S$ 2,165 Find cheap flights from Southeast Asia to Québec City

The Montreal to Barcelona flight was cancelled half hour before boarding. We had to struggle for hours to find an alternative route through a very long route with 6 hours of transit time in Munich. It wasted almost one full day of our long awaited vacation. We are extremely disappointed.

Simple direct flight. Carry-on only. The plane doesn't have enough room for all the carry-on luggage, which always results in a traffic jam trying to find space for it all (which is partly due to the punishing cost of checked baggage now). Other than that, everything was fine. Nice that they served complimentary refreshments on such a short flight.

No possibility to get a refund or rebooking because of illness.

We booked return tickets Montreal-NYC-Montreal, booking references 23V7AC and 23UHNC (2 tickets each, we are a family of 4). The returning flight was cancelled (NYC to Montreal on August 7th AC8645) and we have been proposed flights two days later. Due to personal obligations, we could not wait for the flights that you proposed and had to go back to Montreal by bus that same night. After having canceled our flight, we have been partially compensated with USD 465.86 which cover the costs we had to spend on the bus. Nevertheless, we got a USD 15.00 voucher each but only two vouchers could be used, the other two were rejected at scanning (same shop and same scanner for all 4 vouchers). Consequently, we paid USD 30.00 ourselves, which should have been offered to us. At the end, I cannot even find a e-mail address to which I could send the request for reimbursement of these USD 30.00.

I have not flown a major airline in over 10 years. All 3 flight with Rouge were late leaving and arriving due to various issues. I was worried my suitcase would get lost because I checked it 3 hours prior to flight. The flight was over an hour boarding and leaving and they lost my suitcase in Montreal. Lined up for over an hour at YVR for baggage location and the line never moved. Had to phone it in and that took forever. I should have been gome by 1am and was not back until 5am. I had been up 23 hours. Bag was not delivered until two days later. Could not hear a word the stewardesses said over the engine noise. At Jean Lesage 2 Rouge flights were cancelled, 2 delayed, and 2 on time: not good stats. Terrible experience. Oh yes, and in the case lost were my mother's ashes. She passed in May and I was unable to attend her funeral as I have a disbled 22 year old who cannot fly. I was in Quebec to meet my birth family for the first time at my grandmother's 100th birthday. I spoke with and wrote my mother for the last 8 years. We have never met. It would have made a damning story for Air Canada on the news if that bag had not been found and returned.

Our baggage didn’t make it to IAD even with a four hour lay over in Montreal. Very irritating!

Worst trip ever. We had a 3 hours delay due to mechanical issues on the plan

They booked me to travel to Quebec City from Montreal before going to Ottawa, for some reason, then the flight was late and I missed my connection, so I had to fly right back to Montreal to get a flight to Ottawa…..and my luggage was delayed by two days.

No vegan/ vegetarian breakfast (eggs and cheese are not a vegetable)
