Plane temperature was comfortable (not to hot) when boarding and waiting for takeoff.

Michael, our FA was very attentive, even finding me a chocolate brownie from economy class when the dessert selections were all dairy based. ( intolerant, not allergic so don’t usually need to order dairy free)

We tried to upgrade to economy premium but were told this was not possible as we had booked through United Airlines (and Air Canada was operating the flight). This seemed silly given there was ample space in economy premium. Additionally, we had to wait almost 1.5 hours upon arrival to taxi to the gate. Otherwise, the crew were very pleasant and passengers were friendly.

It was my first time with United Airlines and I would say it was very good experience and best of all the flights were on time. Will definitely fly with United Airlines next time.

headphone jack didnt work for the first flight and not much variety

Plane 3 hours late. Missed connection. No help from gate staff. App horrible. Lost connection repeatedly. No service desk. Finally got help from young girl driving cart.

Not as good as expected Air Can needs to improve totally rated on internet as worst

The flight was delayed, it took longer than anticipated because of weather, and they broke my luggage.

Everything was good. Flight was on time, luggage pickup was quick. The staff were great. Could not ask for anything more.

lots of delays the crew were unclear about where to pick up my carry-on, which they took from me to check in on the plane.

it was great only downfall was that the tvs weren't working but the rest was great specially the wifi

Unable to serve coffee on flight which I understand but inconvenient.

thee is no screen on these flights, smaller storage cabins scuffed my carry on, it was ok overall

The Entertainment system was nearly useless because videos kept stopping then jumping over segments at random but closely spaced intervals. About 75% of the plane gave up trying to watch and then the gaps and jumps became shorter, It was terrible and made it hard to know what was happening since it was not a normal buffering pause where you still get the cont6en t. Instead the video would pause then jump ahead missing short segments and dialog entirely! The economy class seats on all flights have less and less legroom. I’m tall and the upgraded seats are no better for the leg room, not worth it. I flew from Toronto to Calgary….The staff at YYZ was awesome and kind. My flight’s (prior) incoming plane from Liberia had been delayed over 3 hours and the attendant quickly and kindly transferred me to the earlier flight that got me in hours earlier. Such a great staff!! Every staff member on the plane was very-very Canadian/Kind . Great job and attitude you folks! The plane itself was new and in great condition, except the issue with the video streaming.

Short delay to Regina from Toronto. No in flight entertainment, but crew were professional in their duties

There wasn't much leg-room, and although I requested a vegetarian meal, there was an error and I did not get one. Everything else was excellent.

The flight was direct and affordable The boarding process gave poor directions and disorganized. The seats were narrow and very uncomfortable! The disembarkation was also poor.

It was okay until this flight had mechanical problems which made us miss our connecting flight and my friend and I had to pay an extra $500 each to get to our next location at a later time.

Ensure prepaid food arrangements are appropriately understood by flight crew of who purchased and who did not

All was fine. Weather was a bit stormy, but nothing kayak can do about that! 😊
