Cons:the hotel was closed, it's fake order. I tried call hotel no reposen, I called hotels.com customer service for many times, every time spend me 30 mins to 3 hours, no result . once I lost the call connection , I have to start from beginning to explain what happen. Even, sometimes they cannot located my order by the identified number or my email address even I gave the receipt to them. it is bilk, I just dont have so many time to report to police.
