Quick and easy, short flight , 30 minutes. Staff was friendly, no food or drinks in this very short flight.
Flight was delayed by and hour but were informed beforehand

Boarding, seats, entertainment and service were all great. Food was great except for the fact that there were too many sweet items.
The service on board was excellent, the flight wasn’t overbooked and we departed and arrived on time.
Ticket price is competitive, flight time is punctual, aircraft cabin is clean, food is average. Can improve on serving system of meals on a A380 airbus. I had only 15 min to eat my meal. There are lots of people to serve & took a while for food to make it down to my row.

Flight was delayed by baggage loading onto the plane. This was attributed to "inclement weather" (some moderate rain) which could be said to be beyond the airline's control, but the problematic part was that the plane was boarded and doors shut so that passengers sat in a cramped plane with rising temperature (full flight) for an hour. The airline was aware of the status of baggage loading, they could have deferred boarding to keep passengers comfortable.
This flight was 16 hours and they made it very tolerable. Seats were comfortable and the staff very accommodating. I had plenty of inflight entertainment. Food was very good.
We flew business class. It was excellent. For a 6’4” individual, the seats were slightly uncomfortable for sleeping. But this is only comparison to other business class seats. Otherwise, the crew was incredibly attentive, And the service was impeccable.
The booking experience was bad. Our six character booking ID number disappeared the day before the flight, We could not find out what happened or what was the status of our flight, scheduled for the next day. We finally found the right number to contact Singapore Airlines on the matter (not easy). The Singapore agent worked through the issue in a little over thirty minutes on the phone, the day before the flight. That was great. I'm very happy with Singapore Airlines and their performance. Contact with a competent person on the matter was near impossible. It seems no one in business these days wants to deal with customers once they've pocketed the money. There were resellers, including Kayak, involved in the chain. When we finally got through to Underpricer, we did get a return call that could have proved helpful. But by that time the matter had been resolved by the Singapore agent. Majestic Vacations, the reseller who received the payment was less than worthless. That's just a fast buck operation. Ugh.
Fantastic patience when one of the passengers behind me was an absolute horrible, horrible person and the girls just kept smiling and doing their job with patience and kindness. Well, done to the crew.
It was a middle of the night changeover, so we were all ready for sleep. Staff were helpful and managed a few hours sleep. Food options were good.

The flight isn’t great, as the plane has faulty with light and noise. It blinks and make noise for 8hrs non stop! Causing health and sensory issues! Causing Hazard matter to all 3 babies that on bassinet seats. This matters affected 12 passengers and the most horrible flight I ever experience. Have been flying with MAS for more 30yrs and this is the worst! Very disappointed
AC not working, just slowly blowing room temperature air. Long taxi time does not help as well. Sweating all over the whole trip.
Did not take as cancelled 3 time so took another airline
It was a 2-hour flight so they didn't have much time for serving food. There was some turbulence so they could not serve hot coffee or tea for the safety reason. Good service, good tasting food, nice plane, a little bit of delay.
The IFE is quite unconvenient if using our own device. Not all passenger brought their own earphone/headphone.
Ok, but legspace on MH0127 from Kul to Per was too small. It was not possible to tilt my seat which I don't understand because the seat in front of my could do it. So I didn't rest on the flight. Also, the crew was probably understaffed because it took very long time to take trash after the meal. Everything very different from the flight with Malaysian Airlines from London to KL.
Service / food has to be much better. Staff were not very attentive to requests. Requested for a second serve of coke and got a weird look back from the host! Was also told they don’t have extra water bottles when I requested for one before sleep! Dinner time food was very minimum and average.
An overnight Doha to KL. Great sleep, good service and tasty food in business class
chaos boarding. Crew in business class seemed short staffed and lacking in attention to details initially, but did improve during flight.
Landing was smooth. Baggage check in was given complimentary B4 boarding was like a surprise gift.
If you are over 170 cm, i would implore you to select an exit row or front row seat. You will not be able to sleep. Extremely uncomfortable.
My second consecutive experience of flight delay between 1.5 and close to 2hr. Resulting upsetting my biz agenda and additional expenses on local transportation to catch up

The flight attendants were not passing out soft drinks. They skipped a lot of rows and passengers were complaining.
The boarding a bit late but overall no drama. Will fly with jetstar again someday for sure.
seat legroom was quite narrow, so i could feel the person’s knees behind me.
Honestly, I Wouldn’t fly Jetstar if I had a choice.
Paid top dollar, and outrageous add ons to get squeezed into an uncomfortable seat with the least leg room possible. Probably best to avoid air travel whenever possible, maybe forever.
They lost my luggage. Doesn't exactly make the experience great.
