The overall flight experience between Doha and Kolkata was satisfactory. Moved seats, didn't accommodate requests to change seats even though other seats were available.

Being a QR Platinum member traveling in business class, I expected the staff to be more courteous. Unfortunately, the lady staff was rude attending business class 1K side.

Check in desk people constrained by fear. Obvious typo on Uganda visa, even though approved, caused loss of flight. Something is definitely wrong with this system.

Fly Qatar Airways is always amazing. Their service and care for details is really very good.

Flight was fine overall. What you would expect from economy seats. I did appreciate the amenities (eyemask, earplugs, small toothbrush and toothpaste, thin socks).

More facilities to transport to the gates......felt too much walking distance

They made us deliberate waste time by holding our passports and boarding passes making us miss the flight

It was a long flight but overall a good one. The one thing that I would comment on is that there is a real problem with disposable plastic products when it comes to the meal service. It would be great for Qatar Airways to find ways to make its meal service more circular and reduce the immense amount of waste.

Overall it was a very good experience. Boarding was efficient and well organized. The cabin crew were excellent. The meals were tasty and quite filling. The warm bread rolls were a nice touch. Seats were comfortable even if they were a little narrow. Entertainment selection was excellent.

Turkish Airlines apparently no longer gives you 2 checked bags allowance on international flights, so that pleasure cost me $165 for my second suitcase at the airport. On top of that, they damaged that very suitcase, which happens to be a designer one and part of a set - ripped one of the four wheels right off.

Unfortunately internet was down and they couldn’t fix it in a time I needed it so urgent to stay in touch with work

Was an excellent experience I have been flying Turkish Airlines for 5 years and always will

Not sure how they are rated best airline in Europe. If they are the best; then I worry about the overall airline standards of European airlines. Seats were very uncomfortable and almost closer to budget airlines in terms of comfort. A sore bottom after a long haul flight ruins your holiday at the start. Check in process was okay. Staff/crew was good - interactions ranged from pleasant to borderline rude (depending on the particular individual).

Food could have been hotter. More padding needed in economy seats

Boarding on time. Limited food and drinks options . Few Crew was rude and unconcerned. Entertainment system is old and barely any new contents.

Boarding from Accra was chaotic and disorganized. Otherwise, it was a good flight with good food and customer service

Our seat were changed from Turkish Airlenes without offering us a better choice.We paid for those seats even it was Businesses Class. .The seats we were given was next to cabin crew closet.Crew kept opening the closet while we were sleeping.It was very noisy and we also we’re right to next to kitchen.It was very noisy. We want our money back. Food was horrible when we were flying from Newark to Istanbul. It is a shame for Airline to waste so much money on tastless food.

United failed me in cancelling flight to Chicago. Then put me on American Airlines standby to Miami for onward connection to RMO via IST. Standby failed. They looked me for Sunday morning 24 hours late at this point). Made it to Miami but Turkish airlines cancelled my seats and demanded $1360 to rebook the flights for the following day ! I went to United, spent two hours negotiating with Mr Ruis ? Who said he could do anything for me as he could fix problems that United caused in Miami. He suggested I call the 800 number. When I managed to.get through on my 6th call, I was on hold 2 hours and 30 minutes waiting for an agent when the call was cut off by United phone system. I went back to American. At last a lady , who had zero responsibility in this fiasco, helped me to find a replacement flight that night with Polish airlines to RMO through Warsaw at a cost of $968 including bag charge. I booked it with only a few hours to spare. The lady at American helped to recover and redirect my checked suitcase that had arrived in Miami a day earlier United customer service were awful. United partner Turkish airlines were horrendous and took zero responsibility. I ended up being late to my appointment overseas by 45 hours with zero compensation, no food vouchers, no replacement flights until I found one and paid for it myself. I reporting the entire fiasco to the secretary of state for Tennessee for law violations and refusal to remedy and compensate. I now need help to extend the trip by two days but United are not responding to communications

Smoothly flight, pleasant flight attendants. I wish there were better food choices.

Preferred the UA flight compared to the Air India. The seats were more comfortable and the food was good enough.

As usual, United scheduling is completely misleading. A 54-minute layover at O’Hare is too short to make a lot of connections, especially since the flight landed “on time” but had to wait on the taxiway 15 minutes for a gate to open up. Then it takes another 10 minutes to exit the plane before one can run to another concourse to catch a connecting flight.

It was so uncomfortable for 14 straight hours it was torture

The pairing of personal Bluetooth headset did not work, provided headset did not work, then the screen locked and therefore no in-flight entertainment was available.

No cooked food. Crew was not friendly and not that helpful

No water on the toilets, dirty sits. 4 hours delayed departure.

Lady was a bit rude during boarding and I was being nice to her.

Everything was great except for one thing. I was sitting in seat 1L with plenty of windows. Because we couldn’t sit next to each other, my husband was in 2L with only one window that he had to almost turnhis neck around to look out. Therefore, the window position with 1/2 of the “window” seats in business class is not optimal

Plane was late with no information or announcement … had to walk up n downstairs.., had not communicated this … and ppl had suitcase to carry .

Like: It arrived, Dislike: Boarding was a separate corridor with no counter announcements at the passenger waiting area. Very dirty airplane and toilets, food options were terrible - everything even the vegetarian option was a curry spice. Many other passengers using the toilets would not lock the door and kept door partially open during use - flight attendants would not enforce or direct them to lock it and light turns on, no entertainment options at all, other passengers would be singing and not peaceful. Atrocious flight experience.

There where no ear phones provided and the food needs to improve.

The food needs to improve especially the fish as there where only 3 fish cubes in my plate.

I have been flew with ET since 2013 and I wish the service can be reach standard airlines as Star Alliance member please ET you need to improve many thing on the services learn from SQ and other member

I had a full row so can't imagine how this could be better

Boarding was delayed and people were just sitting there like lost.

The boarding area was too small with only one agent checking passengers into their standing bus

1. They messed up my baby food order. 2. They messed up my confirmed seats. 3. The screen on my seat was not working at all. So, it’s a horrible experience

I like the leg room. I did not like the plane from Chicago to Addis. It was dirty and smelly and toilet area filthy. My screen was not working and kept saying loading. The plane from Addis to Harare was clean , more modern and food looked much fresher and tasted better. Boarding at Addis was a nightmare, long queues and lots of confusion,International space has no seating are and one is standing all the time.

Flight was fine but diverted to a different airport. I was also assigned a seat that I wasn’t allowed to change during the check in process, which was odd.

Cabin crew were not nice. The plane was an hour late arriving.

The mushroom rigatoni was very flavorful & made me happy. The flight team was accommodating and friendly & I look forward to using BA again in the future.

I gave a very poor review for th flight over (Pitt to London) due to terrible seat comfort. Different plane on the way back and it was much better. The flight was delayed over an hour taking off but only landed about 15 minutes late.

It was a great experience. I did find that some menu options were not available, which was a bit surprising, but over all a wonderful experience.

My experience was very disappointing. Firstly I was unable to check in using the kiosks. Secondly even though I purchased a flight with one checked bag, I was told at the counter that a checked bag was not included in my flight booking. And I had to pay for my bag. At the check in counter, the airline representative was very arrogant and demeaning. She insisted on charging me £140 for the luggage. And said it was an automatic charge calculated by the scale. This didn’t make sense to me. As it was 0.5 kg overweight. Which only required me to remove 2 bottles of water. Having an extensive flight schedule that involved multiple flights included NY and Brussels, this leg of my flight was the most stressful and unpleasant.

I never travelled better and more comfortably than with this flight because I was upgraded to the business class! it was amazing in every aspect. I was able to lay down and sleep, and the food was comparable to a gourmet restaurant menu. The flight was not only on time, but even much earlier, the crew was excellent as well. It felt like a very nice reward after so many uncomfortable and frustrating travels in the past decades. Even though most of my past trips were not with BA, they gave me a memorable gift with this favor. Thank you British Airways!

The issue wasn’t necessarily with British Airlines but was a reaction to their delayed flight from Miami to London on Aug 18. Due to the delay out of Miami, we missed our BA flight with Aer Linguis on the 19th from London to Cork, Ireland. The attendant in London was helpful and rebooked us for a flight later that same day ($120). However, she failed to mention that as a result of the missed flight, our returning flight was also cancelled and the rebooking cost was $451. Disappointed at the lack of communication between airlines and between the agent and the customer.

The checkin experience was terrible. Once we got to the counter, it took them 40 minutes to check us in. Nothing complicated. Just 6 boarding passes and two checked bags.

Horrible experience. They lost my luggage and still can’t find it. The plane ride was below average. Food also terrible compared to other airlines.
