Every single flight with them either cancel or delay for stupid shift. They are full of excuses.

Staff was generally seeming stressed out and was a bit rude and slow. Plane left late. Pilot was very well-spoken.

Made all groups except 2 check despite ample bin space. Inflight WiFi and entertainment didn’t work most of the time.

The check-in process is not the best They should have agents in site to help with any problem especially a rebook. Why does one have to get on the phone when there were at least 8 agents around that could have help?! Flying is stressful as it is and having someone willing to do their customer service will ease some of the stress.

I liked that the flight to Kosice was on time, the service was excellent and we arrived to Vienna early. The only thing I did not like, is that I had to pay for my suitcase $75. Bummer

The flights were great. Although late departing Cancun, the staff at the airport did a great job in rebooking us on a later flight leaving Newark for Ottawa. With the delay, we would not have made our original flight. They also pulled our bags and retagged them. Wonderful job.

My flight was completely full. Making me very stressful with people walking around all the time. I believe airlines can do better for entertain people during the flight.
