The staff was marvelous. The entertainment options were terrible, old or 2nd rate movies. I was unable to entertain myself for 18 hours-it made it seem even longer. Note: I thought about upgrading but your information about what was included was unclear. Are the seats bigger? Are there current moves? What kind of food do you get? Would the upgrade compare to Delta? Just saying the upgrade is better didn’t convince me and I regret not flying Delta.
Plane is new and I was upgraded to first class so all was great.
Only one Hindi movie from LA to Taipei and same movie from Taipei to Singapore Why we call it entertainment when I have to watch one movie for 18 hours flying ?
Food was ok. Could have been better. Entertainment was limited, especially for kids.
The flight from Taipei to LAX was the first time we encountered rudeness from the crew. From the gate agents to the in flight crew. We had received such wonderful service going to Bali and on our Bali to Taipei flight that it shocked us when the gate agent was rude and then the rudeness continued on the flight to LAX.
Overall great experience. All four members of my family were seated together without paying extra to reserve seats. Everything was on time. Food was great and healthy. Media entertainment was good. Rock music could be added as a listening choice. No issue with baggages. Flight attendants were friendly and helpful. I would recommend EVA to friends and family.
As a senior traveller it’s difficult to be seated all the way at the back

The type of the food requested (Asian vegetarian) was not properly met with. They have very limited snack items that may compensate for the main meals.

ANA’s service was great, and the flight was nice and smooth . They gave us updates and checking in and boarding was smooth and easy .

Lots of legroom for a small flight. There was in flight entertainment even though it is a short duration. We waited on one passenger to board for a long time after everyone else was on.

Easy if you are a United States Citizen, when you go to US Border & Customs, bring your Passport if you arrive Internationally. Remember to pick up your check baggage before moving into domestic flights, as they will check the tag for the plane you are boarding in. (They will check your baggage again). Bring your ID/DL (Real-ID COMPLIANT) with you to pass security/TSA, passport works too. SFO is pretty strict as well as LAX. The seats are too small for international flights. I felt like cattle.
As my first experience in business class it was a great trip considering how long the flight is and how hard it usually is to sleep in economy
Boarding was fast and efficient. Not a cramped plane and good comfort. Food was great and attendants were very nice.
Crew was professional. Never enough leg room for 12 hour overnight flight.
Airline itself is great. While food was being taken off of my tray my beer spilled which was a total accident and I wasn’t upset about that, what was frustrating was I had to ask for towels to clean up and wipe my leg. It would have been left as is if I hadn’t.
Bars and restaurants in Taipei close early. The lounge isn’t very good, but better than the public areas.
The food was the only thing that could have made the experience even better. Everything was stellar but the food. The staff was superb. I’ve been flying with ANA for years as my go-to and I think I may have found my new favorite. 😍

Unable to set seat assignment. Got a call from presumably “China airlines representative” but was asking for an exorbitant amount for the seat assignment. Was traveling as a family end up being assigned to different seats as a result. Will never use underpricer again.
Not many selections for entertainment. Bulk head seats are no longer available with out fee at the counter. That’s pretty lame.
Everything was efficient. Good leg room. Food was good. Staff were friendly.
I would have liked to know how to order a special meal (for medical purposes) before the flight.

Flight was delayed by baggage loading onto the plane. This was attributed to "inclement weather" (some moderate rain) which could be said to be beyond the airline's control, but the problematic part was that the plane was boarded and doors shut so that passengers sat in a cramped plane with rising temperature (full flight) for an hour. The airline was aware of the status of baggage loading, they could have deferred boarding to keep passengers comfortable.
This flight was 16 hours and they made it very tolerable. Seats were comfortable and the staff very accommodating. I had plenty of inflight entertainment. Food was very good.
The staff were amazing and very kind. The seats recline a little too far back and are up close when sitting behind.
We flew business class. It was excellent. For a 6’4” individual, the seats were slightly uncomfortable for sleeping. But this is only comparison to other business class seats. Otherwise, the crew was incredibly attentive, And the service was impeccable.
My groups frequent flyer star allianceUnited airline miles was not accepted. The Singapore premium economy bag had to be requested, it was very lacking- no toothbrush. I paid more than double than economy but could only use the bathrooms sharing with economy which was hardly available and had to wait in line. Is the 2X $ worth it just for a larger seat???? It is questionable. Seats were not that comfortable. My husband’s seat had white stains on it- had to wipe it down. Our headphones did not have covers on it. Food- way too much.
Fantastic patience when one of the passengers behind me was an absolute horrible, horrible person and the girls just kept smiling and doing their job with patience and kindness. Well, done to the crew.
It was a middle of the night changeover, so we were all ready for sleep. Staff were helpful and managed a few hours sleep. Food options were good.
Didn't like much at all Nowhere near enough legroom, narrow seats. Aisles not wide enough for safe food trolley access and husband had his knee hit cos not enough leg room. Would take a lot to convince us to fly Singapore Airlines again which is a pity cos it was always our go-to airline
A 16 hour flight from Singapore to Los Angeles had only 2 meals. Please make it 3 meals.
Cabin was pitch black, even during meal service. The reading lights for seat 2E/F did not work, and seat 2E did not recline.
This was a 5 hour flight with no entertainment and with a snack being provided (pretzels and fruit bar), which are both high in carbs and sugar. Nuts would have been a better choice.
The seat seemed roomy, the service was good, everything was fine.
Was realllly smooth. It was delayed but we were well informed.
Connection coordination with Star Alliance partner could be better. Lots of check in setup was not interlinked between operators.
The senior flight attendants were amazing. Totally different vibe from other carriers. Easy 10 hour flight in Business Class. Great food. Good humor as well.

Delayed by 2.5hrs any longer and they would’ve had to honour their own policy for breaking their own rules and regs. Not cool, especially when I have an infant child that needs to stay on a routine and they get schedules.
The width of the chair is very small. Not comfortable at all.
