The entire crew went above and beyond. This was our first flight with our 3 month old, and they were accommodating and friendly. The crew is attentive and marks a HIGE difference to the regular runs with Avianca and LATAM.
Airline did not have enough vegetarian meals for all guests, and crew were not adequately trained to handle this.

They were very pleasant and helpful. My husband and I were sitted apart. We asked if we could be seated together were told flight ws fuly booked but would try. After a while they were able to make it work we got seats together. Their food is good and attendents are very friendly/helpful.
The lounge staff at reception were inefficient and robotic. Boarding process was chaotic at the gate with no priority for business and first. At arrival into Dubai, no upper deck door . Food option and quality for this flight was awful . Thankfully the bar is always good.
More leg room or a bed hahaha but in all was one of the best flys I been on
Emirates is good airlines. But there plane seats were very small and congested. Need to little good and big seats in economy class.
Most aspects of the flight were great! The entertainment was mediocre, though, which made such a long flight less enjoyable.
The boarding experience was worst ever. Single aerobridge used for boarding and deboarding which led to lot of chaos. Food options were not great. First flight delayed by more than 3 hours which led to missing of the next flight we were stuck at Dubai airport by more than 6 hours

Flight was delayed by baggage loading onto the plane. This was attributed to "inclement weather" (some moderate rain) which could be said to be beyond the airline's control, but the problematic part was that the plane was boarded and doors shut so that passengers sat in a cramped plane with rising temperature (full flight) for an hour. The airline was aware of the status of baggage loading, they could have deferred boarding to keep passengers comfortable.
This flight was 16 hours and they made it very tolerable. Seats were comfortable and the staff very accommodating. I had plenty of inflight entertainment. Food was very good.
We flew business class. It was excellent. For a 6’4” individual, the seats were slightly uncomfortable for sleeping. But this is only comparison to other business class seats. Otherwise, the crew was incredibly attentive, And the service was impeccable.
The booking experience was bad. Our six character booking ID number disappeared the day before the flight, We could not find out what happened or what was the status of our flight, scheduled for the next day. We finally found the right number to contact Singapore Airlines on the matter (not easy). The Singapore agent worked through the issue in a little over thirty minutes on the phone, the day before the flight. That was great. I'm very happy with Singapore Airlines and their performance. Contact with a competent person on the matter was near impossible. It seems no one in business these days wants to deal with customers once they've pocketed the money. There were resellers, including Kayak, involved in the chain. When we finally got through to Underpricer, we did get a return call that could have proved helpful. But by that time the matter had been resolved by the Singapore agent. Majestic Vacations, the reseller who received the payment was less than worthless. That's just a fast buck operation. Ugh.
Fantastic patience when one of the passengers behind me was an absolute horrible, horrible person and the girls just kept smiling and doing their job with patience and kindness. Well, done to the crew.
It was a middle of the night changeover, so we were all ready for sleep. Staff were helpful and managed a few hours sleep. Food options were good.
Didn't like much at all Nowhere near enough legroom, narrow seats. Aisles not wide enough for safe food trolley access and husband had his knee hit cos not enough leg room. Would take a lot to convince us to fly Singapore Airlines again which is a pity cos it was always our go-to airline
For the price of the ticket it's probably the best service in the world

Flight attendant served beverage to everyone during meal service and forgot about me. Had to call her several times until she realized it. Not a good service for a business class flight

overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.
This was an upgrade to business class and really enjoyed the experience. Much better than my earlier flight and thank you.
The seats had no space at all beyond the knees. The seat in-front literally reclined on your face, very uncomfortable plane. Was nothing like the normal SWISS experience. The food was okay but could be better.
It was unclear that additional passport control was needed before boarding. The seats were cramped and uncomfortable even for small persons. The arm rests were unable to be lifted completely out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them uncomfortable to lean on. One audio channel was not working on one of our seats.
Flight was very full and we had to checkin our carry on. Stuff however promised us that our luggage will be the first one to come out and it did
Disappointing. Too many let-downs, in delays and communication, by both Lufthansa and Discover to put in an email. I am resigned to the fact that this is what I should expect from all airlines. Unfortunately.
Actual flight was smooth but we were delayed 70 minutes. Were promised to make it up to us but were given no refreshments
Delayed flight with no explanations; no jetway boarding so we had to stand on the tarmac in the cold rain. Baggage was lost.
They separated me from my kids We were checked in to fly from Vienna to Frankfurt and Washington DC final destination but separated my wife and kids sent them to Barcelona instead then Washington DC They end up traveling for 26 hours Horrible experience Never Austrian Airlines/Lufthansa again!
This was not a UA flight. This was Lufthansa. Good experience overall
I am not taking Lufthansa next time. Everything is delayed, food quality was so bad. Baggage was the worst.
Give at least coffee or juice as it is an international flight.
Missed our flight to London and we were put on coach seats to Munich.
Seats were terribly uncomfortable! Couldn’t sleep! I paid for good seats when scheduled with Lufthansa, got crappy mid-section seats on Air Canada!
No refreshments apart from a bottle of water. No pillows. No entertainment. Flight delayed by 52 minutes.
British Airways keeps canceling our flights. They have lost my trust in using their services again. I understand rescheduling once but twice? I am now arriving at home 36 hours later than the first flight that I booked.
They lost my baggage and still waiting an update when I can receive it
One if not the best Airline I have traveled so far. My only complaint is that flights where delayed.
With my outbound flight I didn’t get the food I wanted whiles others did. I was sad
Great job notifying of 30 minute delay in departure. Fabulous job making up for the time and arriving as scheduled. Air travel is just no fun anymore with the extreme overcrowding, and someone needs to come up with an innovative plan for loading and unloading passengers (load all window seats first, middle seats second, aisle seats last?). Great job getting the luggage on the carousel in record time!
Flight was fine, food much better than anticipated, and flight attendants were helpful and friendly!
Our headphone plug in was broken, especially we are with 5 years old who like to watch a movie
Free food and drink! Got a late start due to mechanical problems w a luggage loader.
App totally screwed me up trying to check in. Would not let me select a reasonable seat and therefore I was stuck in a totally uncomfortable seat for 7 hours. Will not take the chance again and use other airlines in future where no issue choosing seats
Although it was an overnight flight, the crew could’ve have made more refreshment passes.
