Pros:As with most Best Westerns the rooms are good, with comfortable beds and clean facilities. The free hot breakfast is always welcome, with a wide variety of choices such as waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, etc. The staff was very friendly and professional.
Cons:A small group of of us stayed in the suite before attending a Packer game the next day. It took us 10 minutes to figure out the pull-out couch/bed. Turns out the bars were somewhat bent, causing it to hang up on the frame. Eventually we got it to work. The small suite was nicely laid out, but I found the deep blue walls were covered in a visible layer of dust. Could use a floor-to-ceiling cleaning.

Pros:Staff was really nice at check in and out helping make the process very easy.
Cons:Our room has a but of a strange musty smell and housekeeping must not have cleaned the fridge prior to checking in because it has someone's leftover food in it.

Pros:Breakfast had a great selection. I also appreciated that they accept pets as I was traveling with a small dog.
Cons:The beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable. But there were plentiful fluffy pillows

Pros:The Front desk clerk checked us in, he smiled and was very talkative. The morning breakfast service was good.
Cons:I would think they would follow up once guest check in to the room with a phone call to make sure everything was OK?

Pros:We enjoyed all staff in our group except one. The rooms were clean and updated. Fantastic breakfast for the price.
Cons:Tom the second shift desk person. The signs in the pool area stated no food or glass containers. He wasn't allowing any beverages including soda and water. He said rules are rules. Everyone in the pool area was well behaved and he went on a power trip and ruining our New year celebration causing our first stay to be our last.

Pros:Very clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons:Breakfast was nothing to write home to mom about. A bit lacking. Bathroom had issues with toilet and sink. Heat/ AC simply blew the drapes out. Had to place items on drapes to get heat in the room.
