The hotel rises from a hill in traditional Los Fundadores Blvd. It is strategically located east of the city, only 15 minutes away from its main tourist attractions and 5 minutes away from the International Convention Centre. The hotel is characterized by its more than 5000 sqm of beautiful gardens, a perfect combination between traditional and modern. It offers 164 rooms, featuring a terrace that opens directly in to the gardens, air-conditioning and heating system, colour FM satellite TV, direct-dial long-distance telephone system and a mini bar. The hotel has gym equipment, pool, a business centre with two meeting rooms and a copying centre, as well as broad-band Internet access. Two fully lighted tennis courts and a mini golf course are available to sports lovers. The kids' area features a carrousel, swings, see-saw, etc.

Pros:Nothing really stands out.
Cons:Actually clean the rooms. Put towels and soap in the bathroom!! Replace old torn towels with new ones. Remove broken alarm clocks.

Cons:This hotel is more a glorified motel. Unkempt, dirty, bad service and food more in the lines of barely acceptable. 1st and last time at a Camino Real. I'd like my money back please.
