Aircraft was spacious compared to American Airlines, food was great, entertainment was much better with a wide variety of options, and the crew was very polite.
Overall good. Food choice in business class is a concern as same dishes on every flight for months. Crew is great and seats on this sector were fine . They need to have more variety in dining
Overall experience was OK. Seats were truly uncomfortable for such a long flight. Food quality was mediocre at best. The staff was great though!
Between Air India and Qatar my luggage was lost for three days. I eventually found my own luggage location using the Apple Air Tag. Air India used a paper form to report my lost luggage. I could never get past getting past luggage personnel with my report number before they would hang up on me. Only after them specifically telling Air India at Chandigarh airport where my luggage was located which was right under their noses did they react. After three days I finally received my luggage. The Air India luggage folks didn’t seem proactive in finding the luggage’s rightful owner.
Don't be afraid if you board an Oman Air Airbus A330 - it will take you to Colombo and not Muskat. The Aircraft is leased by Qatar Airways ;-)
I had first class service from them. A little late taking off, but no major problem
Operated by American Airlines. Very chaotic and the crew was bit rough responding any enquiries. Restricted leg space.. Qatar would have been better
No towels or tissue and chocolate and mint provided before arrival
For a short flight, Qatar Airways offers very good onboard service.
Not good. Expected a lot more as far as excellence.
The Flight was delayed in 2,5 hours. 1 hour inside the airplane then we passangers were not allowed to receive food as the local regulariam determines (for delays bigger than 2 hours)
Four handbag storages were damaged and sealed, limiting the space to store our things in the plane.
It was a long and boring flight with no entertainment and no meal only a drink and very bad bag of chips
The seats are getting smaller and smaller. Very uncomfortable trip. More than in other airlines
My experience it was okay but have many thinks to be better. For example the food, the comfort.
Just some cookies and water. There could be other options for food.
For bus boarding, group 1 should have been sent on a separate bus ahead of the general boarding. It would have been nice.
Airline lost my luggage and after 20 days it has not been returned nor refunded any money.
It’s been some time since I saw the plane and the cabin that old and worn out.

I felt all of the food tasted the same. And we had five meals over the 16 hrs in the air.
Plane was late with no information or announcement … had to walk up n downstairs.., had not communicated this … and ppl had suitcase to carry .
Like: It arrived, Dislike: Boarding was a separate corridor with no counter announcements at the passenger waiting area. Very dirty airplane and toilets, food options were terrible - everything even the vegetarian option was a curry spice. Many other passengers using the toilets would not lock the door and kept door partially open during use - flight attendants would not enforce or direct them to lock it and light turns on, no entertainment options at all, other passengers would be singing and not peaceful. Atrocious flight experience.
Like: Plane made it to the destination. Dislike: Food is terrible, no entertainment, very dirty airplane.
There where no ear phones provided and the food needs to improve.
The food needs to improve especially the fish as there where only 3 fish cubes in my plate.
I have been flew with ET since 2013 and I wish the service can be reach standard airlines as Star Alliance member please ET you need to improve many thing on the services learn from SQ and other member

Boarding was delayed and people were just sitting there like lost.
1. They messed up my baby food order. 2. They messed up my confirmed seats. 3. The screen on my seat was not working at all. So, it’s a horrible experience
Although it was an overnight flight, the crew could’ve have made more refreshment passes.
The least comfortable business class seat I have encountered for a while - very very firm when reclined making sleeping difficult. Cost cutting is visible everywhere - no offer to refill drinks (the wines were not good - so no real issue there :) ) Just not worth what BA charge
I was disappointed with the quality of the food for an international flight also I wasn't given a toiletry bag which is customary in international flights.
It was a great experience. I did find that some menu options were not available, which was a bit surprising, but over all a wonderful experience.

All went well- allow plenty of time at Heathrow, we felt like we got bused halfway to chicago when it was time to board, then had to carry baggage up steps outside. A bit of work for anyone who is less mobile or able bodied for sure.
Disaster out of City Airport with our flight cancelled and very little help.
Flight left late and we missed our connection in London requiring an 8 hour wait in Heathrow for the next available flight. One of flight attendants was not helpful with my husband’s necessary crutches.
The flight was delayed which caused me to lose my international flight to Egypt. I arrived Egypt 10 hours late which ruined my entire plan any trouble for the people that were waiting for my n the airport. I lost money and time.
A pretty decent flight. Pretty cramped in economy, but not as bad as some.
