Plane was was better than th YVR to ORD flight but was a fraction of the distance. Fly your better planes on longer distance flights.
Staff was generally seeming stressed out and was a bit rude and slow. Plane left late. Pilot was very well-spoken.
Had a crying baby and a toddler behind me so it was difficult to get comfortable. Searing was tight even for a relatively small person like myself (5’8” 155). Fast flight but arrived so early the gate assigned was still occupied by another plane so we had to wait for about 20-25 minutes to get reassigned to a new gate and get over there.
The plane was so gross and dirty. Literally saw dust layering and flowing out the grey vents. Dust was all over the air vent knobs to the point where I took my sani wipe and cleaned them down so at least it wasn't blowing my my face. Also, I upgraded and paid for Wifi and it's always so spotty. I get we are in the air, but don't charge for it if it's not going to work. I expect so much more from United. They really are giving up.
It was fine. The flight attendant appeared to be in a bad mood but everything was fine.
We had a 90 minute delay due to equipment failure that was detected just before we took off. United rebooked my connecting flight.
Onboarding process was great and efficient. Plane was very new and entertainment choices were great. The only complain is no meal despite it was a flight that is longer than 6 hours.
Crew was good. Check-in and boarding was terrible. Family wasn’t seated together. Online check-in wasn’t available.
Never happened, because of the first delayed flight I lost the connection and had to wait overnight and take two flights to reach my destination.
A/C still wasn't working. Luckily it was only a 14 minute flight
3 hr delay. No water given while on the plane for 3hrs.
We didn’t flight with British Airways because the flight was cancelled at the last minute .
I asked for assistance for my mobility issues. It took over 45 min to find someone to take me to the security. then I was deposited at the lounge and I was supposed to be picked up. No one came. I almost missed the flight. There was no offer of extra water, snacks or anything on the flight. Food was OK given that I am gluten and diary free. Seats were uncomfortable and very little stow away space.

Horrible. I bought a flight with British airlines from Amsterdam to Orlando via London. Less than a day they changed my flight to London so I had to fly to London city airport and then find my way to Gatwick for my connecting flight. It was very costly
The flight was not too long, so entertainment and food were not applicable, but the crew was really nice and kind. The flights left 30 minutes late but either made up the lost time or it was calculated into the flight time, which was very important for people who connected to another flight at that huge airport.
Abby who was the crew member in my cabin had some serious attitudes. May need some training and some kind of diversity training.
Wheel chair assistance was requested but found very poor status at London.
My baggage never arrived .. its day 4 and still waiting.. on top of that the idiots gave my luggage to fedex who dont deliver on sat/sun and i am waiting on my medicines .. hopeless ground staff using mediocre logic to show urgency of luggage delivery
there was a small delay but other than that it was a great flight. Oh and better movie selection
