The flight gate was changed and all the pessengers were waiting at the gate #2 for boarding, There were 4 (four) employees standing at the boarding desk and no one ever said anything about the gate changed. Finaly when I noticed an employee was removing the boarding zone signs, it surprised me something is not right, so I went and ask that employee what happned - she said the gate has been changed. So, i questioned again which gate it would be, she told me gate #5. I look for Gate 5 - which was down stairs. When I went to gate 5 - no body was at that gate which depress me a lot because it was already a bording time pass. Later I checked on the departure screen for my flight - it was gate #1, so I had to go back again upstairs in hurry as the boarding time already pass. They never anounced or telling customer anything at the original boarding gate - WHICH WAS TOTALY STUPID. I am 77 yrs old and what they the employees and the managers care about) care about how I can handle all this going back and forth. Air India is just advertising they are getting bigger but their services are just BOGUS and I don't expect it would be any better. They are getting worst and worst than they use to be.

It was just like any other budget airline in India—nothing extraordinary. The check-in at CCU was surprisingly smooth and effortless, as expected after online check-in. But BOM? They had me join the regular check-in queue, while six Bag-Drop counters were busy doing the same thing. Makes you wonder how Vistara plans to promote web check-in if passengers end up in line anyway.

Flight was delayed more than 18 hours, checked in bag damaged, no accountability from vistara ground staff. Worst experience. Shall compensate all the charges with double Ticket refund

The flight was an hour late. There were no gate announcements or displays. After getting on the plane, there was a further delay without any explanation.

The flight was on time. I upgraded to Premium Economy and it was comfortable. The food was very good. Staff were courteous.

Flight was delayed but no announcements were made. Till the boarding it was still showing original schedule time at the monitor and also on your mobile app. It left the gate half hour later than scheduled.

It’s really very nice experience with very nice behaviour respected crews n all Vistara members thankyou so much Vistara to give us humble hospitality

My wife with 5 month son were traveling. No proper support was provided for luggage handling. Although it was requested in prior. My wife sole manage everything and was not as expected.

This was an old 320 without a screen or USB charging port even in the business class. The food could have been better.

a real good flying experince. Everything was excellent right from check-in to baggage collection at destination.

My experience with Qatar airway was very unsatisfactory. They lost my child’s stroller and I was told they found it and will send it to the hotel which was a lie. I had to go back to the airport baggage claim and pick up myself after trying to contact them many times!. There was a lack professional and communication. I am very disappointed in Qatar airway and will not be recommending them to friends and family nor will I be flying with them in the future.

Seating is terrible, having seats so crammed is unacceptable for a 15-hour journey. I cannot stress enough how uncomfortable it is to sit in such an aircraft. Leg space is roomier in a domestic aircraft. I have not experienced this kind of crammy seating in domestic flights either in the US or other international airlines overseas.

Aircraft was spacious compared to American Airlines, food was great, entertainment was much better with a wide variety of options, and the crew was very polite.

Check in desk people constrained by fear. Obvious typo on Uganda visa, even though approved, caused loss of flight. Something is definitely wrong with this system.

Do I need to repeat my complaints about my lost carry on bag?

Fly Qatar Airways is always amazing. Their service and care for details is really very good.

Just happy I flew Qatar Airways awesome no wonder they are #1 in the world right now! The food was just delicious, very courteous, professional crew.

Not good. Expected a lot more as far as excellence.

It was a really long flight from Doha to Philadelphia and it was overall a good one. The one area that I would comment on is that there is a lot of single-use plastic and disposables in the meal service for American Airlines. It would be great to see more circular options in the meal service to reduce the amount of waste.

There’s lots of problem I faced from Bom to Doha that experience was worst I never faced before like this

Horrible. After paying for seats, I was cramped, my daughters legs kept hitting the seat in front, I had no overhead bin space and no help from stewards on board, the food was served cold, when asked for snacks was told to wait and never received any, the flight was cold with no temperature controls. Entertainment was outdated. I booked this through partnership with American Airlines but will avoid in the future.

I booked this flight as a partner through American Airlines but will avoid in the future.

Took a long time for boarding. The flight was comfortable.

Should have had business class line in immigration. Food quality suboptimal

we were delayed from Athens to Abu Dhabi by an hour and a half, so I had trouble connecting the flight from there to Bali. It could have been done had they waited even 15 mins. There was another lady who was in the same boat. By the time we were half way across the terminal, they have actually already issued different flights for us to go Jakarta then to Bali. Not to mention the inconvenience of waiting over 4 hrs at the airport and the subsequent inconvenience, we did not arrive to Bali till after 800pm the next day, which means I paid for the hotel for nothing when I could have been there before noon the next day! There was little explanation. It was just as well I needed some assistance getting around, otherwise the 2 of us would have been completely lost! Not going to fly with them again!

This flight was a dreamliner so I think the space was ok for the legs, but the option for food was again limited and the crew was same.

The seat was like there is no leg space....there were no proper option for food in the airline. It seemed like the airline was at brink of bankruptcy. The crew was helpful except for a few.

Boarding was efficient, had to check in cabin luggage. Seats were narrow, food was more in quantity, received cabin luggage on the luggage belt which was fine.

Bad. Flight was very uncomfortable with narrow and shallow seats, very little food and water. I will not fly etihad again.

Needs better seat for business class. My seat was falling apart. Also no WiFi on that flight

Some seats don’t recline. No USB port or power outlet, no inflight WIFI - not even for SMS/Messaging apps. Ontime performance was very good. They should have at least one crew member who speaks the local language, for flights like these.

Although we took the XL seats with more width, we found that you do not have a seat in front to stow your personal item, nor can you stretch your legs. This is not the best option for a comfortable seat. Boarding was timely but disorganized without any row based entry.

Not professional and didn’t know about double seat even when I paid for it and have a confirmation. Lack of comms between teams.

deboarding is very poor after landing it took around 45 minutes to come out.

My baggage bag got broken and only 3000 voucher was given for compensation

Crew members forgot to serve sandwiches after serving the coffee. Worst was the handling of bag. One of wheel was Broken making it useless. Though a complaint was registered and assured of compensation voucher equal to part cost of the new bag.

The seats are horrible and pathetic. The flight was delayed by over an hour as they did not have the crew

Please don’t send survey questions on Indigo flights. 90% of booking, check in, Boarding work is done by the passenger. So those questions are irrelevant

Boarding is becoming a hassle with Indigo nowadays, particularly if you are placed towards the front. The overhead luggage trays are either packed with flight equipments or already loaded by other passengers. So, if you are on front rows, your luggage may eventually end up towards middle. Food quality is going down by day. The only good element of being on time is also shaky nowadays.
