Cross Atlantic flight terrible aircraft TK10 on the way back : Old configuration tacky . The boarding in Istanbul at the gate fly TK686 was a mess unorganized , very rude ground staff . Overall never again
Did not expect no entetainment, food was ok. No alcohol on a. International flight
Very poor! It was too hot! It smelled. The food was nasty. The bathroom sink to wash hand was barely working. The tray table was broken. Everything was just wrong!

The flight and crew members was excellent. The food was nice too. Over all service and time is commendable.
Customer service is very bad. They don’t understand English or Arabic which made it very hard to communicate with them. Also when calling to discuss any issue with ticket reservation they hang the phone on you even when speaking to the manager. I will not fly Turkish airlines and I will not recommend to family and friends
Everything was great except the meat served was tough and overcooked!
Stale, bad and limited food, drink options. Entertainment system was broken, old and had barely any latest contents.
Our seat were changed from Turkish Airlenes without offering us a better choice.We paid for those seats even it was Businesses Class. .The seats we were given was next to cabin crew closet.Crew kept opening the closet while we were sleeping.It was very noisy and we also we’re right to next to kitchen.It was very noisy. We want our money back. Food was horrible when we were flying from Newark to Istanbul. It is a shame for Airline to waste so much money on tastless food.
It wasn’t bad but it was not excellent either. The airlines are trying to save as much money as possible and we are paying price for it. Flying is not as it used to be.
The flight was about 10 minutes late which made it kind of tight for connection in Frankfurt. One think that was helpful for my husband and I since we don’t speak the language was when we got off the shuttle bus, two ground crew told us very clearly how to make the connection.
Boarding was unorganised. The flight was very uncomfortable, the temperature was far too high. On requests to lower it nothing changed.
Check-in was very disappointing. My Seat reservation was no longer honored which I had for several months. Supposedly the monitor was damaged and the seat could not be issued. In the lounge I checked again and the seat had been assigned to someone else so I could not sit next to my wife and no other adjacent seats were available - except right in front of the bathrooms and galley. Very disappointing practices for business class!
We were delayed so long that I missed the next flight. I should’ve arrived in Catania at 4 o’clock and arrived at 1 AM. The late departure was due to a water leak due to a dirty filter, according to the flight staff, and that seems like something that should’ve been taken care of before the flight. It’s too simple of a mechanical problem to make you miss the whole day.
Boarding was easy and well organized, Breakfast was not very good.
Both my flight to Germany and my flight from Germany to the USA were delayed which caused me to miss my connection and additional stress. I had to stay overnight in Chicago, compensated by the airline. All very frustrating. We sat in the runway in Germany for over an hour? Which was never explained and caused the additional day of travel.
Boarding delayed 1.5 hours. Ended up sick because of all the delays and lines waiting around airport and boarding.
Terrible experience. I was stuck in Germany for two full day because your flights can't leave on time. You guys suck!!!
One shocking event is worth noting. I told a crew member that someone in the row ahead of us is listening to their iPad without earbuds. She looked and me and said "yes, so?" I asked if that's now allowed in Lufthansa flights and she said that it is. If this is true, I don't know how Lufthansa plans to control the coming cacophony of people listening to different things at the same time and driving the volume ever higher to drown our their neighbor's personal device.
