Pros:The room was huge with an enormous sofa, the bed very comfortable and it was air conditioned. Great artworks on the wall
Cons:The breakfast was nothing to write home about, it was OK, I arrived after midnight and the door was locked but they buzzed me in within minutes. I was given a card and sent off to my room via the stairs (the lift is on every other level). I couldn’t open the door, so went back down to reception, they re-ran the card and sent me back up again, it didn’t work. When I went back down, reception was in darkness, everyone had gone, after ringing the bell someone appeared and I insisted they go with me to my room to try the card themselves- it opened the door straight away, I’d been trying the wrong room. The number on the key was small, I was tired and under the circumstances it would have been better if one of the two younger people had gone up to investigate the problem, they had nothing else to. Yes I know it was my fault- it’s just this thing about going the extra mile.
