I liked the ability to walk and stand in the crew area. I hated the security check experience before boarding. The airport staff were so rude, yelling at us unnecessarily, delaying us on purpose, and even threatening to call the police on us!

Their weakness is in boarding. Business class rarely boards first and there are no announcements explaining delays, so customers are always left waiting and wondering why boarding has paused.

Horrible, they forgot our luggage, the food was terrible, the crew were rude, the flight was delayed, I hated every aspect of this flight

Istanbul to Miami is a very long flight, somewhat uncomfortable, especially because the seating offers very limited space outside of business class.

Very old plane on the Istanbul to Bangkok flight, had an emergency exit isle row, no where to put anything, on a plus point loads of leg room. Food was the best I have had in 39 years of flying.

Seats are not clean inside the very dirty and need to improve

7 stars hospitality and an excellent service by the Turkish Airline entire team. Somehow, our membership numbers for mileage points were not indicated on our boarding passes issued at O’Hare Airport by the Turkish Airlines check in desk. During transit in Istanbul, I brought to attention of customer service Turkish Airlines. Please have our mileage points posted to our membership account from O’Hare Chicago to Lahore for both my wife Kaukab Shirazi Thank you

Everything needs improvement. Old plane, bad interior, business class seats don't function easily / properly, food is awful, chicken / fish were tough & hard, couldn't eat. Avoid Turkish Airlines.

It was very good and it was not my first time I always take Turkish air line for my travels

Business class: Like: food selection presentation Staff on the airline Love: lounge in Istanbul Needs major improvement: attitude of reception at Istanbul lounge: 4 of them sitting there: inattentive and then rude. They do not fit with rest of Turkish hospitality!
