Food was very ordinary for premium economy, very small portions.
i dont know WHY they call it business class. the seats are NOT significantly wider than economy seats, they just do not let the middle seats be beepked to give the illusion of more space between passengers. the seats do NOT recline any more than economy seats either. the only real difference is the full meal served to business (vs none for economy). I would rather have a wider, lie flat ACTUAL business class seat with no food for a 3 hr flight. this was pretty disappointing to say the least.
There wore nice leather like sits, in my opinion seats lay out bit tight . Crew was great they did averything possible to make averywone comfortable as possible, food was, think worst I ever head on flight, head chicken and yellow rice. Ice cream was a nic treat.
Our previous flight was delayed but they waited for us to board.
Flight was delayed, short time connection to next flight but we make it, service was good, worth to fly just to try thair on board blueberry juce. Eccelent communication with airline.
My American Airlines flight was deleted and you guys never let me know
The entertainment system did not work. And we waited 45 minutes in our seats after we landed before we got to the gate
It was a pleasure definitely going with Iberia on my future travels
Our connecting flight was cancelled and it took us 15 hours to reach our destination.
Everything was great except food . It as okay not good not bad
This time, I traveled in the economy, and it was surprisingly better than the eco-premium (food, comfort, and crew were noticeably worse in premium!)
Edelweiss is now Nickle&dimming, not even a complimentary wine on the intercontinental flight. Sitting space is the smallest I have ever seen.
Lots of water brought around by staff which is very important to stay hydrated on a long flight. There provided swiss chocolate icecream! The attention to detail is obvious. They really want to make their passengers entertained and comfortable.
I would recommend flying SWISS to anyone. Very impressed by the quality of food. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They arranged a shuttle to help a group of passengers make connecting flights when there was a delay.
overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.
Excellent Airline. Food, crew and comfort was perfect. Entertainment screens were old. Didn’t like them.
The seats had no space at all beyond the knees. The seat in-front literally reclined on your face, very uncomfortable plane. Was nothing like the normal SWISS experience. The food was okay but could be better.
It was a pleasant experience accept temperature in the plane It was extremely cold in the airplane that I was shivering I got sick because of the extreme cold temperature on my flight
Flight was diverted from Firenze to Pisa causing delay and inconvenience.
We were disappointed not to be able to buy out preferred seat from date of my original booking, which was about 40 days before the trip. When we arrived in Hannover on the Oct 10 I tried every day and the weed site said I have to wait until ck in, did that and still was not able to. Get to the airport and out seats were separate from each other. The crew was able to get seats together, was not the most comfortable. Don’t understand why this happened.
Staff was great. Space in bathrooms was very good. Boarding went smoothly due to aisles. I would like more room in coach. 2 more inches would be helpful. Lost luggage was a big issue; more on the administrative side than flight related, but diminished the flight experience.
Good but entertainment system was not easy and very buggy
All was good. I would have preferred free drinks besides water (coffee/tea).
Lufthansa only flew me to Larnaca. I had to find my own way from there, and am out of pocket for a ticket and hotel expenses
Great flight. Friendly crew. Good food. Nice clean cabin and toilet was a good size. I like the starliner.
Plane was delayed about an hour but nice crew and service
Well the flight was 3 hours delayed taking off which lead to missing the next flight in Newark and an overnight stay in a hotel (at my expense) for a next day flight, 1.5 hour long immigration line, etc. Let's just say my travel experience wasn't pleasant.
It subpar at best. Connection flights didn’t have enough time in between. Causing us to miss a flight and getting stuck at the airport for hours. There is also not much consideration for international transit and customs when it comes to timing.
Absolutely the most awful experience in the history of service from gate agents to baggage handlers. Never will i use kayak or Lufthansa again. Ever.
