The boarding was organized and efficient. The crew was very thoughtful and did not wake me up when meals were served. I was totally exhausted after 2 weeks of vacation with a tour group. So sleep was more important to me. The crew just left me a sticker telling me that food had been served and if I woke up hungry to contact the crew. I did have the last meal scheduled on board. Food was very mediocre. The scrambled egg and minced meat were too salty. The porridge was passable. I was disappointed because I have high expectations of food from Taiwan. I thought EVA being a Taiwan based airline would have served its customers better tasting food.

The staff was marvelous. The entertainment options were terrible, old or 2nd rate movies. I was unable to entertain myself for 18 hours-it made it seem even longer. Note: I thought about upgrading but your information about what was included was unclear. Are the seats bigger? Are there current moves? What kind of food do you get? Would the upgrade compare to Delta? Just saying the upgrade is better didn’t convince me and I regret not flying Delta.
EVA air was nice. It was the first time I’ve flown with them. The poor entertainment choices for 2 long flights will make me think about choosing them next time. I didn’t know if would effect me so much but I couldn’t sleep and it added to the stress. The food was terrible for me but I couldn’t find how to inform them about my diet when I bought my ticket.

Amazing crew, excellent food, business class seats seem a bit dated but are super comfy even for a very tall person. If continuing onto Taipei, the stopover in Bangkok is a bit annoying (queue at security) though the lounge is decent.
Plane is new and I was upgraded to first class so all was great.
Only one Hindi movie from LAvto Taipei and same movie from Taipei to Singapore Really horrible and we call it entertainment???
I like Eva Air. I’ve been flying it for several years.. I did notice small changes for the worse by the staff. They’re still way above major carriers based in the USA.

Just okay. Staff is accomodating especially at the check in counter and gate. Boarding was just fine. Leg room was cramped at economy. No entertainment, wifi is so-so. Cola in can given by cup, but rest of can was not given. At least give the whole can.
What I noticed is that when customers or passengers are asleep, they are no longer given food.
Flight were late each leg of the trip, seats were narrow and uncomfortable. Food was delayed and poor quality. Overall a bad e perience. I complained and was offered no offset or compensation.

ANA’s service was great, and the flight was nice and smooth . They gave us updates and checking in and boarding was smooth and easy .

Lots of legroom for a small flight. There was in flight entertainment even though it is a short duration. We waited on one passenger to board for a long time after everyone else was on.

Easy if you are a United States Citizen, when you go to US Border & Customs, bring your Passport if you arrive Internationally. Remember to pick up your check baggage before moving into domestic flights, as they will check the tag for the plane you are boarding in. (They will check your baggage again). Bring your ID/DL (Real-ID COMPLIANT) with you to pass security/TSA, passport works too. SFO is pretty strict as well as LAX. Boarding could have been a little bit better but other than that it was a pretty good experience. I think because of the stowaway to Paris France recently they are being extra diligent about boarding passes at the gate. But they boarded the back of the plane first, and that's something I really think needs to start in the USA.

I did not take the flight, tried to cancel it right after I booked it, but was unable to reach anyone. I blame Kayak for this situation because they sent the booking through another company and I was unable to get anyone to talk to me about the situation. I had to just take the hit and pay for another flight through Cathay Pacific, which was wonderful. I will never use Kayak again. (I bet they don’t post this review!) I’ll just post about them on social media sites. I don’t want anyone to have to go through the hassle and expense I dealt with.
Airline itself is great. While food was being taken off of my tray my beer spilled which was a total accident and I wasn’t upset about that, what was frustrating was I had to ask for towels to clean up and wipe my leg. It would have been left as is if I hadn’t.
Bars and restaurants in Taipei close early. The lounge isn’t very good, but better than the public areas.
The food was the only thing that could have made the experience even better. Everything was stellar but the food. The staff was superb. I’ve been flying with ANA for years as my go-to and I think I may have found my new favorite. 😍
Short lay over. Seat assignment was terrible. Was traveling as a family and end up being seated separately. Will not use underpricer ever again.

I very much liked and appreciated the service on board. The seating arrangement in Business feels uncomfortable. It's not made for tall people, in any case.

Flight was delayed by baggage loading onto the plane. This was attributed to "inclement weather" (some moderate rain) which could be said to be beyond the airline's control, but the problematic part was that the plane was boarded and doors shut so that passengers sat in a cramped plane with rising temperature (full flight) for an hour. The airline was aware of the status of baggage loading, they could have deferred boarding to keep passengers comfortable.
This flight was 16 hours and they made it very tolerable. Seats were comfortable and the staff very accommodating. I had plenty of inflight entertainment. Food was very good.
Service excellent would chose Singapore airlines as my first choice
The staff were amazing and very kind. The seats recline a little too far back and are up close when sitting behind.
We flew business class. It was excellent. For a 6’4” individual, the seats were slightly uncomfortable for sleeping. But this is only comparison to other business class seats. Otherwise, the crew was incredibly attentive, And the service was impeccable.
My groups frequent flyer star allianceUnited airline miles was not accepted. The Singapore premium economy bag had to be requested, it was very lacking- no toothbrush. I paid more than double than economy but could only use the bathrooms sharing with economy which was hardly available and had to wait in line. Is the 2X $ worth it just for a larger seat???? It is questionable. Seats were not that comfortable. My husband’s seat had white stains on it- had to wipe it down. Our headphones did not have covers on it. Food- way too much.
We arrived early and finally made it to our gate almost an hour after.
We were delayed 3x and because I didn’t purchase my tickets directly from United Airlines I was told I Have to take care of it myself so I called Underpricer and they helped me but before I changed my flights I took the risk of sticking by what my tickets were and was lucky to have gotten on the original all flight with only 15 mins before take off. not sure if I will do this again
The flight was delayed so the people from a late connecting flight was able to still make the connection.
Everything good until we waited for jet bridge at SFO. Then pilot gets on speaker & said it won’t reach plane- too short, need to go to different gate. Then 5 min later, adjusted plane/jetbridge & all ok?!?
Was a pain having to leave the plane and reboard but glad the plane was fixed
We had to wait almost an hour for the wheelchair porter to be ready to pick up my mother. And when she arrived in Newark airport the porter was not there and she started walking with her cane and her poor mobility. When the Newark porter found her they didn't want to transfer her bags to the wheelchair for her.
My experience was medium staff where great I dislike flying in triple 7 seats very uncomfortable and no room on jet all the rest of the flights where great
Great onboard crew. Boarding was a zoo, I got in line before pre boarding in Group 2, still had my bag force checked. WiFi was glitchy all flight. Seat and bathroom are both tiny unless you pay $$$ for first class.
Staff was generally seeming stressed out and was a bit rude and slow. Plane left late. Pilot was very well-spoken.
Cabin was pitch black, even during meal service. The reading lights for seat 2E/F did not work, and seat 2E did not recline.
