Arrive early - walk and find where your gates are. IF You didnt get a chance to shop for Philippine goodies, the terminal has tons of local goodies to shop for! Also if your flight is delayed - there is a small massage area and their services are amazing!
J&SFlew with Korean AirSIN-ICNNov 2024
Singapore is always the best. Most airports now require a lot of walking from gate to gate which is good for my step counting. However, we were the last group to make it to our gate for Seattle at Inchon after a quick stop to the bathroom.
Verified travelerFlew with Hawaiian AirlinesBKK-ICNSept 2024
I will not fly to ICN and transfer to Hawaiian again. Both Asiana and KAL are good flights to ICN. And their lounges are both good. But if flying onward, stay with Asiana or KAL connections. ICN doesn’t do terminal connections well.
Verified travelerFlew with Cathay PacificBKK-HKGNov 2024
Cathay's Bangkok in-person check-in was easy. Hong Kong was a good connecting-flight airport (though you need to dump all liquids between connecting flights as you need to go through a security checkpoint).
KevinFlew with Cebu PacificMNL-NRTSept 2024
Bring charging cord as the have ports on the plane. You have to buy water, so get it in the airport, as 3 bottles is the same price as 1 warm bottle on the plane.

Thai air send to be the only direct flight from Lahore to Bangkok so it's worth paying a little more in my mind. When entering Lahore for the first time it can be overwhelming leaving the airport so be prepared and try to have someone you know meet you as people tend to try and cheat tourists anyway they can on arrival.

PAL has bigger planes & better luggage policies so its more comfortable to fly. PAL's passenger disembarking procedure is way better than any other domestic & International airlines I've flown; other airlines should use this procedure. PAL just need to improve on implementing Priority lanes and strict adherence on flight schedules (avoid delays). So far PAL is still recommended for Domestic flights.

Leaving Vietnam through customs was longer than we thought based on how short the line was, so give yourself plenty of time. We paid for extra legroom, which was nice, but it also gave us no space to put our reading materials and other objects we like to have within reach on a long flight. So I switched to an empty seat across the aisle, which opened a seat where my wife and the other passenger in that block of seats could put their reading materials, etc.

Going through Denpasar airport was quite intuitive for me which I appreciated. Landing in Taipei with a connecting flight to the US I was required to go through security again so, take that into account when planning layovers. I had a short layover and my flight into Taipei was late so it was a little worrisome if i would make my connecting flight.

Airports are separate. Theres a free airport bus that can transfer you to the other terminal but the luggage itself you have to bring with you, it doesnt get transferred directly. Download the GRAB app (its like UBER) if you decide to take another form of transportation. Regular taxis will charge you ridiculous amount if youre not careful. GRAB is better.

Verified travelerFlew with SriLankan AirlinesKUL-CMBJan 2024
Arrive early, because Immigration control in Kuala Lumpur is a nightmare. When we entered the country we had to queue up for over one and a half hours just to go through immigration, the same was true when leaving. Also some of the immigration officers were incredibly rude and antagonistic. Malaysia has introduced an e-gate system for immigration, mainly for Malaysian citizens, however certain other nationalities such as Australian citizens can supposedly use this e-gate. Unfortunately it didn’t work of Australian citizens and nobody seemed to know how the system worked or were particularly interested in fixing it. The result was that we had to wait in line again for over an hour.
MikeFlew with China EasternBKK-PVGFeb 2024
Watch the baggage allowance closely. PVG - BKK allowed 30 kg but BKK - PVG only allowed 20 kg using same size plane. Very sneaky way for the airlines to get you to pay for overweight baggage. I will not do this again!

Crews were very caring and polite. Washroom was surprisingly clean. Overall experience was good , only food choices was very limited. Thanks

Flight was delayed by baggage loading onto the plane. This was attributed to "inclement weather" (some moderate rain) which could be said to be beyond the airline's control, but the problematic part was that the plane was boarded and doors shut so that passengers sat in a cramped plane with rising temperature (full flight) for an hour. The airline was aware of the status of baggage loading, they could have deferred boarding to keep passengers comfortable.

The seats were more narrow than at other lines. Food was mediocre (economy class)

Food option Hindu veg to Hindu non veg request was unheard

The crew and their service was top notch, but the plane itself seemed to be on the older side and worn out. Also, the food could’ve been better. 9 out of 10.

The booking experience was bad. Our six character booking ID number disappeared the day before the flight, We could not find out what happened or what was the status of our flight, scheduled for the next day. We finally found the right number to contact Singapore Airlines on the matter (not easy). The Singapore agent worked through the issue in a little over thirty minutes on the phone, the day before the flight. That was great. I'm very happy with Singapore Airlines and their performance. Contact with a competent person on the matter was near impossible. It seems no one in business these days wants to deal with customers once they've pocketed the money. There were resellers, including Kayak, involved in the chain. When we finally got through to Underpricer, we did get a return call that could have proved helpful. But by that time the matter had been resolved by the Singapore agent. Majestic Vacations, the reseller who received the payment was less than worthless. That's just a fast buck operation. Ugh.

It was a middle of the night changeover, so we were all ready for sleep. Staff were helpful and managed a few hours sleep. Food options were good.

My daughter and I had a pleasant trip to Singapore. Reliable and on time.

Didn't like much at all Nowhere near enough legroom, narrow seats. Aisles not wide enough for safe food trolley access and husband had his knee hit cos not enough leg room. Would take a lot to convince us to fly Singapore Airlines again which is a pity cos it was always our go-to airline

Overall good experience, convenient Changi Airport, even the layover was long.

Paid for a meal we didn't receive. They admitted they had forgetten ours. No compensation or rectification offered. We requested if they would just give us a glass of wine instead and we would call it even. Crew advised they could not do this and to go to Air Asia counter on arrival and request a refund. Our flight didn't arrive until 2am so this was not a viable option. The crews solution was if we wanted a wine we should purchase one. I was unhappy with that suggestion considering they had already ripped us off with our meal.

Took 4 flights in 5 days 3 out of 4 left late about one hour each.

The boarding process was very poor - refueling on so rear ladder blocked. I think while boarding both ladders should be accessible so that passengers are comfortable instead of crowding through front ladder

No WiFi or movies. And the seat We’re uncomfortable. Good thing it was a short flight

It was on time! First time in a long time for Air Asia. Thank you!

Nightmare at check in because of restrictibe and unmanageable baggage rules. Very long line and slow because of these policies. Not a smart way to make $

Very few crew meant that we had to wait almost 2 hours just the get a drink!

I get so tired of the constant delays, but there are so few options. The plane is coming from Bangkok each time. Why are the flights so regularly delayed. I do appreciate the speed of the baggage delivery into the terminal.

We had a 3 hrs delay and they offer McDonalds pineapple pay. They charged us for extra grs of luggage and the experience was not good

Thai Air Asia no longer has customer support that you can call and talk to. All support is done by chat bot or self help websites. This can be a major issue if you have a problem and it bit us so we can’t recommend nor will we book with them again unless as a last resort.

Landing was smooth. Baggage check in was given complimentary B4 boarding was like a surprise gift.

If you are over 170 cm, i would implore you to select an exit row or front row seat. You will not be able to sleep. Extremely uncomfortable.

My second consecutive experience of flight delay between 1.5 and close to 2hr. Resulting upsetting my biz agenda and additional expenses on local transportation to catch up

Expensive Poor check-in process staff only arrived 2h before boarding which is not a par with international standards Cabin was overly warm No seat Pocket No in seat charging No entertainment No WiFi option Slow cabin service Limited purchasing options Boarding was good Staff were presentable Flight was safe and on time

The flight attendants were not passing out soft drinks. They skipped a lot of rows and passengers were complaining.

The boarding a bit late but overall no drama. Will fly with jetstar again someday for sure.

seat legroom was quite narrow, so i could feel the person’s knees behind me.

Honestly, I Wouldn’t fly Jetstar if I had a choice.

Paid top dollar, and outrageous add ons to get squeezed into an uncomfortable seat with the least leg room possible. Probably best to avoid air travel whenever possible, maybe forever.

They lost my luggage. Doesn't exactly make the experience great.

Instead of landing we had to go around and landed in Kuala Lumpur International Airport instead of Subang. Then we had to restart and arrived over 2.5 hrs late

As usual, poor communication on delays. No info, no updates, no apologies.

Boarding was nuts. Gate change. Delayed. No communication from gate staff. They seemed lost. Rest of the flight went well

Premium check in was worth it. Boarding process was a little chaotic. Seats were super cramped and I am less than 80kg and 180cm

It was good. The FACE check in at KLIA2 was not working.

should remind people who cough must wear the mask. A few persons surrounding keep coughing.

The flight delay... but bus from the airport be on time

Bad experience, delay like no tomorrow. Original schedule departure time at 9:30pm, delayed until 12:05am only depart.

Great. Very satisfied with a direct flight from Penang back to HK international. Stewards in the cabin were very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to fly with Air Asia in the future.

Second time flying on AirAsia. They’re fine for a low cost carrier, so I don’t expect high level hospitality. They could have informed us that the flight would be delayed even if by a few minutes, instead of the passengers asking the gate agents why we’re not boarding 8 minutes before takeoff. And given some of the passengers on this particular flight were problematic, the crew did great handling such people.

Not a frequent user of their website booking. Booked my check-in baggage and only realized that I did not book my check in baggage for return flight. The receipt was not clear in identifying that as well. Was charged exorbitantly at check in counter. Bad taste for sure when it is a business trip and not leisure trip. Baggage was delayed for more than an hour at belt back in SG.

Boarding took forever. It's also weird that we paid more (for preferred seats) to get on the plane last. Inflight WiFi never worked the entire trip. I want my money back.

The cosmetic condition was pretty run down. The carpets were badly worn out. Even the paint on the wings was chipped and peeled! Looks like they are running these 787s to the ground..

WiFi didn’t work on both sectors so made killing time harder - planes clean modern and good flight crew - would do again if WiFi works

6hrs fly they dont give you a glass of water from seoul to singapore need to buy drink and food plus they charge for bag on international fly is always Free 1 bag from seoul to singapore is Not a local fly you are traveling true asia same story from singapore to Bali no water drink after payment for bag drink cost more the regular airline Well never use this company again we use regular company like Delta korea japan China and even scoot parent company Singapore Air

We had 2 attempts to land at Singapore Changing during a thunderstorm. Everything was delayed by 1 hour plus.

Boarding was not accordingly after front seat, bmf then back seat. This delayed for at least 40mins or more. The staff at Jakarta can do better. Is chaos at the entry to board the plane. This tarnished Scoot reputation when everyone was talking about it.

The crew was not customer oriented at all, even confrontational . The aircraft needs more attention to detail as far as comfort, and the 1 hour sitting at the gate with no air is inexcusable

We flew on the 787 Dreamliner direct to main gate at KLIA2, quick entry via eGate and on the train 41mins after touchdown. Go well SCOOT

Was on scoot plus. The only good thing about the flight was the spacious seats. Tables and armrests were extremely dirty Food: bad Entertainment: non existent Wifi: unable to connect, then was painfully slow that we couldn’t even send messages Good thing we had a night flight, so we just slept throughout.
