Just okay. Staff is accomodating especially at the check in counter and gate. Boarding was just fine. Leg room was cramped at economy. No entertainment, wifi is so-so. Cola in can given by cup, but rest of can was not given. At least give the whole can.
What I noticed is that when customers or passengers are asleep, they are no longer given food.
Flight were late each leg of the trip, seats were narrow and uncomfortable. Food was delayed and poor quality. Overall a bad e perience. I complained and was offered no offset or compensation.
I ask the crew to help me get my bag because I can't reached it she ignore me
ANA’s service was great, and the flight was nice and smooth . They gave us updates and checking in and boarding was smooth and easy .
We purchased premium economy seats 9 months ago and got bumped to economy when we tried to board the plane. It was a huge fiasco while they struggled to find us seats. I tried reaching out to Kayak to see how we can get refunded for the extra money we spent on premium but have heard nothing back. It was a 14 hour flight and were disappointed that we lost our seats after selecting them 9 months ago.

Lots of legroom for a small flight. There was in flight entertainment even though it is a short duration. We waited on one passenger to board for a long time after everyone else was on.
Domestic flight, 1hr 20mins from SFO to LAX, which takes about probably 40-30mins on air.
Easy if you are a United States Citizen, when you go to US Border & Customs, bring your Passport if you arrive Internationally. Remember to pick up your check baggage before moving into domestic flights, as they will check the tag for the plane you are boarding in. (They will check your baggage again). Bring your ID/DL (Real-ID COMPLIANT) with you to pass security/TSA, passport works too. SFO is pretty strict as well as LAX. Could had been better if they include in their menu some western food.
They 7 seats in one row for Business class while most business class for other airlines are 4 seats in one row. the seat was narrow. the Toilet was so smell, dimming light, no water out of faucet. Terrible.
Difficult to access advanced check-in online. No way to understand why it wouldn’t work. Call center not answering. Email for answers took days to respond, Kind service at the airport and on the flight made up for disappointing service before flight.
There were agents in Haneda that assisted us with our short layover, they actually escorted us from plane to gate! Amazing service and kindness maybe eclipsed other minor issues. I had difficulty with on line check-in and because I wasn’t able to do it we had to go to the airport without advance checking. They split my friend and I in seating arrangement twice. Food quality and coordination of entrees and side dishes was a little off. Seat comfort led me to posture where I had to lean backwards a little unnaturally, from an upright position
Courteous and helpful employees. Comfortable seats and temperature of aircraft . Did not need squid in my salad but glad to have the menu information advising me of what it was
Everything was great, except the Wifi, but that's understandable.
A great flight experience - great seats, lots of ROOM for legs & in the aisle. Great attendants! My flight cost me the same as ZipAir, the website was WAY less confusing & wonky - this will be my 1st choice for my next Japan trip. Very pleased / well cared for.
The plane was dirty, there was trash in the seat pocket in front of me.
Food was excellent, the crew was exceptionally friendly, and the seats were comfortable. Bathroom were also kept very clean and odor free.
They woke us up 2.5 hours before the flight was over? Why? If I'm on a long haul flight I want to sleep as much as possible. Also, didn't mention the mattress pads in business class so missed out on using those. The western meal of truffle, salmon pasta was the awful. Had a different fish dish on JAL that was great but that pasta was a mish-mash of too many random things that didn't make sense plus dry fish. Staff was friendly and helpful.
I very much liked and appreciated the service on board. The seating arrangement in Business feels uncomfortable. It's not made for tall people, in any case.

Flight was delayed by baggage loading onto the plane. This was attributed to "inclement weather" (some moderate rain) which could be said to be beyond the airline's control, but the problematic part was that the plane was boarded and doors shut so that passengers sat in a cramped plane with rising temperature (full flight) for an hour. The airline was aware of the status of baggage loading, they could have deferred boarding to keep passengers comfortable.
This flight was 16 hours and they made it very tolerable. Seats were comfortable and the staff very accommodating. I had plenty of inflight entertainment. Food was very good.
Service excellent would chose Singapore airlines as my first choice
The staff were amazing and very kind. The seats recline a little too far back and are up close when sitting behind.
We flew business class. It was excellent. For a 6’4” individual, the seats were slightly uncomfortable for sleeping. But this is only comparison to other business class seats. Otherwise, the crew was incredibly attentive, And the service was impeccable.
Fantastic patience when one of the passengers behind me was an absolute horrible, horrible person and the girls just kept smiling and doing their job with patience and kindness. Well, done to the crew.
We arrived early and finally made it to our gate almost an hour after.
The reason I don’t fly United. No in seat entertainment for a long flight and inconsistent WiFi and entertainment available from my device.
We were delayed 3x and because I didn’t purchase my tickets directly from United Airlines I was told I Have to take care of it myself so I called Underpricer and they helped me but before I changed my flights I took the risk of sticking by what my tickets were and was lucky to have gotten on the original all flight with only 15 mins before take off. not sure if I will do this again
The flight was delayed so the people from a late connecting flight was able to still make the connection.

The planes are so dirty! Food crumbs and finger print smudges, Dust over the vents and carpet stains. It’s disgusting.
Everything good until we waited for jet bridge at SFO. Then pilot gets on speaker & said it won’t reach plane- too short, need to go to different gate. Then 5 min later, adjusted plane/jetbridge & all ok?!?
Gate got changed about 4 times. Very confusing and very crowded. If you don’t have wifi to help get updates, you can be in deep trouble.
Did not even get on board. Was told I needed an esta agreement. Was not aware of this when I booked the fare and not told about them
David went above and beyond to make our flight the best that it could be
The idea of needing to go outside in the winter to board in icy cold temperatures is totally a non starter for me. Seats were very uncomfortable though the leg room not too terrible. Attendants were nice
The experience was good. Flight was on time. Liked how they offered to accept carryon baggage for free before as I was checking in online.
3 hours late departure with no explanation. $160 luggage fee (two passengers) for less than 1 hour in the air!

They charge 5 dollars for plastic headphones for a flight of 1 hour! Seats are awful. Service is terrible.
