It is a good airlines, very professional very good food. I wish they offered free luggage is the only thing.
Nothing special.. they could have provided something to eat without a charge
Seats are too cramped, but that is a problem with every airline. I actually enjoyed the meal served.
Lots of water brought around by staff which is very important to stay hydrated on a long flight. There provided swiss chocolate icecream! The attention to detail is obvious. They really want to make their passengers entertained and comfortable.
overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.

The seats had no space at all beyond the knees. The seat in-front literally reclined on your face, very uncomfortable plane. Was nothing like the normal SWISS experience. The food was okay but could be better.
It was a pleasant experience accept temperature in the plane It was extremely cold in the airplane that I was shivering I got sick because of the extreme cold temperature on my flight
Crew was wonderful, snacks were so good and quite a variety for free, food was mediocre, big selection of movies and they kept lavatories pretty clean throughout the flight
It was not made clear that additional passport control is needed before queueing up for boarding. The seats were very uncomfortable and cramped even for small persons. The arm rests were not fully capable of lifting up out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them even worse to lean on. Just one audio channel was working on one of our seats.
My flight has been changed twice so far. Disappointed with Turkish!
Everything needs improvement. Old plane, bad interior, business class seats don't function easily / properly, food is awful, chicken / fish were tough & hard, couldn't eat. Avoid Turkish Airlines.
Check in was not available online. It was super long line to check in
Cross Atlantic flight terrible aircraft TK10 on the way back : Old configuration tacky . The boarding in Istanbul at the gate fly TK686 was a mess unorganized , very rude ground staff . Overall never again
Good food and wine. Some of the Guy who are in charge to board Passengers on the plane couldn’t use the word “Please” to direct them drop their hand luggage to be loaded on Plane bcos he said the inside storage may not have enough room for all.

The flight attendants were very attentive and recognized that I had a very short layover for my connecting flight. The head flight attendant went out of his way to find out my connecting gate and ensure that I expedited the aircraft quickly.
The first flight got delayed 1 hour and that made me miss my connection flight which made me arrive 6 hours later.
After boarding cabin was too hot AC didn’t work
Everything was great except the meat served was tough and overcooked!
