i dont know WHY they call it business class. the seats are NOT significantly wider than economy seats, they just do not let the middle seats be beepked to give the illusion of more space between passengers. the seats do NOT recline any more than economy seats either. the only real difference is the full meal served to business (vs none for economy). I would rather have a wider, lie flat ACTUAL business class seat with no food for a 3 hr flight. this was pretty disappointing to say the least.
Our previous flight was delayed but they waited for us to board.
Flight was delayed, short time connection to next flight but we make it, service was good, worth to fly just to try thair on board blueberry juce. Eccelent communication with airline.
My American Airlines flight was deleted and you guys never let me know
The entertainment system did not work. And we waited 45 minutes in our seats after we landed before we got to the gate

Our connecting flight was cancelled and it took us 15 hours to reach our destination.
This has been the worst experiencia I have had traveling overall. More than 3 delays, no one answering questions, no one at the AA counter. No one at customer service and after having to change transportation to airport and spend the night at a hotel paid by me, we were delayed inside of aircraft for more than 2 hours!!! Bad experience!!!
Wow! Wonderfully designed, super comfortable, spacious business seats. The food was great and the staff were friendly and attentive. A fabulous experience!
Crew were friendly and very helpful Plane was clean and the legroom is standard. Overall a good flight, no complaints.
SAL to FRA - Original flight was cancelled less than 10 hours before scheduled. Did receive lodging at no cost for 1 night. Coordination between Lufstansa and hotel was very poor and we had to pay for a meal we thought was to be paid for. Traveling from SAT to Denver coordination between Lufstansa and United was very poor and we paid double for our check-in baggage. We are hoping to that refunded. We wish other airlines would fly to Salzburg as we plan to visit more often.
For this long of a flight one would expect some more service, like a snack, entertainment or reclining seats
Extremely tight connection in Frankfurt. Tickets with one hour layover are not realistic even with first flight being on time. Just barely made it and ran most of the way. 😬
The plane was crowded, seats narrow, legroom practically nonexistent. The entertainment feature didn't work for my row and nobody was able to/interested in trying to fix it. This was a direct contrast to a very comfortable Lufthansa flight I'd taken from RDU to Frankfurt about a week earlier.
Delayed take off but I think they waited for passengers.
I paid for extra legroom which was not honored and have spent hours trying to get a refund for without success. I have since come to learn Lufthansa has a habit of reassigning seats and making it impossible to get refunds.
Flight crew was among the best I’ve ever seen
Seats in the center row have obstructed leg room. Entertainment center did not respond well. Staff was good, but coukd be of limited help
It was excellent. I upgraded from premium economy to business and it was totally worth it. We were on a 747 and I sat upstairs and enjoyed the privacy. The crew was incredible especially the woman who had been working with you all for 30 years.she was absolutely spectacular as was her cabin. The food was delicious. I would just serve bread with the meal. Don’t take it away!
