyond the airline's control, but the problematic part was that the plane was boarded and doors shut so that passengers sat in a cramped plane with rising temperature (full flight) for an hour. The airline was aware of the status of baggage loading, they could have deferred boarding to keep passengers comfortable.

Service excellent would chose Singapore airlines as my first choice

We flew business class. It was excellent. For a 6’4” individual, the seats were slightly uncomfortable for sleeping. But this is only comparison to other business class seats. Otherwise, the crew was incredibly attentive, And the service was impeccable.

My groups frequent flyer star allianceUnited airline miles was not accepted. The Singapore premium economy bag had to be requested, it was very lacking- no toothbrush. I paid more than double than economy but could only use the bathrooms sharing with economy which was hardly available and had to wait in line. Is the 2X $ worth it just for a larger seat???? It is questionable. Seats were not that comfortable. My husband’s seat had white stains on it- had to wipe it down. Our headphones did not have covers on it. Food- way too much.

The booking experience was bad. Our six character booking ID number disappeared the day before the flight, We could not find out what happened or what was the status of our flight, scheduled for the next day. We finally found the right number to contact Singapore Airlines on the matter (not easy). The Singapore agent worked through the issue in a little over thirty minutes on the phone, the day before the flight. That was great. I'm very happy with Singapore Airlines and their performance. Contact with a competent person on the matter was near impossible. It seems no one in business these days wants to deal with customers once they've pocketed the money. There were resellers, including Kayak, involved in the chain. When we finally got through to Underpricer, we did get a return call that could have proved helpful. But by that time the matter had been resolved by the Singapore agent. Majestic Vacations, the reseller who received the payment was less than worthless. That's just a fast buck operation. Ugh.

Fantastic patience when one of the passengers behind me was an absolute horrible, horrible person and the girls just kept smiling and doing their job with patience and kindness. Well, done to the crew.

It was a middle of the night changeover, so we were all ready for sleep. Staff were helpful and managed a few hours sleep. Food options were good.

Could not really fault anything. We had a really short time between flights (about 45 mins), and had to get across the other side of the terminal. But we made it and crew were helpful. Food was good and service for the kids was great.

My daughter and I had a pleasant trip to Singapore. Reliable and on time.

I never share this kind of things but I have to share this out of respect to myself and how surprised I was I got a shoulder injury so I went to Turkey to get a procedure to my shoulder ( I can prove and provide it with documentation from the hospital to you) and on my way in this flight, I asked one of the crew members who’ s name is j. Muller to help me to lift my carry on to put it up in to cabinet and she told me she can’t do it , and I said I m sorry I m injured , I really need help , then can you please find someone who can help me ? And she gave me this nasty attitude and refused to help me . Then I was shocked because all I asked was for help, i didn’t even ask her to put my carry on bag up for me , all I asked her to help me so we can do it together. Then 5 minutes later another crew member who’s name is Jenny Rutz came and asked me if everything is ok And i explained her what happened and she told me if I create more problem, she will not let me fly i was shocked, all I told her was I was injured and I needed some help to put my luggage up . I am extremely shocked and upset , this was so unprofessional, rude and unnecessary. I thought their job is to help us in our flight. She disrespected me , embarrassed me, made me feel like I m a problem and threatened me to get me out of the plane In front of everyone I am 41 years old mature and kind woman, i have never in my life experienced something this unprofessional and this disrespectful ever They both turned something so simple and normal into this terrible experience for me and for the people sitting around me . So it was so uncomfortable and unfair that the other passengers who were sitting around me and next to me got negatively affected by the event and told me to take their phone number so that they can be my witness for the crew member’ rudeness and unprofessionalism I m still very upset how can people be this rude and heartless I will never ever want to fly with your airline company again

It was not made clear that additional passport control is needed before queueing up for boarding. The seats were very uncomfortable and cramped even for small persons. The arm rests were not fully capable of lifting up out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them even worse to lean on. Just one audio channel was working on one of our seats.

Stuff was very helpful at checkin. Flight attendants were nice. Food wasn’t very good, I expected a little more. Economy Seats are ok. Second flight was very full and they forced us to checkin our carry on.

Great food - movie selection was good. Plane was a few minutes late but got to destination on time.

Everything was great, except for food. It was not good. I think I got a food poisoning from the salad.

Flight was late on arrival. When asked, one of the crew was not helpful with providing us information on if we could meet our transition and would only say to listen to the announcement. We nearly missed our transition because we had to race across the terminals. In addition, our checking bag did not make the transition. After making the report, no calls updating us on status were received. Provided my telephone number, but when I called they said they did not have my number. I still have not received my bag

The staff was excellent. The food was good, but the seating and comfort was horrible overcrowded.

There was not enough food for everybody. Some dishes were missing.

The overall flight experience between Doha and Kolkata was satisfactory. The staff onboard were notably engaged, responsive, and enthusiastic, providing a level of service that stood out, especially when compared to the less attentive crew on the earlier leg from Heathrow to Doha. Their eagerness to assist made the journey more pleasant. Additionally, the time spent at the Silver Lounge in Doha contributed positively to the experience. The lounge offered a comfortable and relaxing environment, with adequate amenities and attentive staff. Overall, both the flight and the lounge experience in Doha met expectations, making for a smooth and satisfactory travel experience.

Do not overbook flights and kick out confirmed ticketed passengers :-(

Being a QR Platinum member traveling in business class, I expected the staff to be more courteous. Unfortunately, the lady staff was rude attending business class 1K side.

Between Air India and Qatar my luggage was lost for three days. I eventually found my own luggage location using the Apple Air Tag. Air India used a paper form to report my lost luggage. I could never get past getting past luggage personnel with my report number before they would hang up on me. Only after them specifically telling Air India at Chandigarh airport where my luggage was located which was right under their noses did they react. After three days I finally received my luggage. The Air India luggage folks didn’t seem proactive in finding the luggage’s rightful owner.

Food was good, attendants were friendly. Seats were not comfortable. Did not receive any amenities such as eyemask or earplugs that would have helped sleep. Additionally a large group of passengers boarded very late into boarding and were a disruption for almost the whole flight. Flight attendants did their best but the kids were making so much noise, kicking seats, and half the time no adult was sat with them so they weren’t being managed.

It was good no problems made it on time for the next flight overseas!

There’s lots of problem I faced from Bom to Doha that experience was worst I never faced before like this

The flight was good but my neighbor had the vent open full power for the whole flight and because the air was blowing from the side instead of from the top and I got very cold and ended up with a sore throat.

we were delayed from Athens to Abu Dhabi by an hour and a half, so I had trouble connecting the flight from there to Bali. It could have been done had they waited even 15 mins. There was another lady who was in the same boat. By the time we were half way across the terminal, they have actually already issued different flights for us to go Jakarta then to Bali. Not to mention the inconvenience of waiting over 4 hrs at the airport and the subsequent inconvenience, we did not arrive to Bali till after 800pm the next day, which means I paid for the hotel for nothing when I could have been there before noon the next day! There was little explanation. It was just as well I needed some assistance getting around, otherwise the 2 of us would have been completely lost! Not going to fly with them again!

Likes: on time departure, new plane Didn’t like:very poor quality food, very limited entertainment.no amenity kit etc.

Boarding was efficient, had to check in cabin luggage. Seats were narrow, food was more in quantity, received cabin luggage on the luggage belt which was fine.

Boarding catastrophic let alone have to claimb the plain rather than using jetway. 5.5 hr delay leaving had to do stop in Lgw for a new crew which further compounded the delay. Connecting flight would not wait and had to pend a night in a hotel. Curiously my seat would not go full flat.

In never flown this flight, because my flight coning from Barcelona was delayed.

The flight was delayed which cause me to miss my connecting flight in AbuDhsbi airport.

Lovely crew - comfortable journey despite it being an older plane.

The business class experience is fantastic. The crew were polite but often unavailable even when I tried to call them! I even found myself bringing my used dishes and cutlery up to the crew because no one had come to collect it after over an hour.

Flight was fine, food better than anticipated and flight attendants were helpful and friendly.

Late in leaving the US. Late in arriving in UK. 2 plua hous on ground in UK before leaving. Late in arriving in Spain. Didn't get our bags until the next night.

No fast track available, no organisation. Unpleasant boarding system at gate 20 at JFK. When giving feedback to the lounge team I was told to talk to the manager instead of taking the feedback.

I was disappointed with the quality of the food for an international flight also I wasn't given a toiletry bag which is customary in international flights.

British airways has the most uncomfortable coach seats for international travel i have ever experienced. There is no leg room and when the person in front of you reclines their seat it nearly hits you in the face. There is not enough room for you to open a laptop in front of you or eat a meal. It’s ridiculous and i hope to not fly them in the future.

The Heathrow team was no prepared for the number of people who were coming through at that time of the morning, it seemed they were also experiencing shift change. The lines were incredibly long and moved at a snails pace. A airport rep walked by me, I presented my boarding pass to her and asked if she thought I would make the my flight If I stayed in the current lane. The look on her face told me I was not going to make my flight. She then whisked me to another lane, got me through the line and i ran to the gate and boarded my flight with only seconds to spare. It was a frustrating experience, which BA had nothing to do with. BUT after getting onto the airplane, the flight team was welcoming and I felt a huge sense of relief. Thank you to the BA flight team!!!

I gave a very poor review for th flight over (Pitt to London) due to terrible seat comfort. Different plane on the way back and it was much better. The flight was delayed over an hour taking off but only landed about 15 minutes late.

These 777 planes really shouldn’t have 3-4-3 seats in economy. Very little leg room and the aisles were tiny. It was very uncomfortable for a 7 hour flight. (These same planes used to be 3-3-3 for seats until 2018).

Our first class ticket was a coach seat with a tray wedged in the middle seat. Seats were the same as coach seats and there was no divider between classes of service. Never seen anything like this before.

It didn't happen at all. They sold out my seat taking their own decision that I'll not get to boarding on time, but I was!
