Great airline. Excellent service, good food & lots of TV movies/shows to choose from.

Crews were very caring and polite. Washroom was surprisingly clean. Overall experience was good , only food choices was very limited. Thanks

On time boarding I would like to see ground hostess to help transit customers to direct them to the right terminal and boarding gate. Last night, all the transit customers on SQ484 arriving Singapore had to merry go round to look for terminal and boarding gate to board SQ128 transit to KL Malaysia. We went to Terminal 3 taking the Skytrain to T3 and back to T3 to get out to look for different Skytrain to T2. On arrival t2, we had to go round to ask which boarding gate to KL. We only had 5 minutes to make to the boarding time at 6:55pm but we already spent more than 30 minutes running around to find the boarding gate. We were late at the boarding gate.

Flight was delayed by baggage loading onto the plane. This was attributed to "inclement weather" (some moderate rain) which could be said to be beyond the airline's control, but the problematic part was that the plane was boarded and doors shut so that passengers sat in a cramped plane with rising temperature (full flight) for an hour. The airline was aware of the status of baggage loading, they could have deferred boarding to keep passengers comfortable.

They made 22 hours aboard aircraft very enjoyable. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and level of service. Singapore airline will be my preferred choice going forward.

The crew and their service was top notch, but the plane itself seemed to be on the older side and worn out. Also, the food could’ve been better. 9 out of 10.

We flew business class. It was excellent. For a 6’4” individual, the seats were slightly uncomfortable for sleeping. But this is only comparison to other business class seats. Otherwise, the crew was incredibly attentive, And the service was impeccable.

The booking experience was bad. Our six character booking ID number disappeared the day before the flight, We could not find out what happened or what was the status of our flight, scheduled for the next day. We finally found the right number to contact Singapore Airlines on the matter (not easy). The Singapore agent worked through the issue in a little over thirty minutes on the phone, the day before the flight. That was great. I'm very happy with Singapore Airlines and their performance. Contact with a competent person on the matter was near impossible. It seems no one in business these days wants to deal with customers once they've pocketed the money. There were resellers, including Kayak, involved in the chain. When we finally got through to Underpricer, we did get a return call that could have proved helpful. But by that time the matter had been resolved by the Singapore agent. Majestic Vacations, the reseller who received the payment was less than worthless. That's just a fast buck operation. Ugh.

Fantastic patience when one of the passengers behind me was an absolute horrible, horrible person and the girls just kept smiling and doing their job with patience and kindness. Well, done to the crew.

I like how professional, fast and good the whole experience was.

Crammed like sardines into the middle of the middle 4 seat row for an 11 hour flight was a terrible experience. No attempt made to help passengers sleep by dimming lights or shutting window shades. Small mediocre meals. Not enough good movies/TV options. Hopefully we will never have to do this again.

overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.

Ghe issue was with the delay caused by the late boarding. We had to run to catch our next flight, barely made it and then our luggage didn t arrive with us. Really bad organizing.

The seats had no space at all beyond the knees. The seat in-front literally reclined on your face, very uncomfortable plane. Was nothing like the normal SWISS experience. The food was okay but could be better.

It was the first time in my life (I’m 54) that I’ve had to pay for drinks on an international flight. Very disappointing. Also, the baggage fees were very steep. I’d rather pay for everything in the price of the ticket than be repeatedly charged for add-ons.

It was unclear that additional passport control was needed before boarding. The seats were cramped and uncomfortable even for small persons. The arm rests were unable to be lifted completely out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them uncomfortable to lean on. One audio channel was not working on one of our seats.

Headphone jacks worked poorly, seat recline was broken. Planes were rundown.

Good communication regarding any updates time of flight and flight delayed. The fight was delayed by two and half hours at eleventh hour. That was unexpected, especially when you international passenger.

The service was excellent. The quarters were a little cramped in Economy, and we had to exist there for 18 hours.

It was very nice. I will try to fly with Qantas whenever I can.

Terrible. 6 hour delay with no explanations and only 15 dollars in food credits. A disaster. I'll just leave it at that.

We lucked out. The passenger who was supposed to be in our row changed her seat, so my husband and I had 3 seats for the 2 of us. We were able to stretch out a little which made the trip much more tolerable.

Flight was cancelled about 1.5 hours before departure. Replacement flight provided scheduled 1 hour later. Late boarding, late departure and arrived Melbourne nearly 2 hours after originally scheduled.

It was my first experience in business class. It was everything I expected and more. Service was impeccable, food was delicious and I felt rested once I arrived to London

Plane was crowded, seats narrow, legroom nearly nonexistent. The entertainment feature didn't work for my row and nobody was able to/interested in trying to repair it. This flight was in direct contrast to a very comfortable Lufthansa flight from RDU to Frankfurt about a week earlier.

Good staff help. Seats do not have enough legroom. Bus from plane to terminal was annoying.

The food was straight up bad not gonna lie, seats are uncomfortable so I had to re-adjust my self most of the time, delayed our arrival time by alot.

While booking through Lufthansa, when flight is operated by other airlines, you don't necessarily get the quality of Lufthansa. That said, I was passed over on both meals served. While I had my eyes closed or asleep, no attempt was made to serve me or wake me for the service, which is something new. When I took it upon myself to get out of my seat, track down an attendant, and ask for a meal, the attendant would kindly serve me. Of more concern, however, is the lack of selection for the meal. Being diabetic and insulin dependent, I could not eat what was served. The first meal was pasta with a small slaw/salad and a bun. The second meal was a muffin and another pastry. In all, I could only eat the salad, which amounted to next to nothing. Fortunately (for Discover) I had brought food/snacks to carry me through the flight. Otherwise, I might have reached a low blood sugar. With diabetes becoming more prevalent, Discover may consider more eating options to accomodate all passengers.

Missed our flight to London and we were put on coach seats to Munich.

Seats were terribly uncomfortable! Couldn’t sleep! I paid for good seats when scheduled with Lufthansa, got crappy mid-section seats on Air Canada!

No refreshments apart from a bottle of water. No pillows. No entertainment. Flight delayed by 52 minutes.

The luggage is still in transit and the ground staff at Heathrow airport very rude and uncooperative. If I was you, I would fire them straight away. Bunch of incompetent folks.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about every staff member I encounter on my transport from Brussels (Bru) to New York (jfk) via London (lhr) after many flight delays and changes every colleague I asked for help gave me the utmost respect and did everything in their power to make sure I arrived in Washington DC to make it in time for my brothers wedding. The flight attendants on the flight from Bru to lhr move me to the front of the plane so I could get off quickly and try to make it to my connection to dc, when I missed that wagans at the support desk did everything in his power to get me to dc via two transfers. Especially during the busy holiday season I am so so grateful for the amazing customer service that I encountered today.

Flight delay and can’t much help passenger do the change connecting flight.

This was a HORRIBLE experience. I booked a two-leg flight from Reykjavik to Istanbul. My first flight ran 3 hours late and I then missed my flight to Istanbul. British Airways put me on a Turkish Airlines flight to Istanbul. No harm done, right? Wrong. The Turkish Airlines flight turned out to be overbooked. By the time I learned of this, British Airways closed their help desk. To add insult to injury, they helped one person in front of me before casually putting up a closed sign even though they knew I was stranded (their fault!) and needed help. I ended up spending $1000+ out of pocket to clean up their mess (including the flight to Johannesburg I had to rebook since BA delayed me so much) and haven’t heard a word about reimbursement. I have never had such an awful travel experience in my life. I know delays happen, but they need to take care of their passengers when these things happen, not leave us stranded in a foreign country in the middle of the night with nowhere to go.

The seats are incredibly uncomfortable. My luggage didn't make it on my flight from London to Nashville.

5 days later I have not yet received my luggage so terrible and unacceptable
