Pros:Location. Cleanliness
Cons:Booked through a third party. Had to listen to general manager scold me on using a third party. Then asked for a double queen instead of the king I booked and he was not at all accommodating. He said since I booked through a third party I would have to contact them to request the change. So I contacted third party. They said that the hotel would have to change based on their availability. Back to the GM. He literally walked away. Wouldn't discuss or help. Thankfully on of HIS employees was able to resolve. He should not be in the position he is in.
Pros:The room was exceptionally clean. Cleanliness is really lacking in most hotels, but this gave us hope that you can still find people that know how to clean! Front desk was very accommodating with extra blankets and towels. Very nice area of the city with lots of higher end shopping within a minutes drive.
Cons:Only drawback was there was no free breakfast. $11 per person to eat at hotel restaurant. We just ate a "brunch" at the nearby mall.
Pros:Great location, comfy bed, clean nice room, room had several amenities- fridge - microwave, quiet - never heard anyone else in the neighboring rooms.
Pros:Base price ok
Cons:The breakfast was expensive enough that I should have checked total cost of stay. The location was not very convenient
Pros:Amazing bed and pillows. Linens were clean and soft. Restaurant was delicious- we ate dinner with drinks and breakfast buffet.
Cons:The accessible shower bench was a bit flimsy, but worked. With our physical disability needs, the hotels definitely accommodated our needs.
Pros:Staff was very helpful with all our questions. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. It seemed like a friendly place.
