Seating is terrible, having seats so crammed is unacceptable for a 15-hour journey. I cannot stress enough how uncomfortable it is to sit in such an aircraft. Leg space is roomier in a domestic aircraft. I have not experienced this kind of crammy seating in domestic flights either in the US or other international airlines overseas.
Do not overbook flights and kick out confirmed ticketed passengers :-(

Just happy I flew Qatar Airways awesome no wonder they are #1 in the world right now! The food was just delicious, very courteous, professional crew.

It was a really long flight from Doha to Philadelphia and it was overall a good one. The one area that I would comment on is that there is a lot of single-use plastic and disposables in the meal service for American Airlines. It would be great to see more circular options in the meal service to reduce the amount of waste.
Suddenly Flight has been change by Qatar and there’s no information is there of us from Bom to Doha and counter person is behaving like Qatar owner next I will not buy Qatar and I will not suggest anyone to fly in Qatar
Boarding was easy. RDU gates can get crowded, be prepared to be patient. Flight was smooth, with excellent service. Pilots really provided a lot of visibility into flight details. Plane and seats were clean and serviceable. TY!
The flying experience was great. The flight was on time with no boarding issues during a peak travel period. The short cut baggage drop and process was not smooth and efficient at Dulles.
No food service almost missed because of first flight delays
It was 4 hours late. Almost missed my connecting flight no food or drinks on connecting flight. Overall terrible experience
It was good. Just that the seats could not be reclined. The people behind were not ready to let the chairs be reclined
My experience was medium staff where great I dislike flying in triple 7 seats very uncomfortable and no room on jet all the rest of the flights where great
Plane was was better than th YVR to ORD flight but was a fraction of the distance. Fly your better planes on longer distance flights.

Delays from united along with Newark air space caused delays. But an average flight! Unfortunately we come to expect delays from the airlines.
My flight was delayed. They boarded us, then no sooner were we on the plane, they made us get off again and wait another 45 minutes before doing it all over again.
The flight was several times changed. That was inconvenient, to sah the least.
They lost my special meal request and tried to tell me I didn't request it. I had the proof. Then they tried to get me to eat food I can't eat. No apologies

I will fly again with American airlines. It's efficient to get from A to B point, not too long layovers . Flights were on time, but box food on the long distance flight was dry, stale overcooked.
British Airways did a great job and the entire crew was punctual and polite; dignified and delightful!

Our headphone plug is broken, we can not enjoy our entertainment, especially traveling with 5 year old who like to watch movie
It was good but I wished if they could have sign do not disturb if we did not wanted any meals . I was tired and slept through the entire flight and woke up just before landing .being hungry Too late to ask for something to eat before exiting the flight . Left feeling hunger 🙁
Pleasant, attentive and efficient flight attendants. Boarding process and seat selection easy. No internet on transatlantic flight. Extremely uncomfortable, rigid seat.
