I did not get my baggage at my final destination..poor coordination with connecting flights with partner airlines (Saudi airways). Also the food was very mediocre.

Not great , just ok . I expected better food but it did not deliver . Flight staff was ok . The guy at the drop off bag counter was the only saving grace in this whole trip . He was pleasant, friendly and very helpful . You couldn’t ask for a better assistance from him .
There was 2 hours delay before boarding and 2 hours delay after boarding while waiting in the plane
Very good crew. Food service above average. Seats very small for a 12 hours flight.
They lost my lauggage and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. NO ONE IS HELPING! PLEASE HELP FIND MY LOST LAUGGAGE
They again did not offer any functioning WiFi in the transatlantic crossing.
The first half from DC to Paris was very good and the staff were very helpful and humble BUT flight from Paris to Mumbai was sad. 1) it was packed. 2) no space on head compartment 3) crews were unresponsive to the calls 4) one crew member literally banged the bottle of water after giving me glass of water. A little water splashed on me and she was unapologetic 5) with so many hours of flight, little leg space should be taken care else don’t fill your airline till brim which affects your crew and they remove anger on us. 6) huge line for washrooms. 7) 2nd half journey was pathetic
Flight was late over a hour just like the first one. WiFi was down.
I paid 3 this and dollars for two tickets. No food, minimum drink, confused service and very uncomfortable sear. There was zero difference between busy ness and tourist class. I received a pathetic apology
My only issue was my meal was inedible except for the sides.
The boarding was confusing everyone asking each other the same question is this going to Dxb? The seat was awful felt like your sitting on a bench. I would not recommend it to anyone.
Food quality and the overall service of the staff and significantly decreased. The flight was delayed at the Istanbul airport and the passengers were kept onboard for more than 3 hours. The staff didn’t kept the passengers informed and everyone was upset.
My flight was cancelled with no warning! I had to find out right at the airport when I arrived from my previous flight!
Excellent service. Made United 's business class look like a cattle car
Better than other airlines but still not at the top with other airlines that you pay the same price and services and customer service are much more well performed with care and attention to the customer. Still a long way to go. Some of the flight attendants are speaking English like they translate direct from Turkish. They need to improve the customer service for a global travel.
Turkish airlines always is an excellent airline, bottle water, comfort kits were provided. Decent food on board, friendly staffs.

Connection was a headache due to a delay on arrival flight
The only thing that I think could be better is the baggage storage, it wasn't exactly ordered, but all in great conditions
I flew from Brussels to Munich, then from Munich to Denver. The flight from Brussels was only about 2.5 hours and it was okay. But the flight from Munich was about 12 hours and we sat on the plane for a very long time after everyone boarded. I paid something like $75 for a “preferred” seat in economy and it was so cramped my knees rubbed against the hard shell pocket. You couldn’t turn your legs to the side because the passenger next to you was too close. I was on the aisle but couldn’t put my leg out because there was often traffic or carts. Maybe I’m expecting too much but on such a long flight I’d like to see more comfortable seats. I think it was a United A380 plane. I won’t be flying anywhere that far away again. My legs and feet are still swollen 4 days later.
Staff very helpful. Seat comfortable. Food generous and pretty good.
The plane was 3 hours late. What more can I say?!.. This, plus my horrendous experience of the second leg of my trip in where the plane had to be boarded (off and on) without escalators.. but not-covered outside regular steps…!! No… this is my last flight with Lufthansa!! Never again!
Everything was fine except the landing. We were off loaded on the tarmac. Squished on busses then driven around for 20 minutes. Dropped at terminal B and needed to be at A so had to wait 20 min in another line to catch a bus then another 20 min wait in customs! How on earth were we to get to our connecting flights!? Not a great first trip with your airline or start of my vacation. The woman on the tarmac was rude too

Flight took off late. Flew business class. Lunch choice was chicken or vegetarian gruel. Chicken was gone by the time the flight attendant got to me. Got the salad, rolls, and desert. Skipped the vegetarian gruel. Almost broke a tooth on the roll. Suspect at it was least three days old...bird food. Wheelchair service (for spouse) at ATH was outstanding. Wheelchair service at FRA was mediocre as usual/expected.
It was excellent. I upgraded from premium economy to business and it was totally worth it. We were on a 747 and I sat upstairs and enjoyed the privacy. The crew was incredible especially the woman who had been working with you all for 30 years.she was absolutely spectacular as was her cabin. The food was delicious. I would just serve bread with the meal. Don’t take it away!
Delay before takeoff, ran out of protein options for the meal served, waited on the tarmac upon landing for and hour, waited in corridor for people mover for 45 minutes and still waited at baggage claim for over 30 minutes. This was after Lufthansa cancelled our flight to Frankfurt. Will definitely be my last option when booking overseas flights.
The wi-fi wasn’t working on the flight from Munich to Chicago and I’d already paid for two devices before they notified us not to purchase it. I think that should have been mentioned as we checked in or boarded not once we were already on board during the safety brief. The flight attendant stated that we’d get a voucher, but we didn’t receive anything while on the flight, so I don’t know who’s responsible for issuing a voucher or refund.
I will not fly them again. Late flight ( no communication as to why)… no one even remotely working to help those with connections that are very narrow off the plane in a hurry … NO ONE understood how to move … and 1/2 the plane was running to connections. I missed mine. Total pain in the arse. A 12 hour trip in total took like 20 hours…. Horrible. 1st Lufthansa flight - and will try not to book them again
