Seats were in disrepair. Seat back pockets were all broken. Seats recline very far, which is comfortable for occupant, but confining for person behind.
The flight and crew members was excellent. The food was nice too. Over all service and time is commendable.
The first flight got delayed 1 hour and that made me miss my connection flight which made me arrive 6 hours later.
Definitely not a fan of Turkish Airlines, their seats are very uncomfortable. Felt very cramped up. Food was very poor in quality too, very little to drink during service.
Great airline with excellent service! Only drawback was the meat served was overcooked on both flights.
Boarding from Accra was chaotic and disorganized. Otherwise, it was a good flight with good food and customer service

Zero legroom or space in economy. Flight was delayed into Munich causing a missed connecting flight and other missed bookings. :(

The connection between my income flight and the outgoing flight was slightly late and they would not hold the next flight for 7 minutes. The next flight was 4 hours later and we were issued a stand by ticket. So we had to wait to find out if we would even be on that flight. After boarding that flight was delayed for 40 minutes because there wasn’t a ground crew to load the luggage. The airline is not living up to it reputation.
Good staff help. Seats do not have enough legroom. Bus from plane to terminal was annoying.
The hot towels before the second meal was an unexpected surprise. The crew was attentive and personable, and that’s a lot on a nine hour flight. And the hot pretzels were a kind of “auf wiedersehn “ to Germany.
When we were boarding, we needed to go the desk and give the address of our final destination. While giving our address, I was yelled at because the woman at the desk couldn’t understand that I was giving her our US address. I kept giving her our street address and she couldn’t understand and she yelled “listen lady, I need your address. Just write it down!” I wrote down exactly what I had been telling her.
They lost my luggage for five days and did not keep me notified of the progress at all.
They failed to make sure all luggage made it onto the flight. I had to spend a week on vacation with no clothes.
I did not fly them . They rebooked me on a longer flight to Helsinki. I did not get the food I wanted . Paid more for seats and baggage and now trying to deal with them is. Mess. They reimbursed me for half of cost and not the actual fee I incurred and this was all due to operational reasons . Too many chefs in kitchens and everyone deflects not their problem. Book one airline
Plane was bit old and sits were cramped. But flights crews did an amazing job to take care of us. I would consider Lufthansa again just for them.
