Their was a toothbrush in the car when I picked it up, and the back seat needed to be vacuumed. The brakes also squealed a lot which made me nervous when driving in the mountains.5.2 Fair

The vehicle was very clean and drop off was easy.Cons:
What could have been better? Well for starters, the car I reserved could have been available when I arrived so that I wouldn't be forced to take a van. Originally I was told my car would arrive in 10 minutes so I waited 30 minutes before asking for an update, and then was told my car wouldn't arrive for another 1.5 hours. I had no confidence that if I didn't take the van, then I would sit in the parking garage all day.2.0 Poor
