Transfer at CDG to connecting KLM flight to Amsterdam was a NIGHTMARE. LONG WALKWAYS, NO MOVING WALKWAYS, POOR signage, Have to take a train & No staff visible to help navigate the maze. AVOID TRANSFER AT CDG AT ALL COST.

Good flight with KLM, friendly staff. Food was good, had much worse on other airlines. Selection of drinks also good enough for us. Entertainment was also good. The economy seats are ok and that’s it. For a 12 hour flight I think a little more comfort in the economy seats in pitch and softness would be highly appreciated by the customers and can makte the difference.

Good food. Excellent crew service. Clean aircraft. Narrow seats and isle.

There was fog in Amsterdam so many flights were delayed because of the weather. Air France knew that the flight would be delayed by two hours but still boarded the plane on time. Instead of letting the passengers wait at the gate we were crammed into the plane. It was uncomfortable. No refreshments were given. I couldn’t charge my devices onboard.

I tried to upgrade to premium economy anis seat online during the checkin process. The payment didn’t work due to a technical glitch on KLM’s website. I wasn’t able to change my seat unless I called Amsterdam. Since I was in Canada and there’s a time difference this wasn’t practical. So when I arrived early to Ottawa airport my seat wasn’t available and I could only get a middle seat in premium economy which isn’t great. These middle seats are priced at the same rate as an aisle seat which makes no sense.

The food & entertainment really stood out in terms of quality. The nasi goreng & chicken satay were absolutely delicious. It’s great that KLM feature international cuisine.

Seats were comfortable crew members support was very good but AVML ordered or selected by us needs a lot of improvement.

Transavia flight, was booked as KLM but i couldnt select seat or access boarding pass with KLM at all. Crammed seating and very no frills experience all around. First and last time.

Seats were nice and comfy. Crew was polite and attentive. Business class is awesome and worth the money.

I took this flight to be able to fly with Swiss instead of Air Canada from Geneva.. The AC planes have a better outfit in Business class than Swiss, but the service aboard Swiss is really best, first-class, as is the food and beverages. Though using the same plane model (A330-300), the interior setup of the cabin starts to show its age, but IMO the planes are better serviced by Swiss than AC. I had in my recent trips with AC way too many technical problems that led to delays or even complete cancellation of my flight.. Their fleet is aging (average 20+ years) and the maintenance has taken a toll compared to years ago. Cutting costs in every corner has to be paid sometime by someone, and it's the travelers at the end that pays for it. Unfortunately for me, flying directly to Zurich puts a much longer after-fly trip on me than Geneva.. so I might go back to direct flight YUL-GVA, even if I don't like flying with AC.

We are flying with Swiss for a long time but this time was terrible do to are flight cancellations we are in some bad hotel with out normal food

Crammed like sardines into the middle of the middle 4 seat row for an 11 hour flight was a terrible experience. No attempt made to help passengers sleep by dimming lights or shutting window shades. Small mediocre meals. Not enough good movies/TV options. Hopefully we will never have to do this again.

The plane was good - on time! But can the stewardesses smile or actually be nice - not to bark the commands

Edelweiss is now Nickle&dimming, not even a complimentary wine on the intercontinental flight. Sitting space is the smallest I have ever seen.

Flight was cancelled due to technical problems with the aircraft. It would be nice if SWISS would invest in new aircraft; that would for sure minimize the technical issues with (old) aircrafts.

Ghe issue was with the delay caused by the late boarding. We had to run to catch our next flight, barely made it and then our luggage didn t arrive with us. Really bad organizing.

This was an upgrade to business class and really enjoyed the experience. Much better than my earlier flight and thank you.

Crew was wonderful, snacks were so good and quite a variety for free, food was mediocre, big selection of movies and they kept lavatories pretty clean throughout the flight

They rebooked our flight and then canceled our trip halfway through the journey without any explanation. Needed to pay by ourselves for alternative flight options without any help from Swiss.

they have cancell the flight for no reasons and 24 hours my parents were in the Airport they did not give them any hotel any food, I hate Turkish Airline.

The flight was delayed so connection was missed. In Istanbul we were taken to a hotel and no one in the hotel knew so we had to wait hours in the lobby of the hotel while the airline and hotel coordinated. The airline staff is rude at times

Absolutely horrible experience. It's an overnight flight for over 5 hours and business class does not have beds!!!!! I had a slightly bigger than economy class seat that was broken and not even reclining correctly. I should get a refund for this flight as they changed the aircraft to a small one and that is not what I paid the business class price for!

Seats were in disrepair. Seat back pockets were all broken. Seats recline very far, which is comfortable for occupant, but confining for person behind.

My flight from Krakow was delayed over 2hrs. Since i had connecting flight i was worrying that I will not be able to catch flight from Frankfurt to New York. NO information NO help, no one was able to help and let us know if passengers will be able to catch the next flight. Had to run through entire airport and (2) passports control hoping that maybe still be able to board the plane. When i got to the gate i was informed that plane was waiting for passengers that came from delayed planes. Flight departure an hr late. So i run throu airport almost having a heart attach just to fin out that they knew and they were waiting for us. I was just 5 minutes later after "official" boarding ended and they were still letting passengers in, and flight departure an hr. later.

Swiss air was a short flight to and from Frankfurt to Geneva. The crew was nice, and the service was fine. Would be nice if they had wifi available.

Flight delayed at Newark by more than 1 hour. Weather was perfect. No explanation provided. This delay made me almost miss my connecting flight at Munich. Bags from all passengers from Newark were NOT loaded onto the connecting flight to Munich. Two days without fresh clothes.

I will not fly them again. Late flight ( no communication as to why)… no one even remotely working to help those with connections that are very narrow off the plane in a hurry … NO ONE understood how to move … and 1/2 the plane was running to connections. I missed mine. Total pain in the arse. A 12 hour trip in total took like 20 hours…. Horrible. 1st Lufthansa flight - and will try not to book them again

A very poor experience which is a surprise as Lufthansa has such a good reputation. Absolutely no leg room in economy - it was very very uncomfortable - the video/tv screen was not working, food was poor but that is standard for airline food. Flight attendants were generally nice and helpful. Pilots were reassuring.

Much better than from Singapore to London, which was awful. London to ORD was business class experience expected. Friendly and helpful flight attendants, decent main course, delicious dessert, comfortable lay flat private seats.

I have something to say about the flight I took from London to Gothenburg, after my flight from Austin to London. I fly a lot and have done so for decades. I first flew to Scandinavia in 1973. My former wife is Norwegian. The main thing was the experience at the Gothenburg airport. Three flights from Britain arrived around the same time. So there were huge lines at immigration since Brits are no longer a part of the EU. After over an hour in line, I finally gave my passport to the immigrations man. You’d have thought I was an Afghan. I just barely got into Sweden. I had to answer all kinds of blunt questions. I had to show all kinds of onward tickets, addresses of places I’d be staying and it was pretty daunting. Perhaps it has to do with the situation with Russia. British Air might have done something to prepare people that things have changed a lot and they’d better be ready to run the gauntlet when trying to get into the country here. The flight was okay, but legroom was tight for me and I’m only average height, although at 30” legroom is comparable with most other airlines. Not much room in the aisle either making the trek to and from the toilet difficult with passengers standing in the aisle. On the whole, it’s probably on a par with budget airlines and the ticket process extremely competitive.

May be, better food / snacks in the Gatwick to Glasgow connection.

5 days later I have not yet received my luggage so terrible and unacceptable

Awful! First off, 15 minutes after purchasing my tickets I received an email to purchase my seats for the flights I paid for, charging me an additional $400 plus to be able to sit with my wife. Then, our flight(s) were late leaving 3 out of four times from the origin of flight (PDX, BUD, LHR). They couldn't even load the airplane to balance, had to wait 45 minutes to reload. After being late into Heathrow, they didn't have the personal to get the gate extension to the plane. Made our connections very tight, made us run from gate to gate. Not to mention Heathrow is one of the worst airport to connect from(if you can use Frankfurt or Amsterdam, they are both superior to the dump London is) event hough it is BA's home, the gate personal was rude and very stuck up. After running through the freaking airport, taking a bus, train and 3 elevators covering 7 floors in all. On our return to Portland, the service to Portland from Hawthrow was great, especially Chris, who was very aware of everyone's need and pleasant throughout the flight. This was my 3rd and final cross Atlantic flight with BA. Each time they were marginal to say the best. Their personal both at the Budapest and London stops were awful and made me flying with them poor. I will avoid BA and Heathrow at all cost if I can.

Flight was delayed. Thankfully I wasn't in a rush. The airport experience (shops, amenities, ample restaurants, coffee shops, seats with charging) was very good) was very good as was the boarding which was orderly and organised. The flight was short so whilst there was no entertainment I thought that was ok especially in the age of smart phones and kindles. It would have been nice to have usbc charging supported at my seat but again it was a short flight so no drama. Overall a positive experience flying from London to Edinburgh with BA.

When flying from Dallas Texas to London, the entertainment section went down. The attendants said they would restart it. After 30 minutes, it still wasn't fixed. I called it to their attention and was told that they would try to restart it. Nothing was corrected. They said there was nothing they could do. This didn't happen to the entire plane; just our section which was in the middle of the plane - about 4-5 people. An attendant came by and asked each person to write down their names and email addresses and that a credit would be issued. This was on September 3 2024. It is now September 19, 2024 and I have yet to see any credit issued.

I wasn't able to request a special meal on the on line check in. I informed the cabin crew and they went out of their way to find foods I could eat. I am very grateful.
