The flight was okay, but legroom was tight for me and I’m only average height, although at 30” legroom is comparable with most other airlines. Not much room in the aisle either making the trek to and from the toilet difficult with passengers standing in the aisle. On the whole, it’s probably on a par with budget airlines and the ticket process extremely competitive.

Flight delay and can’t much help passenger do the change connecting flight.

The A350 is a great plane but BA's seating was incredibly tight (eg compared to the same plane as flown by BA's partner Finnair) and with a middle seat it was very claustrophobic

Our headphone plug in was broken, especially we are with 5 years old who like to watch a movie

App totally screwed me up trying to check in. Would not let me select a reasonable seat and therefore I was stuck in a totally uncomfortable seat for 7 hours. Will not take the chance again and use other airlines in future where no issue choosing seats

It was good but I wished if they could have sign do not disturb if we did not wanted any meals . I was tired and slept through the entire flight and woke up just before landing .being hungry Too late to ask for something to eat before exiting the flight . Left feeling hunger 🙁

Seats small and uncomfortable (too firm). Boarding process is queue to queue. Food unexciting - and they run out of options very quickly.

They had about 20-25 people overbooked. Including me. Why is this?? I was put on a flight to NC an hour later with a 4 hour layover. I was supposed to be home at 1045am instead i was home at 7:30pm. An extra day to pay for dog care.

Brand new plane and excellent customer service, also on time departure and arrival at LHR.

Lost bag and absolutely no assistance in the short term. No-one to help either via phone or at the airport APPAULING
