Pros:I loved everything about the resort the people who work there are amazing the pool entertainment the beach was so clean and relaxing. A few of my favorite people in the resort was Sergio very helpful in everything,Ergie was so entertaining and full of energy,Liberado was so nice and even took pictures of us,and nelly who was one of the waitresses she was so sweet and caring I stayed in room 6306 it was sooo relaxing
Cons:Everything was great don't have any complaints but I do plan on coming back next year for my best friends wedding

Pros:The resort was clean all around. The staff were all very likable and I enjoyed talking to them. The room was (7220) was clean and spacious. It took me a night to get adjusted to the firmness of the king size bed. Television (32'') was small for the size of the room. A few issues with the room. The frosted glass door did not fully enclose the bath area. This allowed odors, noise and stem to travel outside of the bath area. Missing the door stop for the glass bathroom door. The exhaust vent in the bathroom was partially painted over with visible dirt buildup. Pools were clean and the beach and pool chairs were plentiful during peak times. Service was prompt and courteous. Some nightly entertainment was provided.
Cons:The food in the buffet dining room did not appeal to me. Other than a family dinner the first night, I did not eat there for dinner again. Breakfast was not much better. I just made do with what they had. Plenty to choose, but the quality of food did not suit me.

Cons:The beach was surrounded with algae which doesn't make comfortable using the beach, but you have nice swimming pools Guests usually reserves beach chairs very soon in the morning, so it's difficult to get one
