I like how professional, fast and good the whole experience was.
This time, I traveled in the economy, and it was surprisingly better than the eco-premium (food, comfort, and crew were noticeably worse in premium!)
Edelweiss is now Nickle&dimming, not even a complimentary wine on the intercontinental flight. Sitting space is the smallest I have ever seen.
I have no complaints. The crew was attentive, pleasant and heloful
Flight was cancelled due to technical problems with the aircraft. It would be nice if SWISS would invest in new aircraft; that would for sure minimize the technical issues with (old) aircrafts.
Ghe issue was with the delay caused by the late boarding. We had to run to catch our next flight, barely made it and then our luggage didn t arrive with us. Really bad organizing.
The seats had no space at all beyond the knees. The seat in-front literally reclined on your face, very uncomfortable plane. Was nothing like the normal SWISS experience. The food was okay but could be better.
It was a pleasant experience accept temperature in the plane It was extremely cold in the airplane that I was shivering I got sick because of the extreme cold temperature on my flight
It was the first time in my life (I’m 54) that I’ve had to pay for drinks on an international flight. Very disappointing. Also, the baggage fees were very steep. I’d rather pay for everything in the price of the ticket than be repeatedly charged for add-ons.
It was not made clear that additional passport control is needed before queueing up for boarding. The seats were very uncomfortable and cramped even for small persons. The arm rests were not fully capable of lifting up out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them even worse to lean on. Just one audio channel was working on one of our seats.
No Wi-Fi or food unless you pay an expensive fee.
There is more space in this economy seat. It felt like a better layout, not so cramped.

Problems checking in. Charged for bag which was to be included. Repeated trials with in line check in process
Lufthansa only flew me to Larnaca. I had to find my own way from there, and am out of pocket for a ticket and hotel expenses
My first two flights were late. I missed my last flight. The next flight was not until the next day Seating on large plane was uncomfortable. In the center row, there are posts that do not allow you to spread your legs. The entertainment center did not respond well. . Food was okay. Though there was much confusion about where the special meals that. People ordered(not me) went
I traveled with my sister, however ,we booked a flight separately, and we don't sitting next to each other. The staff on the board where on the top of this unit they find us sitting together. Ty lufthansa team. U are the best
Crew was excellent. Sat us together after the airline changed our seats. This was the smaller plane/shorter flight so no entertainment or food.
They lost my luggage for five days and did not keep me notified of the progress at all.
