S$ 453 Find cheap flights from Brussels Airport to Singapore

I just have to say everything was ok, nothing special, and business class is not as good as it used to be, business class sets are the same seats as the rest of the plane including leg room, only difference is no one is sitting in the middle row, they put a janky little table in there to give you somewhere extra for the free drink to sit

When flying from Dallas Texas to London, the entertainment section went down. The attendants said they would restart it. After 30 minutes, it still wasn't fixed. I called it to their attention and was told that they would try to restart it. Nothing was corrected. They said there was nothing they could do. This didn't happen to the entire plane; just our section which was in the middle of the plane - about 4-5 people. An attendant came by and asked each person to write down their names and email addresses and that a credit would be issued. This was on September 3 2024. It is now September 19, 2024 and I have yet to see any credit issued.

The seats (upgraded exit row), were the last comfortable plane seats my wife or I have ever experienced. Too narrow to turn at all to find a sleeping position. Devoid of cushioning to the point of feeling the frame bars across both the seat and the back. It was extremely uncomfortable and neither of us slept on the red eye.

Firing with British airways leaves me feeling stressed and disappointed. They are substandard in so many aspects of airline travel.

They denied us boarding on our scheduled flight and experienced significant disruption to our travel plans because of overbooking the flight!

The flight attendant kept bypassing our row when serving drinks and food. And the. He spilled water on me. And spilled a chicken tikka masala on the aisle floor right by my feet.

Worse experience with an airline in general. They failed in providing boarding passes at the beginning of my flight, requiring a trip to our local airport to correct. Most flights were delayed & one plane had to be replaced due to mechanical problems. Then they forced me to check a carryon bag that I couldn’t pick up in time due to a delayed flight. I had to choose between catching my flight or picking up a bag. And then trying to make a baggage claim online was impossible! A comedy of errors, but it was anything but funny. I would rather take a cruise liner than fly on British Airways again!

it didn’t happen!!! they canceled it like 15 hours before the flight and made me find my OWN replacement flight and talk to them for FOUR hours!!!

Did not fly this flight because one of the two flights, Geneva to London or London to Boston, was cancelled the morning of departure.

For some reason I wasn’t allowed to bring my cabin bag with me, while at the same time other travellers were allowed
