Amazing!!! It really is good! The seats do go back far to relax so if you don’t like the person to go back, just adjust and go back and everyone goes back to settle and be comfy. Enjoy few free drinks and the little amenities they provide.
This Airline is really good! Better than Eva air for sure and more luxury. I really liked all the small details and amenities plus it really is free alcohol!

Starlux is a great choice for long haul flights. It offers excellent foods and entertainment value. Ground staff are courteous, effective and efficient handing check-ins and understand travelers concerns. Flight attendants are equally great. They're full of positive attitudes and their goal is for traveler's getting destination with comfort and respect. Highly recommended.
Efficient boarding, on time departure. Cabin crew all nice looking and well dressed, helpful. Plane interior looked modern and new, fresh condition.
I thought all the while when I booked my flight I am entitled to check- in 2 luggages of 23 Kg each only to find out that the ticket I purchased online entitle me for only one luggage. I have been traveling for over 20 years and this is the first experience to such… so frustrating.
I was pleasantly happy with this airline, which is new to me. The crew was attentive and the seats felt better than most other economy. There was plenty of bin space. Glad I got to pick the seat I had(based on distance from baby image on seat map).
Business Class is a luxury that can be quite addictive. The priority and VIP treatment is great. We found a new favorite airline for our travels.

The boarding was organized and efficient. The crew was very thoughtful and did not wake me up when meals were served. I was totally exhausted after 2 weeks of vacation with a tour group. So sleep was more important to me. The crew just left me a sticker telling me that food had been served and if I woke up hungry to contact the crew. I did have the last meal scheduled on board. Food was very mediocre. The scrambled egg and minced meat were too salty. The porridge was passable. I was disappointed because I have high expectations of food from Taiwan. I thought EVA being a Taiwan based airline would have served its customers better tasting food.

The staff was marvelous. The entertainment options were terrible, old or 2nd rate movies. I was unable to entertain myself for 18 hours-it made it seem even longer. Note: I thought about upgrading but your information about what was included was unclear. Are the seats bigger? Are there current moves? What kind of food do you get? Would the upgrade compare to Delta? Just saying the upgrade is better didn’t convince me and I regret not flying Delta.
Crew's attitude can be better. I asked one crew member to help to put carry on baggage into overhead bin, but he was not willing to help. I needed help because my height is short. His attitude was bad.
Plane is new and I was upgraded to first class so all was great.
Only one Hindi movie from LA to Taipei and same movie from Taipei to Singapore Why we call it entertainment when I have to watch one movie for 18 hours flying ?
The flight from Taipei to LAX was the first time we encountered rudeness from the crew. From the gate agents to the in flight crew. We had received such wonderful service going to Bali and on our Bali to Taipei flight that it shocked us when the gate agent was rude and then the rudeness continued on the flight to LAX.
I would like to commend the staff from this flight. They all looked happy and I can tell they love what they are doing and constantly smiling while serving the passengers. Special mention to the guy FA in our section. I did not get his name but he is so far the best F.A I have ever encountered!

I did not take the flight, tried to cancel it right after I booked it, but was unable to reach anyone. I blame Kayak for this situation because they sent the booking through another company and I was unable to get anyone to talk to me about the situation. I had to just take the hit and pay for another flight through Cathay Pacific, which was wonderful. I will never use Kayak again. (I bet they don’t post this review!) I’ll just post about them on social media sites. I don’t want anyone to have to go through the hassle and expense I dealt with.
Airline itself is great. While food was being taken off of my tray my beer spilled which was a total accident and I wasn’t upset about that, what was frustrating was I had to ask for towels to clean up and wipe my leg. It would have been left as is if I hadn’t.
Bars and restaurants in Taipei close early. The lounge isn’t very good, but better than the public areas.
Short lay over. Seat assignment was terrible. Was traveling as a family and end up being seated separately. Will not use underpricer ever again.
Not many selections for entertainment. Bulk head seats are no longer available with out fee at the counter. That’s pretty lame.

Flight from SFO did not include entertainment as it was not working the entire duration of the flight. Was informed that there would be a $350 voucher for the inconvenience. Uncertain how the voucher will be provided.
The staff on Singapore Airlines was incredible. I would like to commend LS Reuben from my SQ37 flight on November 19th, 2024, from LAX to Singapore, for his outstanding service and care. During the flight, one of my earbuds—brand new and valued at nearly $300—fell out and became lodged in the box controlling the in-flight entertainment system. I was understandably upset, but Reuben went above and beyond to assist me in this tough situation. Reuben demonstrated exceptional determination and empathy. Instead of suggesting we wait for an engineer, he immediately took action, spending almost 30 minutes searching for the earbud. He even got down on the floor to ensure it was recovered. His genuine concern and persistence made all the difference and turned a frustrating situation into one where I felt truly valued as a passenger. Reuben is a shining example of the remarkable service that sets Singapore Airlines apart. His dedication and willingness to go the extra mile left a lasting impression, and I want to sincerely thank him for his kindness and professionalism.
The food options and quality could use some more excitement and variety.
On time boarding I would like to see ground hostess to help transit customers to direct them to the right terminal and boarding gate. Last night, all the transit customers on SQ484 arriving Singapore had to merry go round to look for terminal and boarding gate to board SQ128 transit to KL Malaysia. We went to Terminal 3 taking the Skytrain to T3 and back to T3 to get out to look for different Skytrain to T2. On arrival t2, we had to go round to ask which boarding gate to KL. We only had 5 minutes to make to the boarding time at 6:55pm but we already spent more than 30 minutes running around to find the boarding gate. We were late at the boarding gate.
The seats were more narrow than at other lines. Food was mediocre (economy class)

They made 22 hours aboard aircraft very enjoyable. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and level of service. Singapore airline will be my preferred choice going forward.
The booking experience was bad. Our six character booking ID number disappeared the day before the flight, We could not find out what happened or what was the status of our flight, scheduled for the next day. We finally found the right number to contact Singapore Airlines on the matter (not easy). The Singapore agent worked through the issue in a little over thirty minutes on the phone, the day before the flight. That was great. I'm very happy with Singapore Airlines and their performance. Contact with a competent person on the matter was near impossible. It seems no one in business these days wants to deal with customers once they've pocketed the money. There were resellers, including Kayak, involved in the chain. When we finally got through to Underpricer, we did get a return call that could have proved helpful. But by that time the matter had been resolved by the Singapore agent. Majestic Vacations, the reseller who received the payment was less than worthless. That's just a fast buck operation. Ugh.
Food & lower the prices. Look at Air Asia food look better & affordable
Not a frequent user of their website booking. Booked my check-in baggage and only realized that I did not book my check in baggage for return flight. The receipt was not clear in identifying that as well. Was charged exorbitantly at check in counter. Bad taste for sure when it is a business trip and not leisure trip. Baggage was delayed for more than an hour at belt back in SG.
Boarding took forever. It's also weird that we paid more (for preferred seats) to get on the plane last. Inflight WiFi never worked the entire trip. I want my money back.
The cosmetic condition was pretty run down. The carpets were badly worn out. Even the paint on the wings was chipped and peeled! Looks like they are running these 787s to the ground..
WiFi didn’t work on both sectors so made killing time harder - planes clean modern and good flight crew - would do again if WiFi works
6hrs fly they dont give you a glass of water from seoul to singapore need to buy drink and food plus they charge for bag on international fly is always Free 1 bag from seoul to singapore is Not a local fly you are traveling true asia same story from singapore to Bali no water drink after payment for bag drink cost more the regular airline Well never use this company again we use regular company like Delta korea japan China and even scoot parent company Singapore Air
We had 2 attempts to land at Singapore Changing during a thunderstorm. Everything was delayed by 1 hour plus.
Boarding was not accordingly after front seat, bmf then back seat. This delayed for at least 40mins or more. The staff at Jakarta can do better. Is chaos at the entry to board the plane. This tarnished Scoot reputation when everyone was talking about it.
The crew was not customer oriented at all, even confrontational . The aircraft needs more attention to detail as far as comfort, and the 1 hour sitting at the gate with no air is inexcusable
We flew on the 787 Dreamliner direct to main gate at KLIA2, quick entry via eGate and on the train 41mins after touchdown. Go well SCOOT
