This flight was 16 hours and they made it very tolerable. Seats were comfortable and the staff very accommodating. I had plenty of inflight entertainment. Food was very good.

They made 22 hours aboard aircraft very enjoyable. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and level of service. Singapore airline will be my preferred choice going forward.
The crew and their service was top notch, but the plane itself seemed to be on the older side and worn out. Also, the food could’ve been better. 9 out of 10.
The booking experience was bad. Our six character booking ID number disappeared the day before the flight, We could not find out what happened or what was the status of our flight, scheduled for the next day. We finally found the right number to contact Singapore Airlines on the matter (not easy). The Singapore agent worked through the issue in a little over thirty minutes on the phone, the day before the flight. That was great. I'm very happy with Singapore Airlines and their performance. Contact with a competent person on the matter was near impossible. It seems no one in business these days wants to deal with customers once they've pocketed the money. There were resellers, including Kayak, involved in the chain. When we finally got through to Underpricer, we did get a return call that could have proved helpful. But by that time the matter had been resolved by the Singapore agent. Majestic Vacations, the reseller who received the payment was less than worthless. That's just a fast buck operation. Ugh.
It was a middle of the night changeover, so we were all ready for sleep. Staff were helpful and managed a few hours sleep. Food options were good.
Once again the meal served was delicious - we got chicken rice
I was traveling with my 3 minor children, one leg I was seated two aisles behind them. On the longest leg I would have preferred sitting across the aisle from them, not behind. My youngest is 4yos. I understand airplane seating configurations are not the airlines problem but seating the one adult with a reservation apart from the minors was very difficult.
Awesome! Was impressed with the hospitality and the thoughtful services. The cabin attendants were superb.

If I made the connection in Singapore I was stuck there for 24 hours you owe me 355.00 for accommodations
Food was very ordinary for premium economy, very small portions.
i dont know WHY they call it business class. the seats are NOT significantly wider than economy seats, they just do not let the middle seats be beepked to give the illusion of more space between passengers. the seats do NOT recline any more than economy seats either. the only real difference is the full meal served to business (vs none for economy). I would rather have a wider, lie flat ACTUAL business class seat with no food for a 3 hr flight. this was pretty disappointing to say the least.
There wore nice leather like sits, in my opinion seats lay out bit tight . Crew was great they did averything possible to make averywone comfortable as possible, food was, think worst I ever head on flight, head chicken and yellow rice. Ice cream was a nic treat.
Our previous flight was delayed but they waited for us to board.
Flight was delayed, short time connection to next flight but we make it, service was good, worth to fly just to try thair on board blueberry juce. Eccelent communication with airline.
My American Airlines flight was deleted and you guys never let me know
The entertainment system did not work. And we waited 45 minutes in our seats after we landed before we got to the gate

Our connecting flight was cancelled and it took us 15 hours to reach our destination.
This has been the worst experiencia I have had traveling overall. More than 3 delays, no one answering questions, no one at the AA counter. No one at customer service and after having to change transportation to airport and spend the night at a hotel paid by me, we were delayed inside of aircraft for more than 2 hours!!! Bad experience!!!
Pretty standard for long haul international flying. Food was fine, tv/movie selection was great, wifi did not work at all, crew was pleasant enough.
I did not like the quality of the food and there was no snacks offered between meals.
Temperature in plane in both segments was warm. Otherwise, great experience
Was not good experience going to Houston from Istanbul, had to wait about an hour and a half to just takeoff. Disappointed in that part.
boarding from the lagos airport is always very chaotic. The seats on the place are not comfortable (old planes are always used on this route) and the screen chargers for my phone are both not working (both seats).

This time around, I felt that the crew wasn’t very professional. Speaking / laughing loudly and rushing through service.
On international flights passengers had wide variety of entertainment choices, though the flight was short. Service was good and no issues at all.
I took a nine-hour flight in economy class, and the seats were quite comfortable. I even managed to take a long nap, which rarely happens. There was a good selection of movies, and the complimentary kit included socks, ear plugs, a sleep mask, lip balm, and a toothbrush with toothpaste.
The inflight Wi-Fi was poor or non-existent however the entertainment system was good. The staff are good and effective but don’t really relate well to the travellers (a smile and a “how are you” would not go astray). Not the worst airline, but if they improve they could be leaders.
More legroom (I am 6’4”) and my knees were in the back of the seat in front of me. Food was laughable
The hot towels before the second meal was an unexpected surprise. The crew was attentive and personable, and that’s a lot on a nine hour flight. And the hot pretzels were a kind of “auf wiedersehn “ to Germany.
Be on time. Constant delays, missed connections. No excuses. Weather was not an issue

well we had 1 hot delay in Lyon and because we were not updated by further delay from Frankfurt, I had to run so fast for like 20 minutes to reach gate for next flight and then I was told the plane had 1 hour delay...
No internet, very narrow seats insufficient room for three passengers with encroachment.
Overall good flight Aircraft is 787 hence seats are very narrow Asian veg food was better than expected International entertainment on screen had very limited choices
The flight was delayed, missed my connecting flight. Also missing one bag and no one can help me. The bag arrived the day after and the airport can't locate the bag.
Due to flights being delayed, we missed our connecting flights and we were flown to a different airlines and we end up losing our luggage's.
No fast track available, no organisation. Unpleasant boarding system at gate 20 at JFK. When giving feedback to the lounge team I was told to talk to the manager instead of taking the feedback.

I'm a world traveler for the 30 years. The WORST AIRPORT i've ever been in Totally over booked They shuttle u around MANY TIMES TO GET to planes and gates They over book and have massive delays Will never fly BA again
The seats (upgraded exit row), were the last comfortable plane seats my wife or I have ever experienced. Too narrow to turn at all to find a sleeping position. Devoid of cushioning to the point of feeling the frame bars across both the seat and the back. It was extremely uncomfortable and neither of us slept on the red eye.
Flights were in time, everything was organized, food was really good!
The second leg of my flight unexpectedly got canceled. I was stuck at the airport for the whole day and instead of flying out that morning I flew out in the evening. For some of my fellow passengers it was the second cancellation and their original flight was supposed to go out the day before. There was no reason given though getting rebooked was quick even though I would have preferred if I would have been on one of the earlier flights that day. Compensation was a £10 voucher for some food at the airport. I eventually arrived without further incident but but due to the cancellation, it was one of my more frustrating travels of my life.
why couldn't BA confirm my flight from Milan to Phoenix on AA
On this flight I was in BA business class. I am used to flying United Airlines Polaris class and I was underwhelmed by BA’s business suite class. A few things: - the lounge at LAS was very basic and crowded and the LHR/T3 lounge a bit better, but still not like the Polaris lounges - boarding was chaotic, no one knew what group was supposed to board - the suites were nice, but the padding was not really made for sleeping on - crew were friendly, but only really one tray/serving for the dinner service. None of “drink first, then dinner with 1-2 pourings of wine, then dessert”. UA might not be known for the best service in the industry, but compared to BA they are super attentive. During the BA flight there was no one checking in on you after you got your one tray. - arrival at LHR was busses taking us back to the terminal, surprising for a long flight. Once again chaotic. The bus for First/Business was completely packed with anyone who could get on and the driver was screaming at passengers to get every inch packed before he drove to the terminal. By the time I arrived I felt like BA had sold me a superior flight experience and delivered a mediocre economy class experience just because they can and do not really care about their customers. Very disappointing.
Pretty good flight in general. Connection in London was extremely slow. The security was slow and understaffed. It took 35 minutes to get through and it was not even crowded.
