Everything was awful Flight attendant was condescending, rude and not helpful at all. Small outdated plane. No service, uncomfortable seats. Flight attendant was really the worst. He used hand gestures to communicate instead of words and whenever he used words he was condescending.

I am not an electronic savy. I don't know how to maneuver the APPS for services. Why can't I just buy food without the apps.
Flight home lot's of room shame I never noticed that they ripped my suitcase and didn't notice it to I got toy destination and had to buy new set
when you can say you don't remember being at any point upset during a flight, the airline is winning .
The plane was delayed ~ 40 minutes. Communication could have been better. The entertainment was poor. We were not offered headsets by the flight attendants. The arm rest pad did not work properly, thus, I could not select what I wanted to watch.
Not very good. My flight was canceled. Rebooking was terrible. I got hung up on 4 times by book agents while attempting to get another flight. Took me 8 hours to finally rebooked. Agent a check in desk not helpful. They acted like it was an inconvenience for them to help me. They did not handle my issue which caused me to deal with call center.
Calgary desperately needs a star alliance lounge in the transborder area for United.
No water on the toilets, dirty sits. 4 hours delayed departure.
45 minutes delay and not clear way. Almost missed my trans-Atlantic connection
When I got our tickets, my husband and I were easily able to get seats together (including a window seat). When we checked in at the airport all the seats were reset and we had to pick new ones, so we couldn’t sit together because there were only middle seats! Ugh that’s the worst. We were back so far we had to check our carry ons which was annoying because I bring an expensive camera that I don’t/cant check so I had to reorganize my items. Once we were seated on the plane we had to wait an hour to take off and they said there was some weather/air traffic in Denver but it was unclear. The lady I sat next to complained that our seats didn’t go back and we both got free complimentary snack boxes which were quite good. I wasn’t going to say anything about the seats, they were the typical uncomfortable kind. It would have been fine if the 2 hr flight hadn’t turned into 3 hrs. Not the best flight but also not the worst.
