The Singapore Changi airport if huge. After getting of the aircraft, the walk to immigration control was long. Once you get to the control area, the process was quick and easy.

Crew were so busy Anna so awesome. I was in a seat that got my food nearly last but the crew were Just awesome.

I had selected seats together for my family of three when I first booked my tickets in February. However, I realized only when I checked in at the airport that the seats I had selected were no longer assigned to us and we were completely scattered across three different middle seats instead of being seated together! After requesting the Singapore staff to have us seated together on a full flight, they managed to find something but it was right next to the rest rooms and the whole journey of 15+ hours was really unpleasant. They said that the seat selection isn't locked and the airline can reallocate the seats anytime. No one ever told us this and it was a terribly unpleasant surprise. Will avoid Kayak/underpricer and Singapore in future

Limited food options. I dont like chicken or even fish but that’s the only option. Sad to say not impress

Subject: Complaint Regarding Cabin Temperature on Flight SQ447 (DAC–SIN)** Dear Singapore Airlines Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience on flight SQ447 from Dhaka (DAC) to Singapore (SIN). After boarding, it became apparent that the cabin air conditioning was not functioning adequately. When we initially raised the concern, a flight attendant informed us that it would take approximately 10 minutes for the temperature to cool down once the aircraft began operating. We trusted this explanation; however, the cabin remained uncomfortably warm, and many passengers—including my family—were sweating for an extended period. After approximately 45 minutes, I raised the issue again. While the attendant mentioned that adjustments had been made, the response did not reflect the seriousness of the ongoing discomfort. It was only after about an hour into the flight that the temperature finally improved and the cabin became more comfortable. I also spoke with several other passengers seated nearby, and they confirmed they were experiencing the same issue. As a frequent traveler who has always associated Singapore Airlines with high standards of service, this experience was very disappointing. It has made me reconsider choosing this route with your airline in the future. I hope you will review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that such situations are handled more promptly and professionally going forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Mohammed Shahriar

Flight attendants were awesome! Very helpful and patients. Some food were good but maybe not serving fish that kinda make the whole aircraft smell fishy. The “fried pork” was tasty but too much skin so it doesnt taste that great.

Very concerned with guest comforts going out of their way to accommodate special dietary needs when the guests hadn’t pre-ordered.

Kayak really screwed up by offloading the booking to a third party. They were completely inept and caused a bunch of toil. I will never use Kayak again.

I had ordered vegetarian food. What I was presented was extremely dissatisfying and not up to the mark. I pretty much did not eat entire 19 hours. For.an airline voted as best in business, it was extremely disappointing. Seats were not comfortable to sleep. Entertainment system didn’t have much choice. WiFi didn’t work for more than half the time. Cabin crew were also difficult to understand. A bit of diversity like Emirates crew would go a long way.

A little more room from the reclining seat in the front of me.

It was okay. I feel that Singapore Airlines isn't as good as it used to be but it's still not bad

The flight attendants were very helpful, efficient and courteous in helping everyone!

The flight was just ok, but the vendor made it exceptio ally bard to manage my own reservation and would not give me access. The blocked all of the one time pins to come to their email address which caused me.to go through them eceryrime to get seats see rhe reservation and even get wheelchair access for my sick 71 year old uncle. They only xommunicates via a bot which gave me incorrect info. I thought this was Kayak and not underprivileged. They ruined his trip, did not get him aisle seats and made it impossible to purchase extra leg room. It was a horrible experience. He was taken to hospital on arrival only to find he had blood clots and pnemonia while trying to navigate the airport. This vendor is very irresponsible and the airline could not access his info.

it was a great experience as far as business class.. but I have had better meals and wine on other airlines.. that said.. the price was a great value for what I got in return.. crew made the difference.

Highly impressive. On time. Smooth and fast boarding and disembarkment. Really great service

Overall, it was ok. However, the food was very sub-par.

Not enough food for everyone. . Always run out of food when we ask

The crew staffs are very nice. The temperature is too low.

The coffee in Premium economy and economy is terrible. That's it. Everything else is great

The crew were fine. I didn’t enjoy the food at all. I found it unappetising and really had trouble eating it. The comfort level was fine and our return flight is with Cathay Pacific but honestly I probably wouldn’t fly Cathay Pacific again.

Everything was good food could be better but ok for economy on my 2nd flight the head ph jack are bad you have to hold pushed in to hear anything but other then that very nice service

It was perfect! United Airlines staff was extremely caring, super friendly and professional

Flight delayed for more than 16 hrs and no effort was spent to provide an alternate

More racist flight attandants maybe because i sm an attracticted darkskin latino man but once again bad flight attamdants they ignored me the whole flight even the woman sitting next to me notice how rude they were towards me i really never want to fly united or american airlines they alawsys have the rudesslt and racist flight attandants

UA28 was good service and meals. UA is upgraded, I would like to book for next flight by UA Thanks Liao

Food is very bad and entertint not too many options ... flight attendet service is not good

Crew was not very helpful. They forgot to serve me coffee and had to wait for a long time.It looked as if they were not very happy with what they were doing.

For a 17 hour flight, they kept us well feed. The music selection could be better curated. The entertainment selection was about what is expected. The crew was fantastic.

I forgot to pre order gluten free on a 16 hour flight and I am pretty sure the crew raided their own lunches and first class to keep me fed.

Very easy to travel with, comfortable. Snacks and beverages could be improved. All in all mediocre experience.

787-9 Transcon from IAD-LAX FYI no meals in premium plus, not considered Premium - seats are wonderful https://www.united.com/ual/en/us/fly/travel/inflight/premium-services.html Horrible handling of delayed flight

Disappointing experience with the cabin crews on this Air Canada flight. Some crew members came across as quite rude, and one bumped into my arm without even acknowledging it or apologising. A little courtesy and kindness would have gone a long way. Air turbulence is understandable. Human turbulence from the crew, less so.

Overall very good 👍 the only disappointment was that I pre ordered a vegan meal and the longest flight YVR-SIN wasn’t on board even though check in said it was and my email booking shows that confirmed ✅ luckily some passengers were not on board and there was a vegetarian meal available, but still, I think you should know because every all the other flights were vegan meals except for the longest so that was a bit of a concern at the beginning of the flight.

Good flight. It's great you can easily go anx help yourself to snacks and water. Crew friendly and helpful. Everything ran very smoothly.

Very good once you’re in the system. The kiosk never works for passports

Owfull, arrive to my destination 4 days ago and still waiting for my luggage

Everything was excellent. Could not have been happier! Would happily fly with them again.

We were given an upgrade which provided more seat room and a meal. However seat designated overhead locker space was used by others.Boarding was delayed with part or the delay due to staff assisting diaablef individuals aboard. Personal observation would suggest that 3 individuals rorted the system. They used wheel chair access to the plane, boarding with family ahead of al other passengers, but required no assistance until boarding occurred. On departure 3 “disabled” individuals were seen walking freely near the baggage carousel. One person even assisted with a luggage trolley! The rorting is most likely widespread and not airline specific

I was suppose to be preboarded, because of my child's allergies, but it wasn't done.

I was not made aware prior to getting to the airport that my entire flight was cancelled causing me $2,000s in financial losses.

It was a real delight being on this airlines. Wonderful atmosphere in the plane terminal and all the way to customs.. I would definitely use this air line again for my next trip!

Good experience. Flight was on time staff was pleasant. One of the airlines I would highly recommend

JetBlue was good. Kayak offered us a deal if we bundled the rental car. This was a complete scam. Kayak said the total was $222... but when we went to pick up the car the agent at Rent a wreck said that we had to pay "fees and taxes" for a grand total of $750. I would recommend not using kayak or rent a wreck. They are both complicit in this scam. JetBlue worked out well.

Not having an assigned seat until boarding and then having to check my bag.

My experience with Jet Blue was wonderful. My experience with Kayak sucked and will never use again.

Flights with JetBlue from San Diego to Boston are a miserable experience. The flight was delayed about 1.5 hours due to “weather” supposedly but the flights for other airlines left on time so it just have been some kind of weather that only affects JetBlue. I had a small carry on - purse. The crew stored it in a bin 2 rows down from me because they were using the bin next to my seat for other people’s stuff. The TV screen in the emergency row seats does not work. It just was awful from start to finish. When we landed, we had to sit inside the plane for a very long time because the plane had to be moved to a different gate.

They have the most inexperienced / rude flight staff I’ve encountered

Communication since no reason or explanation was given for 3 hrs delay

Flew business class. Everything was excellent. No issues at all. Not very many “good” movies to choose from. But lots of mediocre ones

Always delays from Boston to Salt lake but this time was very long. Don’t understand while they board the passengers and then make them sit in the plane

Service for food to our seat was a bit slow. Snack choices were just pretzels or baked chips. My seat cushion was not attached. Other than Barbie, video choice were not very good or current.
