Flight was ok, but online checkin did not work, so had to go to ticket counter. The line was long and attendant did not arrive until 2 hr before boarding. She was very efficient, but the uncertainties was troubling.

Horrible food and uncomfortable plane. One toilet was out of service.

Excellent service smooth flight f or the most part food was right now.I'm expectedly good.

Tv screen didn’t work asked twice and never got an answer. 10 1/2 hrs no entertainment screen

Horrible. I bought a flight with British airlines from Amsterdam to Orlando via London. Less than a day they changed my flight to London so I had to fly to London city airport and then find my way to Gatwick for my connecting flight. It was very costly

The checkin process is always horrendous with this airline. They never have enough people working the desk or people assisting in the lines. Rude and unbothered. I never pick British Airways- I always get swapped in via American Airlines and may need to stop using American Airlines as well. No entertainment in flight. And they seem more concerned about selling food and drinks then they are about customer comfort

Late from Istanbul. Canceled my seat to NY in London although I've been on time for boarding. Didn't provide with hotel and shuttle, no food, just sleeping and hygiene bag. Hope, they will refund me.

Good one world lounge at AMS, very friendly crew with efficient service onboard.

The flight attendants serving the food is really bad on this party flight. He is a bald guy and was very rude.

There was a group of people on the flight that were drunkenly speaking loud, didn't allow anyone to sleep, and were not adequately stopped.
