Room strongly smelled of fragrance, probably to hide the cigarettes outside. Entire block of rooms was non-smoking, but several smokers simply stood just outside the door (and window) to smoke. Door was ill-fitting, with gaps between frame and door. Room had been repainted from white to yellow at some point - the painters simply went around items, leaving places like a 2 inch swatch where the shower curtain lay against the side of the shower, a pale outline around the bed headboard, etc. Bed sagged toward the center, so that no matter where you started sleeping, you soon rolled into the middle.

Pros:This was an affordable place to get three double rooms. One of few left under 100 per room between Long neck DE and Wilmington. If you're looking for the cheapest rooms you really can't complain. I found it clean enough with a simple fitness room.

Pros:Continental breakfast pretty good liked the waffles. Front desk clerk was personable.
Cons:Curtain lining was torn, paint peeling in huge blotches, big chunk out of the arm of the couch, and the tv didn't hold the channels kept digitizing and freezing. Bathroom floor tiles moved when you stepped on them...but the bed was very comfortable except for the protruding headboard.

Pros:continental breakfast was a plus got a $20 discount for the inconvenience of having to switch rooms and coming back to the lobby in the cold 3 times for key issues
Cons:the lock on our room didn't work so we were switched from a king room to a queen room our key still had issues working towels in the bathroom had stains rust stains on the outside of the mini fridge all of the electrical outlets in the room seemed faulty- plugs kept falling out of them-we were almost late because the phone died overnight when it should have been charging so the alarm didn't go off
