The fully flat bed in business class on the 777 is a little narrow, and the 2-3-2 configuration is now dated, but otherwise a comfortable and pleasant flight. It’s hard to beat the value too.

Boarding process is one of the worst i have ever seen. Poor planning and lack of experienced staff is vert apparent. Seat changes till the last minute was an added stress to the process.

Vegan food tasted good. Restroom could be kept cleaner. Seat tray table was a bit tilted so food tray kept sliding down a bit. Flight crew can be a little more friendly, caring and approachable. Their faces lacked smiles and tone was stern.

Flight was delayed then we had to redirect for medical emergency during which time we had no information on what is the plan. The connecting flight was also delayed.

The flight was delayed so connection was missed. In Istanbul we were taken to a hotel and no one in the hotel knew so we had to wait hours in the lobby of the hotel while the airline and hotel coordinated. The airline staff is rude at times

The ac did not work and the plane was deployed for the AC BUT IT NEVER WORKED. I have high blood pressure and I was SWEATING AND NEARLY PASSED OUT. Do better.

Istanbul to Miami is a very long flight, somewhat uncomfortable, especially because the seating offers very limited space outside of business class.

7 stars hospitality and an excellent service by the Turkish Airline entire team. Somehow, our membership numbers for mileage points were not indicated on our boarding passes issued at O’Hare Airport by the Turkish Airlines check in desk. During transit in Istanbul, I brought to attention of customer service Turkish Airlines. Please have our mileage points posted to our membership account from O’Hare Chicago to Lahore for both my wife Kaukab Shirazi Thank you

The flight was delayed both legs of the journey. The seats were cramped.

Good service, the airline also provided a traveling kit bag (tooth brush, socks, slippers, visor for sleeping).
