Crew were friendly and very helpful Plane was clean and the legroom is standard. Overall a good flight, no complaints.
Not good. They charged an additional $70 to check a bag we had already paid for on line with Lufstansa
Amazing! The food was great! Best airline meal ever. The crew was so nice and pleasant.
Seats were very small and of poor quality. Service was good.
With the boarding process, shuttle to the plane, and boarding there we ran about 30 minutes late. It was okay for comfort for a short flight.
Before the flight I received an email from LH that our seat were changed to other comparable seats. At boarding however we found our reassigned “comparable” seats were directly by the toilet. They sure were no “comparable “ seats and we were quite disappointed!
Flight from Washington to Munich it was disappointing. I do not get the seat for what i pay. And the crew were rude with people which speaks other languages than german!
So great, the plane is nice and comfortable, the entertainment was so nice, and the staff was amazing. Only thing that was less than great was that the buttons on the seat screens were very hard to push, and the person behind me was pushing my seat constantly to push the buttons. Minor tho, and overall everything was wonderful!
Terrible experience. I was stuck in Germany for two full day because your flights can't leave on time. You guys suck!!!
Very cheap airline, with low quality services. Staff not particularly kind
App totally screwed me up trying to check in. Would not let me select a reasonable seat and therefore I was stuck in a totally uncomfortable seat for 7 hours. Will not take the chance again and use other airlines in future where no issue choosing seats
Flight was on time. The half sandwich offered doesn’t compare to the full meal offered by Egyptair. With BA there is no entertainment whilst on the Egyptair flight you get to choose form a range of movies and the flight map which I quite enjoy.
Once again I purchase a business class ticket and the seat is exactly the same as cattle class, the only difference being is that BA install a janky table over the middle seat so there is somewhere to place your complimentary drink, the tray table is just big enough for the small tray, so if you are not concerned about getting fed and watered on the plane or getting access to the BA lounge I would save your money and fly cattle, PS the cabin crew were exceptional in every way, shame about the equipment
The Heathrow team was no prepared for the number of people who were coming through at that time of the morning, it seemed they were also experiencing shift change. The lines were incredibly long and moved at a snails pace. A airport rep walked by me, I presented my boarding pass to her and asked if she thought I would make the my flight If I stayed in the current lane. The look on her face told me I was not going to make my flight. She then whisked me to another lane, got me through the line and i ran to the gate and boarded my flight with only seconds to spare. It was a frustrating experience, which BA had nothing to do with. BUT after getting onto the airplane, the flight team was welcoming and I felt a huge sense of relief. Thank you to the BA flight team!!!
Friendly crew members. Food was so-so, below average. However, ice cream add a little touch and made a difference.
American Airlines is the worst airline to fly. you can’t get on an earlier flight if you don’t have ‘status’, they cancel their flights with no warning, and they lie about why their flights are delayed so they don’t have to pay for meals or hotels. They lost me as a customer after this trip. I’ll be flying Delta or Untied from now on.

The team/crew were excellent. The USB ports were not working/broken, I tried multiple ports and also asked a staff member to check other ports on the flight, she confirmed they were not working!
The crew were friendly and helpful, really appreciated. The food was pretty nice. a smidge more leg room would always be welcome but when you buy cheap you get what you get :)
The checkin process is always horrendous with this airline. They never have enough people working the desk or people assisting in the lines. Rude and unbothered. I never pick British Airways- I always get swapped in via American Airlines and may need to stop using American Airlines as well. No entertainment in flight. And they seem more concerned about selling food and drinks then they are about customer comfort
