Our baggage didn’t arrive with us on the plane. Need I say more?
Delayed and missed connection, was not re-booked like other travelers so ended up being stuck for several hours due to no one handling my booking.
same as previous comments. i hate being on a plane that long. no problems w/anything else.
nothing to complain about w/the food, and professionalism of the crew. i just cant stand being on a flight for that long of a time.
The service was excellent. The quarters were a little cramped in Economy, and we had to exist there for 18 hours.
It was very nice. I will try to fly with Qantas whenever I can.
Much better than I expected for such a long flight.
The flight was good, long obviously but smooth. The seats are pretty small, definitely notice a difference for long haul compared to Emirates or Cathay Pacific it’s more like medium haul seating for space. Food options were good, children’s meals were good for my fussy 3yo.
Great flight and attendants. Seating is a bit weird. The extra price seats aren’t too worth it.
It’s a very long flight and there are so many people on board. Perhaps a warm washcloth now and then to freshen up
reliable, relatively relaxed, helpful and kind staff and clean airplanes. No need for more.
Only complaint is that the entertainment system wasn’t working on our seats and some others.

4 hours delay, awful food and missed all my connections because of the delay to be rebooks for a flight 10 hrs later back home and never actually make it to my final destination
The Flight was delayed in 2,5 hours. 1 hour inside the airplane then we passangers were not allowed to receive food as the local regulariam determines (for delays bigger than 2 hours)
It was fine. no food or entertainment , but was only a 40 minute flight.
Paper boarding passes needed, so you need to add the time at the kiosk or desk to get them at the airport
The boading process was fine. Had to wait for bus from tarmac to terminal. Had to go through 2 or 3 security checkpoints in Lima to make next connecting flight.
It was a short flight, sits uncomfortable No food was provided. Staff was lovely and kind .
The crew was amazing. The best in the last times. Great group of people.
