The plane was dirty, there was trash in the seat pocket in front of me.

Underpricer was terrible. They wanted to charge me $150 for a seat asignment. Kayak is responsible for letting this happen. Please let me know if this is going to happen in the future. If it is i will not use kayak in the future.

Checking in was hard because we had to enter our middle name with our first name and wasn’t told to. The representative from underpricer investigated it and called me back. We were very appreciative for him.

Good legroom. Front seatback has best compartmentalization, netted pockets on sides of tv monitor for eyeglasses, water bottles etc. For Economy, best food across the Pacific. JAL doesn't skimp on quality to squeeze out more profit. No prepackaged items in plastic wrap. Cocktail service first with nibbles, Wine in your own 2 glass bottle. Later dinner service, more wine! Lastly, breakfast-lunch, more wine if you choose. Lastly, the friendliest most smiling crew across the Pacific.

Minimal legroom. Most passengers are respectful and don't recline. Outrageous long walk from Terminal One to Terminal Three.

I said the boarding was just par with other airlines, but I can't think of a way to improve it.

It was a quick and comfortable flight. There was no entertainment or food so I gave them poor marks. I wasn’t really expecting either so wish there was a NA option. Great flight with more leg room than my longer, overseas seating!

Great easy And smooth check in boarding and flight. Great experience. The allergen free meal was good because I could eat, but flavor and texture left a bit to be desired.

Just a little puddle jumper from Los Angeles to Vegas. Not much can be said, I had to go ask for some water.

There was fog in Amsterdam so many flights were delayed because of the weather. Air France knew that the flight would be delayed by two hours but still boarded the plane on time. Instead of letting the passengers wait at the gate we were crammed into the plane. It was uncomfortable. No refreshments were given. I couldn’t charge my devices onboard.

I tried to upgrade to premium economy anis seat online during the checkin process. The payment didn’t work due to a technical glitch on KLM’s website. I wasn’t able to change my seat unless I called Amsterdam. Since I was in Canada and there’s a time difference this wasn’t practical. So when I arrived early to Ottawa airport my seat wasn’t available and I could only get a middle seat in premium economy which isn’t great. These middle seats are priced at the same rate as an aisle seat which makes no sense.

Seats were comfortable crew members support was very good but AVML ordered or selected by us needs a lot of improvement.

Transavia flight. Couldn't select seat or anything prior to flight. No connection with klm systems. Seats are very crammed. Extremely no frills.

Seats were nice and comfy. Crew was polite and attentive. Business class is awesome and worth the money.

Flight left a few minutes late, but that's it. I wish the seats could be wider and recline more.

Overall a very pleasant flight. No significant issues on either flight. Amsterdam airport is very convenient for connecting

The IFE was quite old, but it worked fine and the content was good. The cabin crew were excellent and the food was as also very good

The baggage service at Malpensa was the worst ever. We wanted for over an hour without any information, they broke my suitcase, and the services of the local luggage services company was below any usual services level of a KLM partner.

Not great , just ok . I expected better food but it did not deliver . Flight staff was ok . The guy at the drop off bag counter was the only saving grace in this whole trip . He was pleasant, friendly and very helpful . You couldn’t ask for a better assistance from him .

Boarding was a disaster being moved by Air France by bus to the plane. The plane should have been at the right gate.

They lost my baggage and I still have not got it back. Disgrace

They lost my lauggage and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. NO ONE IS HELPING! PLEASE HELP FIND MY LOST LAUGGAGE

A disaster. Air France is a real joke. They overcharge us customers for absolutely nothing. Service was very poor, food was mediocre, entertainment non existent, etc. We paid thousands of dollars for our business class tickets and then we were told in Paris we could not access its lounge. Really Air France ? Congratulations on irritating your customers to the sky high level and ensuring we will do everything in our power to discourage others to travel with you.

They again did not offer any functioning WiFi in the transatlantic crossing.

Flight was late over a hour just like the first one. WiFi was down.

I paid 3 this and dollars for two tickets. No food, minimum drink, confused service and very uncomfortable sear. There was zero difference between busy ness and tourist class. I received a pathetic apology

My only issue was my meal was inedible except for the sides.

The check in was horrible. I stood in line for 1 hour to check in with an Air France ticket. Then I was told I had to go to Delta counter onstead to check in instead. It made no sense.

There was no air on the plane and it was very hot.

Horrible; seating was atrocious - inadequate leg room and seat width tight even for a small individual. Profits shouldn’t be everything!

Good plane, crew, and flight. Boarding was a bit chaotic. Bathrooms were unacceptable. United DESPERATELY needs a new terminal at IAD.

Fabulous! Plane was full a couple of months ahead of time and there were no seats available for purchase. Not the airlines fault but maybe they should offer more flights on that route! Thanks

Quality of service and maintenance has declined since my last trip before COVID.

Flight delayed. They made no attempt to get our luggage to our connecting flight so I am without necessities after they begged me to check in my bag. Still dont have it.

Great crew, boarding and deboarding excellent. Seats too close together. The 5'8" woman seated next to me had her knees pushed into the seat in front of her. The meat was very tough in the dinner...

Air conditioning in the plane wasn’t working at boarding, this resulted in a delayed departure whilst they addressed the situation. The cabin was uncomfortably hot.

Never happened, because of the first delayed flight I lost the connection and had to wait overnight and take two flights to reach my destination.

Exceptional, I’d like to specifically recognize Robert for his outstanding customer service. He is professional, pleasant, and personable.

3 hr delay. No water given while on the plane for 3hrs.

The Heathrow team was no prepared for the number of people who were coming through at that time of the morning, it seemed they were also experiencing shift change. The lines were incredibly long and moved at a snails pace. A airport rep walked by me, I presented my boarding pass to her and asked if she thought I would make the my flight If I stayed in the current lane. The look on her face told me I was not going to make my flight. She then whisked me to another lane, got me through the line and i ran to the gate and boarded my flight with only seconds to spare. It was a frustrating experience, which BA had nothing to do with. BUT after getting onto the airplane, the flight team was welcoming and I felt a huge sense of relief. Thank you to the BA flight team!!!

Flights were in time, everything was organized, food was really good!

They denied us boarding on our scheduled flight and experienced significant disruption to our travel plans because of overbooking the flight!

Disaster out of City Airport with our flight cancelled and very little help.

Worse experience with an airline in general. They failed in providing boarding passes at the beginning of my flight, requiring a trip to our local airport to correct. Most flights were delayed & one plane had to be replaced due to mechanical problems. Then they forced me to check a carryon bag that I couldn’t pick up in time due to a delayed flight. I had to choose between catching my flight or picking up a bag. And then trying to make a baggage claim online was impossible! A comedy of errors, but it was anything but funny. I would rather take a cruise liner than fly on British Airways again!

The crew was so unfriendly. Our (the last) section of the plane only got drink service once during an over 9 hour flight. When it come to the main meal service we only got a vegetarian option and where told the chicken option gone. About 30 minutes later I went to the bathroom and lo and behold the whole crew were eating the chicken option.

Honestly it was not great. I bought the plane tickets months prior to flying. The trip there was fine, though I found the mini beer offered on the flight a bit chintzy. The food was actually quite terrible both ways. I suppose that is somewhat to be expected. However, the return flight experience was awful. They did not have a seat assigned for me so I ended up "Flying Standby" on a flight I had purchased tickets for. This only complicated things when we arrived at Heathrow where I had to be assigned a seat on the next plane before getting through security. That added 15 minutes to the ordeal because there was no one to answer the phone for the security personnel. The security lines were backed up because people. It took another hour to get through and I almost missed my return flight due to them not having assigned me a seat number. Stupid.
