The Singapore Changi airport if huge. After getting of the aircraft, the walk to immigration control was long. Once you get to the control area, the process was quick and easy.

The neck support for the economy seats is poorly designed. It’s hard to sleep even on inclined position.

The neck support for the economy seats is poorly designed. It’s hard to sleep even on inclined position.

Matsuyama to Tokyo is basically a puddle jumper flight, so it was as good as one should expect. No meal, no entertainment, and none expected.

Entertainment was good , comfort on airplane easy hoarding food and drinks was good and a friendly and good service of flight staff

Very good flight. Very uneventful which os what you want.

I would prefer to fly with Japanese airlines over American ones. They have better food and service overall

Flight was on an ANA flight not air Japan. They did most excellent. Again the flight had excellent legroom for someone that is over 6 foot tall and the staff was very very nice. The only issue you may run into is that the person sitting next to you, may not be able to speak the same language as you.

Overall it was good. Making changes to the reservation on ANA’s website was little challenging. Would like to see those features improved in the future.

The flight crew was outstanding. Very cheerful and always respectful. I wish the same could be said about United. The AC wasn't the best on the plane.

For the price of a seat that is obviously crammed together so as to get many more people onboard and combined with the long flight duration, Free WiFi should be an automatic “Thank You for Flying with Us!” To charge an additional fee when so many other businesses offers it is a bit “cheap” on the airline’s part.

Same food options being served during connecting flights from Singapore-Japan & Japan- Singapore after one week despite different travelling hours . Rather disappointing.

Food was excellent.. better if there are more movies selection.

Had picked seats while booking tickets but airlines reshuffled the seats without informing and we were again left with the worst possible seats on the return journey. terrible experience.

I had the worst experience of my life in travel. Due to circumstances beyond my control (catastrophic traffic accidents on the highway between Gold Coast and Brisbane) I missed my flight for the first time ever. Because I booked through Kayak Singapore Airlines were not interested in helping me. They told me to contact the agent that I booked through. I was extremely stressed as I had connecting flights in Europe. First Kayak told me that the next available flights were in four days time. Then they told me that they could do it but at a cost of $2600 AUD. When I agreed he told me that he was having trouble getting it through Singapore’s system and he would contact me further once it had been done. When I had not heard from him after several hours, I phoned Kayak again, spoke to a different person who said he could do it for $8200. I declined and told him to cancel the booking. The worst part of this experience was that I had booked 5 flights altogether with Singapore including Premium Economy on two legs and Singapore cancelled all my flights including the return legs leaving me with having to completely reschedule my entire trip. Kayak refunded me $2000 from $5200, obviously leaving me out of pocket. This has left me feeling that I will never deal with Kayak or Singapore Airlines again.

Crew were so busy Anna so awesome. I was in a seat that got my food nearly last but the crew were Just awesome.

I had selected seats together for my family of three when I first booked my tickets in February. However, I realized only when I checked in at the airport that the seats I had selected were no longer assigned to us and we were completely scattered across three different middle seats instead of being seated together! After requesting the Singapore staff to have us seated together on a full flight, they managed to find something but it was right next to the rest rooms and the whole journey of 15+ hours was really unpleasant. They said that the seat selection isn't locked and the airline can reallocate the seats anytime. No one ever told us this and it was a terribly unpleasant surprise. Will avoid Kayak/underpricer and Singapore in future

Limited food options. I dont like chicken or even fish but that’s the only option. Sad to say not impress

Subject: Complaint Regarding Cabin Temperature on Flight SQ447 (DAC–SIN)** Dear Singapore Airlines Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience on flight SQ447 from Dhaka (DAC) to Singapore (SIN). After boarding, it became apparent that the cabin air conditioning was not functioning adequately. When we initially raised the concern, a flight attendant informed us that it would take approximately 10 minutes for the temperature to cool down once the aircraft began operating. We trusted this explanation; however, the cabin remained uncomfortably warm, and many passengers—including my family—were sweating for an extended period. After approximately 45 minutes, I raised the issue again. While the attendant mentioned that adjustments had been made, the response did not reflect the seriousness of the ongoing discomfort. It was only after about an hour into the flight that the temperature finally improved and the cabin became more comfortable. I also spoke with several other passengers seated nearby, and they confirmed they were experiencing the same issue. As a frequent traveler who has always associated Singapore Airlines with high standards of service, this experience was very disappointing. It has made me reconsider choosing this route with your airline in the future. I hope you will review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that such situations are handled more promptly and professionally going forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Mohammed Shahriar

Flight attendants were awesome! Very helpful and patients. Some food were good but maybe not serving fish that kinda make the whole aircraft smell fishy. The “fried pork” was tasty but too much skin so it doesnt taste that great.

Very concerned with guest comforts going out of their way to accommodate special dietary needs when the guests hadn’t pre-ordered.

Kayak really screwed up by offloading the booking to a third party. They were completely inept and caused a bunch of toil. I will never use Kayak again.

Comfortable seating POS to IAH. Food options were satisfactory. Good seat from IAH to ANC. Food options could be better.

It was perfect! United Airlines staff was extremely caring, super friendly and professional

Flight delayed for more than 16 hrs and no effort was spent to provide an alternate

More racist flight attandants maybe because i sm an attracticted darkskin latino man but once again bad flight attamdants they ignored me the whole flight even the woman sitting next to me notice how rude they were towards me i really never want to fly united or american airlines they alawsys have the rudesslt and racist flight attandants

UA28 was good service and meals. UA is upgraded, I would like to book for next flight by UA Thanks Liao

Food is very bad and entertint not too many options ... flight attendet service is not good

For a 17 hour flight, they kept us well feed. The music selection could be better curated. The entertainment selection was about what is expected. The crew was fantastic.

I forgot to pre order gluten free on a 16 hour flight and I am pretty sure the crew raided their own lunches and first class to keep me fed.

Very easy to travel with, comfortable. Snacks and beverages could be improved. All in all mediocre experience.

787-9 Transcon from IAD-LAX FYI no meals in premium plus, not considered Premium - seats are wonderful https://www.united.com/ual/en/us/fly/travel/inflight/premium-services.html Horrible handling of delayed flight

Disappointing experience with the cabin crews on this Air Canada flight. Some crew members came across as quite rude, and one bumped into my arm without even acknowledging it or apologising. A little courtesy and kindness would have gone a long way. Air turbulence is understandable. Human turbulence from the crew, less so.

Overall very good 👍 the only disappointment was that I pre ordered a vegan meal and the longest flight YVR-SIN wasn’t on board even though check in said it was and my email booking shows that confirmed ✅ luckily some passengers were not on board and there was a vegetarian meal available, but still, I think you should know because every all the other flights were vegan meals except for the longest so that was a bit of a concern at the beginning of the flight.

Good flight. It's great you can easily go anx help yourself to snacks and water. Crew friendly and helpful. Everything ran very smoothly.

Very good once you’re in the system. The kiosk never works for passports

Owfull, arrive to my destination 4 days ago and still waiting for my luggage

Everything was excellent. Could not have been happier! Would happily fly with them again.

We were given an upgrade which provided more seat room and a meal. However seat designated overhead locker space was used by others.Boarding was delayed with part or the delay due to staff assisting diaablef individuals aboard. Personal observation would suggest that 3 individuals rorted the system. They used wheel chair access to the plane, boarding with family ahead of al other passengers, but required no assistance until boarding occurred. On departure 3 “disabled” individuals were seen walking freely near the baggage carousel. One person even assisted with a luggage trolley! The rorting is most likely widespread and not airline specific

I was suppose to be preboarded, because of my child's allergies, but it wasn't done.

I was not made aware prior to getting to the airport that my entire flight was cancelled causing me $2,000s in financial losses.

It was a real delight being on this airlines. Wonderful atmosphere in the plane terminal and all the way to customs.. I would definitely use this air line again for my next trip!

Good experience. Flight was on time staff was pleasant. One of the airlines I would highly recommend

JetBlue was good. Kayak offered us a deal if we bundled the rental car. This was a complete scam. Kayak said the total was $222... but when we went to pick up the car the agent at Rent a wreck said that we had to pay "fees and taxes" for a grand total of $750. I would recommend not using kayak or rent a wreck. They are both complicit in this scam. JetBlue worked out well.

Not having an assigned seat until boarding and then having to check my bag.

My experience with Jet Blue was wonderful. My experience with Kayak sucked and will never use again.

Flights with JetBlue from San Diego to Boston are a miserable experience. The flight was delayed about 1.5 hours due to “weather” supposedly but the flights for other airlines left on time so it just have been some kind of weather that only affects JetBlue. I had a small carry on - purse. The crew stored it in a bin 2 rows down from me because they were using the bin next to my seat for other people’s stuff. The TV screen in the emergency row seats does not work. It just was awful from start to finish. When we landed, we had to sit inside the plane for a very long time because the plane had to be moved to a different gate.

They have the most inexperienced / rude flight staff I’ve encountered

Communication since no reason or explanation was given for 3 hrs delay

Flew business class. Everything was excellent. No issues at all. Not very many “good” movies to choose from. But lots of mediocre ones

Always delays from Boston to Salt lake but this time was very long. Don’t understand while they board the passengers and then make them sit in the plane

Service for food to our seat was a bit slow. Snack choices were just pretzels or baked chips. My seat cushion was not attached. Other than Barbie, video choice were not very good or current.
