There was fog in Amsterdam so many flights were delayed because of the weather. Air France knew that the flight would be delayed by two hours but still boarded the plane on time. Instead of letting the passengers wait at the gate we were crammed into the plane. It was uncomfortable. No refreshments were given. I couldn’t charge my devices onboard.

There was fog in Amsterdam so many flights were delayed because of the weather. Air France knew that the flight would be delayed by two hours but still boarded the plane on time. I tried to upgrade to premium economy anis seat online during the checkin process. The payment didn’t work due to a technical glitch on KLM’s website. I wasn’t able to change my seat unless I called Amsterdam. Since I was in Canada and there’s a time difference this wasn’t practical. So when I arrived early to Ottawa airport my seat wasn’t available and I could only get a middle seat in premium economy which isn’t great. These middle seats are priced at the same rate as an aisle seat which makes no sense.

The food & entertainment really stood out in terms of quality. The nasi goreng & chicken satay were absolutely delicious. It’s great that KLM feature international cuisine.

Seats were comfortable crew members support was very good but AVML ordered or selected by us needs a lot of improvement.

Transavia flight. Couldn't select seat or anything prior to flight. No connection with klm systems. Seats are very crammed. Extremely no frills.

Seats were nice and comfy. Crew was polite and attentive. Business class is awesome and worth the money.

The IFE was quite old, but it worked fine and the content was good. The cabin crew were excellent and the food was as also very good

It’s chaotic at the bus stop outside of the airport because of the Uber meeting point. You need to be alert and look for the KLM bus which is not branded or labeled. Incorrect information was provided to go to gate 28, when in fact the bus was at gate 27. On the plus side the bus left early and arrived early to Ottawa.

I did not get my baggage at my final destination..poor coordination with connecting flights with partner airlines (Saudi airways). Also the food was very mediocre.

Not a good one this time. The absence of internet without any information/notification ahead was really the unacceptable part. Also this new A350-900 has a serious legroom challenge for economy seats. It’s more like a medium-haul flight legroom configuration.

Not great , just ok . I expected better food but it did not deliver . Flight staff was ok . The guy at the drop off bag counter was the only saving grace in this whole trip . He was pleasant, friendly and very helpful . You couldn’t ask for a better assistance from him .

Boarding was a disaster being moved by Air France by bus to the plane. The plane should have been at the right gate.

They lost my lauggage and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. NO ONE IS HELPING! PLEASE HELP FIND MY LOST LAUGGAGE

Extremely poor. First - and oddly enough, Air France denied access to the Business Class lounge at CDG to all of us - although we were all flying Business Class. It is amazing that an airline denies lounge access to its passengers flying on business and paying several thousand dollars each ticket. Second, the food on Business Class on absolutely horrible. Air France must have made an effort to prepare bad tasting dishes (not even the ice cream was good). Third, the cabin temperature was too hot and although we complained many times, it never got cooler.

A disaster. Air France is a real joke. They overcharge us customers for absolutely nothing. Service was very poor, food was mediocre, entertainment non existent, etc. We paid thousands of dollars for our business class tickets and then we were told in Paris we could not access its lounge. Really Air France ? Congratulations on irritating your customers to the sky high level and ensuring we will do everything in our power to discourage others to travel with you.

They again did not offer any functioning WiFi in the transatlantic crossing.

The first flight was an hour and a half late leaving, thus missing my connection. The second flight Departure was two hours late Leaving.

I was not aware that I have to pay for the checked bag on the return flight. It was included in the price when I bought the ticket

We had a 90 minute delay due to equipment failure that was detected just before we took off. United rebooked my connecting flight.

Flight delayed over three hours. Arrived into SFO during rush hour and what would have been a one hour drive home took more than 2 hours. Very poor UNITED AIRLINES!!

The Cree was BEYOND AMAZING. They were, by far, THE BEST CREW I had the pleasure of flying with. They catered to my every need, beyond friendly, and upheld the highest level of professionalism that is of Lufthansa Airlines.

United ground crew and pilots are friendly. The in-flight staff (flight attendants) are the worst in the world. Multiple trips, always unpleasant, combative, use implicit threats to not allow for a discussion on their decision. Authoritarian. This seems to stem from an internal corporate wide policy as I doubt that United is intentionally searching for people that are not fit for customer facing positions. I will not fly United again. Good luck fixing your business

The plane was delayed ~ 40 minutes. Communication could have been better. The entertainment was poor. We were not offered headsets by the flight attendants. The arm rest pad did not work properly, thus, I could not select what I wanted to watch.

It’s a service to take you from one point to another. No frills. You want it, you take it. It’s upon you to bring food, reading material, games to play, movies to watch, etc. The wifi onboard never works - so you cannot even listen to any podcasts, music, or get updated news feeds. The toilet is a mess, and a four flight does not need any hygienic interventions when people either splatter their pee all over the seats or on the floor. It’s a monopolized service and so smile and bear it.

Like all other airlines United makes you pay for everything. Like everyone, you have to pay for checking in a bag on top of your already expensive ticket. Hence no one does it and we all show up with our luggage at boarding which forces the company to push people to drop their luggage as there is no space. Well, that delays the boarding process a d generates frustrated passengers who lashes out on the poor crew. Please go back to the simple past: charge my original ticket 30 dollars more and make one bag check in included (even in basic economy). I won't even see the difference on price but will definitely notice the beauty of having the chance to ship my luggage !

Some sort of compensation for missing work because of a cancelled flight that was United’s fault

It was good but I wished if they could have sign do not disturb if we did not wanted any meals . I was tired and slept through the entire flight and woke up just before landing .being hungry Too late to ask for something to eat before exiting the flight . Left feeling hunger 🙁

Check in staff were rude and argumentative with most passengers. Overly scrutinizing with baggage allowance. Delayed, again. Becoming the norm with BA.

the old seats really need to go. they are not comfortable and outdated by many years. I waited over 40 minutes for my bag, unacceptable!

British airways has the most uncomfortable coach seats for international travel i have ever experienced. There is no leg room and when the person in front of you reclines their seat it nearly hits you in the face. There is not enough room for you to open a laptop in front of you or eat a meal. It’s ridiculous and i hope to not fly them in the future.

After boarding, take off delayed 45 minutes with us just sitting there. I think this a Heathrow problem

BA used to be a higher level flight experience. Now, like Air France, they’ve reduced the experience. The crew do a great job. However, food offerings for such a long flight were mediocre at best. At no point did they offer a glass of wine, which may be available, but they’ve stopped offering it. I credit BA for not weighing the carry-on bags like AF. I can’t believe that a 51 lb/23 kg bag isn’t included in the price. I don’t know if it’s Kayak gigging us or BA. Either way it’s disgraceful.

When flying from Dallas Texas to London, the entertainment section went down. The attendants said they would restart it. After 30 minutes, it still wasn't fixed. I called it to their attention and was told that they would try to restart it. Nothing was corrected. They said there was nothing they could do. This didn't happen to the entire plane; just our section which was in the middle of the plane - about 4-5 people. An attendant came by and asked each person to write down their names and email addresses and that a credit would be issued. This was on September 3 2024. It is now September 19, 2024 and I have yet to see any credit issued.

What a great flight that was. Leaving from the small London City Airport, which was easy and convenient to get to on public transport, The flight was slightly delayed, but no big deal. The crew was attentive and served the light sandwich meal, a snack and a soft drink with a smile. The seats were ok, but the same like other budget airlines. The onboard luggage allowance was good and way better and hassle free compared with budget airlines. Well done B.A. and keep the good work up 👍👏

The flight attendant kept bypassing our row when serving drinks and food. And the. He spilled water on me. And spilled a chicken tikka masala on the aisle floor right by my feet.

A cattle car, but at least they didn't lose our luggage this time.
