Both Delta and Korean airlines were great. The Korean airline stewardesses dress more professionally but service very good on both.

When arriving to Taipei, make sure to following the passing card side for connecting flights. We got in the red lanes and had to get our bags checked again. Go green side far right, it’s not very clear then you go to the next stop for transfer check.

If you're flying into Ho Chi Minh with a different airline, make sure you have printed tickets because security does not accept mobile tickets (only printed) and hopefully other airlines are better than Asiana otherwise, plan to spend several hours in the transfer area with nothing available other than bathrooms.

Arrive early - walk and find where your gates are. IF You didnt get a chance to shop for Philippine goodies, the terminal has tons of local goodies to shop for! Also if your flight is delayed - there is a small massage area and their services are amazing!
J&SFlew with Korean AirSIN-ICNNov 2024
Singapore is always the best. Most airports now require a lot of walking from gate to gate which is good for my step counting. However, we were the last group to make it to our gate for Seattle at Inchon after a quick stop to the bathroom.
Verified travelerFlew with Hawaiian AirlinesBKK-ICNSept 2024
I will not fly to ICN and transfer to Hawaiian again. Both Asiana and KAL are good flights to ICN. And their lounges are both good. But if flying onward, stay with Asiana or KAL connections. ICN doesn’t do terminal connections well.

Thai air send to be the only direct flight from Lahore to Bangkok so it's worth paying a little more in my mind. When entering Lahore for the first time it can be overwhelming leaving the airport so be prepared and try to have someone you know meet you as people tend to try and cheat tourists anyway they can on arrival.
AMIELFlew with Philippine AirlinesTAG-MNLJun 2024
PAL has bigger planes & better luggage policies so its more comfortable to fly. PAL's passenger disembarking procedure is way better than any other domestic & International airlines I've flown; other airlines should use this procedure. PAL just need to improve on implementing Priority lanes and strict adherence on flight schedules (avoid delays). So far PAL is still recommended for Domestic flights.

Malaysian Airlines is a good option. They don't have a screen but you can connect to onboard wifi and watch onboard entertainment, movies, and music on your smartphone or tablet. Bring your headphones. Some people didn't put on headphones and disturbed others with the sound from their phones.

Leaving Vietnam through customs was longer than we thought based on how short the line was, so give yourself plenty of time. We paid for extra legroom, which was nice, but it also gave us no space to put our reading materials and other objects we like to have within reach on a long flight. So I switched to an empty seat across the aisle, which opened a seat where my wife and the other passenger in that block of seats could put their reading materials, etc.

Going through Denpasar airport was quite intuitive for me which I appreciated. Landing in Taipei with a connecting flight to the US I was required to go through security again so, take that into account when planning layovers. I had a short layover and my flight into Taipei was late so it was a little worrisome if i would make my connecting flight.

Airports are separate. Theres a free airport bus that can transfer you to the other terminal but the luggage itself you have to bring with you, it doesnt get transferred directly. Download the GRAB app (its like UBER) if you decide to take another form of transportation. Regular taxis will charge you ridiculous amount if youre not careful. GRAB is better.

Verified travelerFlew with SriLankan AirlinesKUL-CMBJan 2024
Arrive early, because Immigration control in Kuala Lumpur is a nightmare. When we entered the country we had to queue up for over one and a half hours just to go through immigration, the same was true when leaving. Also some of the immigration officers were incredibly rude and antagonistic. Malaysia has introduced an e-gate system for immigration, mainly for Malaysian citizens, however certain other nationalities such as Australian citizens can supposedly use this e-gate. Unfortunately it didn’t work of Australian citizens and nobody seemed to know how the system worked or were particularly interested in fixing it. The result was that we had to wait in line again for over an hour.
MikeFlew with China EasternBKK-PVGFeb 2024

Crew and service was excellent, but passengers should be offered a welcome drink before take off which did not happen. Food was very good. Unfortunately the lie-flat bed in business class was one of the most uncomfortable I have experienced. The configuration forces you to sleep with your legs at an angle instead of in a straight line, plus there is very little padding on the bed so it wasn't possible to sleep for more than 2-3 hours on an 18 hour flight. For what the airlines charges for a business class ticket their hard product leaves a lot to be desired.

Food could have been better. Too many passengers getting up and down all the time.

It was very good experience on board to Sydney with SQ.

Everything was great keep up the good work 😁, can't ask for more.

Flight from SFO did not include entertainment as it was not working the entire duration of the flight. Was informed that there would be a $350 voucher for the inconvenience. Uncertain how the voucher will be provided.

Check in was easy through self-check-in kiosks just like domestic flights. Staff onboard were fantastic. Some "book the cook" good options weren't great, others really good. Entertainment options a bit limited to what I've experienced on Qantas. Overall a good flight though, especially for the price.

The staff on Singapore Airlines was incredible. I would like to commend LS Reuben from my SQ37 flight on November 19th, 2024, from LAX to Singapore, for his outstanding service and care. During the flight, one of my earbuds—brand new and valued at nearly $300—fell out and became lodged in the box controlling the in-flight entertainment system. I was understandably upset, but Reuben went above and beyond to assist me in this tough situation. Reuben demonstrated exceptional determination and empathy. Instead of suggesting we wait for an engineer, he immediately took action, spending almost 30 minutes searching for the earbud. He even got down on the floor to ensure it was recovered. His genuine concern and persistence made all the difference and turned a frustrating situation into one where I felt truly valued as a passenger. Reuben is a shining example of the remarkable service that sets Singapore Airlines apart. His dedication and willingness to go the extra mile left a lasting impression, and I want to sincerely thank him for his kindness and professionalism.

Great airline. Excellent service, good food & lots of TV movies/shows to choose from.

Really enjoyed the flight. Our flight attendant on the way back SIN-LAX was exceptional I didn’t get her name but she was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I had a bit of a panic attack and she checked on me a few times to make sure I was ok. Really appreciated her attention and service. Thank u

Everything was good except food , food choices was very less. Washrooms were closed.overall good experience.

Everything was good. The red seats were a scam. Just like any other seat but red. Although they let you board earlier which was very nice.

Other than the bus wait time to off board passenger when we reached Don Muang, everything else was excellent

Very good, it would be good if payment for drinks could be accepted by card too.

Ontime, no frills, the cabin is clean, the ticket price is lower than the full-service airlines.

Paid for a meal we didn't receive. They admitted they had forgetten ours. No compensation or rectification offered. We requested if they would just give us a glass of wine instead and we would call it even. Crew advised they could not do this and to go to Air Asia counter on arrival and request a refund. Our flight didn't arrive until 2am so this was not a viable option. The crews solution was if we wanted a wine we should purchase one. I was unhappy with that suggestion considering they had already ripped us off with our meal.

Took 4 flights in 5 days 3 out of 4 left late about one hour each.

The boarding process was very poor - refueling on so rear ladder blocked. I think while boarding both ladders should be accessible so that passengers are comfortable instead of crowding through front ladder

No WiFi or movies. And the seat We’re uncomfortable. Good thing it was a short flight

It was on time! First time in a long time for Air Asia. Thank you!

Nightmare at check in because of restrictibe and unmanageable baggage rules. Very long line and slow because of these policies. Not a smart way to make $

Some seats don’t recline. No USB port or power outlet, no inflight WIFI - not even for SMS/Messaging apps. Ontime performance was very good. They should have at least one crew member who speaks the local language, for flights like these.

Although we took the XL seats with more width, we found that you do not have a seat in front to stow your personal item, nor can you stretch your legs. This is not the best option for a comfortable seat. Boarding was timely but disorganized without any row based entry.

Not professional and didn’t know about double seat even when I paid for it and have a confirmation. Lack of comms between teams.

deboarding is very poor after landing it took around 45 minutes to come out.

My baggage bag got broken and only 3000 voucher was given for compensation

Crew members forgot to serve sandwiches after serving the coffee. Worst was the handling of bag. One of wheel was Broken making it useless. Though a complaint was registered and assured of compensation voucher equal to part cost of the new bag.

The seats are horrible and pathetic. The flight was delayed by over an hour as they did not have the crew

Please don’t send survey questions on Indigo flights. 90% of booking, check in, Boarding work is done by the passenger. So those questions are irrelevant

Boarding is becoming a hassle with Indigo nowadays, particularly if you are placed towards the front. The overhead luggage trays are either packed with flight equipments or already loaded by other passengers. So, if you are on front rows, your luggage may eventually end up towards middle. Food quality is going down by day. The only good element of being on time is also shaky nowadays.

Scoot is a no frills budget airline. Do not expect a legacy airline experience.

I have taken more than 50 flights in the past year and this is the worst onboard experience that I've come across. There's always a risk with budget airlines and their creative views of customer service. Having bought a standard seat, we boarded at the assigned seat - we naturally couldn't choose ourselves as that would be extra cost. After take-off, the person in the row in front leans back their seat. As a frequent flyer, I believe this is their right, so I try to lean my seat back as well to have the same space available. However, my standard seat could not lean back, as the row behind was an exit row. As I had paid for a standard seat, not a less space than standard, I moved to the completely free row behind me. This was not allowed, as due to extra legroom, this would cost extra. Subsequently spent the next 30 mins discussing this scenario with the crew. I have no issues with budget airlines and additional charges, but if I pay for a standard seat, I want a standard seat, not one with less space. As you do not offer me a discount for the less space, do not try and charge me a premium, when I find a free seat with more space. It works both ways Scoot.

Finishes were quite worn, including our very scratched up seatback. No entertainment available, and the WiFi (even for “ScootHub”) was very slow. Crew were somewhat friendly.

Food & lower the prices. Look at Air Asia food look better & affordable

Not a frequent user of their website booking. Booked my check-in baggage and only realized that I did not book my check in baggage for return flight. The receipt was not clear in identifying that as well. Was charged exorbitantly at check in counter. Bad taste for sure when it is a business trip and not leisure trip. Baggage was delayed for more than an hour at belt back in SG.

Boarding took forever. It's also weird that we paid more (for preferred seats) to get on the plane last. Inflight WiFi never worked the entire trip. I want my money back.

The cosmetic condition was pretty run down. The carpets were badly worn out. Even the paint on the wings was chipped and peeled! Looks like they are running these 787s to the ground..

WiFi didn’t work on both sectors so made killing time harder - planes clean modern and good flight crew - would do again if WiFi works

6hrs fly they dont give you a glass of water from seoul to singapore need to buy drink and food plus they charge for bag on international fly is always Free 1 bag from seoul to singapore is Not a local fly you are traveling true asia same story from singapore to Bali no water drink after payment for bag drink cost more the regular airline Well never use this company again we use regular company like Delta korea japan China and even scoot parent company Singapore Air

We had 2 attempts to land at Singapore Changing during a thunderstorm. Everything was delayed by 1 hour plus.

We recently flew with AirAsia and encountered several issues. Our flight was delayed by over an hour, and both boarding and takeoff were postponed without any prior notification. Although we eventually realized there was a delay on our own, the crew did inform us afterward. To make up for lost time, the pilot took off at high speed, resulting in some turbulent moments that were quite scary. Despite these challenges, the cabin crew did an excellent job managing the situation and easing the inconvenience. Overall, while the delays and turbulence made for a stressful experience, I appreciated the crew’s efforts to keep us as comfortable as possible.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our pilot was skilled and clearly experienced. The value for the price was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

Very quick turn around, plane was in good condition, alles paletti.

My flight boarding was interrupted as gate staff said I needed visa in advance for Vietnam....

Instead of landing we had to go around and landed in Kuala Lumpur International Airport instead of Subang. Then we had to restart and arrived over 2.5 hrs late

As usual, poor communication on delays. No info, no updates, no apologies.

Boarding was nuts. Gate change. Delayed. No communication from gate staff. They seemed lost. Rest of the flight went well

Premium check in was worth it. Boarding process was a little chaotic. Seats were super cramped and I am less than 80kg and 180cm

It was good. The FACE check in at KLIA2 was not working.

should remind people who cough must wear the mask. A few persons surrounding keep coughing.
