One of the best flights I have been on in a while. Food was excellent. The chair-back screens in economy were A+. The crew was friendly and helpful.

The fully flat bed in business class on the 777 is a little narrow, and the 2-3-2 configuration is now dated, but otherwise a comfortable and pleasant flight. It’s hard to beat the value too.
Service and food were decent, seats are a bit too narrow. Leg room is normal. Bathroom should be cleaned more frequently. WiFi is cumbersome and should be simplified.
they have cancell the flight for no reasons and 24 hours my parents were in the Airport they did not give them any hotel any food, I hate Turkish Airline.
Their weakness is in boarding. Business class rarely boards first and there are no announcements explaining delays, so customers are always left waiting and wondering why boarding has paused.
7 stars hospitality and an excellent service by the Turkish Airline entire team. Somehow, our membership numbers for mileage points were not indicated on our boarding passes issued at O’Hare Airport by the Turkish Airlines check in desk. During transit in Istanbul, I brought to attention of customer service Turkish Airlines. The flight was delayed both legs of the journey. The seats were cramped.
Good service, the airline also provided a traveling kit bag (tooth brush, socks, slippers, visor for sleeping).
Business class: Like: food selection presentation Staff on the airline Love: lounge in Istanbul Needs major improvement: attitude of reception at Istanbul lounge: 4 of them sitting there: inattentive and then rude. They do not fit with rest of Turkish hospitality!
